The study purpose was to determine the relations of using digital media and physical activity with the physical fitness of 4th and 5th grade students of the state of Ngablak Elementary School in the academic year 2019/2020, Turi, Sleman Regency both individually and wholly. Materials and methods. This research is a correlative study, which aims to find out whether there is a relationship between independent variables and dependent variables. The population of this study was 49 students from 4th and 5th grade of the state of Ngablak Elementary School in the academic year 2019/2020, Turi, Sleman. All of them were used as research subjects. The data collection technique is surveys. The surveys are done by applying collection techniques using surveys, tests and measurements. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire both for digital media variables and physical activities, as well as the physical fitness test for Indonesian physical fitness variables. Data analysis techniques are regression and correlation analysis, both in simple way and double way through the prerequisite tests for normality and linearity. Results. The results showed that at the level of 5% error means the correlation between the use of digital media and physical activity and the physical fitness of students in 4th and 5th grade of the state of Ngablak Elementary School in 2019/2020 academic year Turi, Sleman Regency, it was Fcount = 11.072 > Ftable = 3.20. Conclusions. Since Fcount > Ftable, it can be concluded there is a significant relation between the use of digital media and physical activity and physical fitness.

The purpose of this study is to improve student learning outcomes in the Physical Education subject especially in passing material by using the command teaching style in third grade elementary school students. Al Wasliyah 25 Marelan. This research method is classroom action research and research subjects are classes that have certain problems. The class studied consisted of 26 students. The instruments used in this study were learning outcomes tests and observation sheets. From the results of research conducted, seen an increase in the first cycle of 57.69%, then increased to 88.46% in the second cycle. From the analysis of the data it can also be seen that the student learning outcomes of the learning outcomes test before using the command teaching style is still very low. Passing learning is complete after the second cycle, this is due to the provision of motivation that triggers students' enthusiasm for learning and changes in learning variations. While in cycle I, students are not accustomed to the teaching methods provided by researchers, so students need to adapt to the learning methods provided by researchers. Based on the results of the research above, it can be concluded that student learning outcomes by utilizing the command teaching method in grade III elementary school. Al Wasliyah 25 Marelan Academic Year 2019/2020 has increased from cycle I to cycle II

Nutritional status can be measured through the adequacy of nutrients obtained from food which are digested every day. The increasing number of healthy food absorbed by the body can increase the physical fitness of the body.  The purpose of this research was to do counseling in order to understand the nutritional status and physical fitness level of fifth grade student at Tunas Harapan Islamic Elementary School in Sendangmulyo, Tembalang, Semarang. The physical fitness level was measured using nutritional status and physical fitness test (TKJI). The data were obtained using descriptive method with measurement and test techniques. These data were obtained from measurement of height, weight, age, and physical fitness tests (TKJI). This study found that the nutritional status of fifth grade students in Tunas Harapan Islamic Elementary School were included in normal nutrition category and moderate physical fitness level.

The purpose of this study was to investigate  the physical fitness level profile of fourth grade and fifth elementary school students of SD SIKK (Kinablu City School Indonesia Sabah Malaysia) in the academic year 2018/2019. It’s used quantitative method. Data collection used the Asian Committee on the Standardization of Physical Test (ACSPFT) technique for under 12 years old. Data analysis used using descriptive percentages. The results showed that physical fitness profile of fourth grade  elementary school students were excellent 0%, good 7%, fair 46%, poor 20 36%, very poor 11%. The physical fitness profile of fifth grade  elementary school students were very good 4%, good category 20%, fair 47%, poor 22%, very poor category 7%. This reseach conclude that physical fitness condition of fourth grade and fifth elementary school students of SD SIKK was in fair category. AbstrakTujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui untuk profil tingkat kesegaran jasmani siswa kelas IV dan V SD SIKK (Sekolah Indonesia Kota Kinablu) Sabah Malaysia tahun ajaran 2018/2019. Metode penelitian ini adalah jenis Kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik survei tes Asia Commite on the Standardization of Physical Test (ACSPFT) untuk usia kurang dari 12 Tahun. Analisis data yang digunakan menggunakan deskriptif presentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Profil Kesegaran Jasmani siswa kelas IV sebagai berikut, baik sekali 0%, kategori baik 7%, kategori cukup 46%, kategori kurang 36%, kategori kurang sekali 11%. Profil Kesegaran Jasmani siswa kelas V baik sekali 4%, kategori baik 20%, kategori cukup 47%, kategori kurang 22%, kategori kurang sekali 7%. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukan profil kesegaran jasmani siswa Kelas IV dan V SD SIKK Sabah Malaysia rata-rata dalam kategori cukup.

The development of physical fitness in elementary schools is an important matter. This will also determine whether these students will grow and develop optimally. One way that students can train physically with circuit games. The purpose of this study was to study circuit play on fitness in elementary schools in 2015. The method in this study was an experimental method that uses 40-meter Fast Tracking norms, calming elbows, lying down (sitting 30 seconds), jumping upright, running distance far (600 meters). This article discusses how to improve physical classes. The results of the findings of this article can be used as additional references in improving the ability of elementary school students which can be practiced during physical learning and sports extracurricular activities.
