Purpose - This study aimed to gain a sense o1qf lifestyle, an overview of purchase decision, and  the influence of lifestyle on purchase decision employee performanceDesign / methodology / approach - The method used is an Explanatory Survey with a sample size of 130 respondents. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression with spss 22.0 for windows programming tool.Findings- Research results show that lifestyle is in the good category, and purchase decision  is in the good category. Lifestyle have a positive and significant  influence on purchase decision.Originality / value - This study provides a basis for understanding the style of leadership and work motivation that affects employee performance. The difference of this research with previous research is located on the object of research that is CV. Biensi Fesyenindo company and use theory or reference different from previous researcher

Objective of this research is to determine the effect of burnout and work discipline on employee performance. This research was conducted in a span of less than one year, so the research design used was a cross-sectional method. This study uses a descriptive and verification approach with explanatory survey methods. A total of 100 respondents were selected as samples using probability sampling. The research questionnaire is used as a research instrument to collect data from respondents, and the data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The findings of this research is work fatigue (burnout) and work discipline have a significant influence on employee performance.  Differences found in objects and research methods, population and research samples, research periods, measurement tools and research results, and sources of theory from foreign journals and foreign books

This study aims to determine the effect of welfare benefits toward employee performance at PT. Bank Panin, Tbk in Makassar City. This research is a quantitative research. The population in this study were all employees at PT Bank Panin, Tbk in Makassar City, of 228 people. Then the sample is the author takes 20 percent of the population, of 46 people. Data collection methods are carried out by observation, documentation, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is a simple linear regression analysis for hypothesis testing. The results showed that providing welfare benefits to employees had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Bank Panin, Tbk in Makassar City.

This study aims to describe the work environment, motivation, competence and performance of employees in the Ponorogo Regency Land Office. To analyze the influence of the work environment on employee performance. To analyze the influence of motivation on employee performance. To analyze the influence of competence on employee performance. The population in this study were all employees in the Land Office of Ponorogo Regency as many as 93 people. A sample of 93 people with a sampling technique using a type of non-probability sampling, namely total sampling (census). Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results obtained from this study are the work environment is in a fairly good category, work motivation, competence and