The purpose of this research is to find out and examine the influence of principal's leadership and teacher’s professional competency toward students’ learning achievement. The research method was descriptive and verification methods, with a Likert scale questionnaire as data collection techniques distributed to 54 teachers. Regression analysis technique was used in processing the research result with F-Test as the significance test. The results showed that: (1) there was a positive but less significant effect between the leadership of the principal on students’ achievement. (2) There is a positive and significant influence between the professional competencies of teacher on students’ achievement. (3) There is a positive and significant influence between the principal's leadership and teacher professional competence simultaneously on the learning achievement. Starting from these conditions, the authors suggest, that: (1) Principals are expected to be able to implement their mission more optimally by involving teachers in the preparation of vision and mission as well as improving their socialization programs to have whole understanding from all elements in the school (2) Teachers should learn more and comply with ethics code by attending the MGMP discussion and PGRI meetings. The teachers also have to maximize and enrich their teaching materials, by reading more journals and books in accordance with their fields and delving more insight from the internet.

This study aims to determine the effect of academic qualifications, school facilities, and compensation on the teacher professional competency. The population in this study was 68 teachers in Islamic Vocational School of Al Hikmah Mayong Jepara. This study is a population research because the population is less than 100 so that the entire population is as research sample. Data collection methods used questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed a positive and significant influence of academic qualifications, school facilities and compensation on teacher professional competency by 72.4%, there was a positive and significant influence of academic qualifications partially on teacher professional competency by 18.15%, there was a positive and significant influence of school facilities partially on teacher professional competency by 8.29% and there is a positive and significant influence of compensation partially on teacher professional competency of 19.54%.

Guru merupakan faktor kunci mutu pendidikan dan kemajuan sebuah bangsa. Negara yang kurang memperhatikan tenaga pendidiknya akan sulit maju, karena kualitas generasi penerus di tentukan oleh guru. Untuk itu, tujuan dalam artikel ini adalah menjelaskan peran kepala sekolah dalam memotivasi guru honorer untuk meningkatkan kualitas kompetensi profesionalitas. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Jenis wawancara yang di gunakan adalah wawancara terstruktur, dan tidak terstruktur. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis interaktif. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan dampak bahwa peran kepala sekolah dalam memotivasi guru honorer dapat meningkatkan kualitas kompetensi profesionalitas dengan cara menggunakan strategi pengembengan kompetensi profesionalitas guru berupa memberi motivasi, mengevaluasi kinerja guru secara berkala, memberikan pembinaan dan penguatan kepada guru, dan memberikan pelatihan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi melalui seminar, FGD, pelatihan dan workshop kompetensi profesionalitas. The teacher is a critical factor in the quality of education and the progress of a nation. Countries that pay less attention to their educators will find it challenging to progress because the teacher determines the next generation's rate. For this reason, the purpose of this article is to explain the role of school principals in motivating honorary teachers to improve the quality of professional competence. The method used in this research is qualitative research methods. Data collection methods in this study are observation, interviews, and documentation. The type of talk that is used is structured and unstructured interviews. The data analysis technique used interactive analysis. The results of this study have an impact that the role of the principal in motivating honorary teachers can improve the quality of professional competence by using a strategy of developing teacher professional competence in the form of encouraging, evaluating teacher performance regularly, providing guidance, and strengthening to teachers, and providing training to improve competence through seminars, FGDs, training and professional competency workshops.

Purpose - The purpose of this research are to descript of capital structure and firm value, and to analyze the impact of capital structure to firm value at textile and garment companies for the period 2011-2015.Design / methodology / approach - Method in this research used descriptive and verification methods. Data that used are secondary data from fact book years 2011-2015 with analysis technique using simple linear regression. This study aims to determine the relationship between tenure and the level of professional competence of teachers in public elementary schools throughout the Kisaran Kota sub-district. The population in this study were all public elementary schools throughout the Kisaran Kota sub-district, which amounted to 4 schools with a total of 60 teachers with a sample of 38 people. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire. While the data analysis technique used is quantitative descriptive analysis. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the tenure of teachers in the Public Elementary Schools in Kisaran Kota is relatively high with an average of 25.42. The professional competence of teachers in public elementary schools in Kisaran Kota is high with an average of 99.74. In the normality test, it is known that the data is normally distributed because the 2-tailed significance value has a probability value of 0.951 > 0.05. In the linearity test of tenure (X) it is known that there is a linear relationship between tenure (X) and teacher professional competence (Y) because the significance value of deviation from linearity is 0.110 > 0.05. Purpose - The purpose of this study was to analyze the description of Bank Soundness by using RGEC method and influence on stock priceDesign / methodology / approach - Method in this research used descriptive and verification methods. Data that used are secondary data of each Public bank foreign exchange on Indonesia Stock Exchange with analysis technique using multiple linear regression. Sampling in this research use purposive samplingFindings - The result of this research shows that NPL and ROA have positive effect to share price, GCG and NIM have no effect to stock price, LDR and CAR do not have an effect on stock price but regression direction with positive sign showing relationship with stock price.Originality -The difference of this research with previous research is on research object and method, population and research sample, research period, measuring instrument and research result, as well as foreign theory and journal source and foreign book and research result.

Purpose - The purpose of this research are to descript of market value, the descript of stock return, while the purpose of this study is to determine the description of perception market value to return saham in subsector advertising printing media.Design / methodology / approach - Method in this research used descriptive and verification methods. Data that used are secondary data of each subsector advertising printing media with analysis technique using multiple linear regression. Sampling in this research use purposive sampling.Findings - The results of this research indicate that market value measured by Price Earning Ratio (PER) and Price to Book Value (PBV) has significance to return saham. The result showed that the market value  has a positive  effect return saham.Originality -The difference of this research with previous research is on research object, population and research sample, research period, measuring instrument and research result, as well as foreign theory and journal source and foreign book and research result.

<p><em>As for the purpose, to obtain empirical evidence and find clarity phenomena and conclusions about The Effect  of Trust and E-Service Quality to Buying Decision in Online Shop Shopee at Economy and Business Faculty University of Singaperbangsa Karawang. The study was conducted by using desciptive and verification methods, such as collecting, presenting, analyzing, and testing hypothesis, and made conclusions and suggestions. Sample were collected by using Stratified Random Sampling and Purposive sampling methods with a sample od 100 respondensfrom a population of 3.597 people. The data analysis technique was used Bar Scale Analysis technique and Path Analysis by using Method Succesive Interval, Microsoft Office Excel 2010, and SPSS. Based on the research result trust variable (X1) has a significant effect of buying decision (Y) with a percentage of 53,1%, which means that further increasing trust consumer will increase buying decisions to the product offered. E-service qualiy (X2) has a significant effect on buying decision (Y) with a persentage of 15,1%, which means that e-service quality effect the rentention of customers. There is a simultaneous effect of trust and e-service quality variables on buying decision by 68,2% and the remaining 31,8% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.</em></p><p><em><br /></em></p><p><em></em><strong><em>Keywords: </em></strong><em>Trust, E-Service Quality, Buying Decision</em></p>

<em>Principal management greatly affects the professional competence of teachers. In this case, the management of the principal is an effort that is based on moving, directing, and maintaining a person's behavior so that he is motivated to act to do something to achieve certain results or goals. In the concept of management related to organizational life, the management ability of the principal is very important in moving teachers to be more professional, because the principal has a broad influence in the world of education. The purpose of this school action research is to determine the extent to which principal coaching through principal management can improve professional competence. </em><em>The instrument used in this study was observation.</em><em> </em><em>Data were analyzed using descriptive percentages.</em> <em>In this school action research was carried out in 2 cycles, from the results of the actions taken it was proven to increase the professional competence of teachers in learning, namely from 62.81% in cycle 1 to 80.76% in cycle 2. In other words, principal management carried out by researchers as school principals can improve teacher professional competence in learning.</em>
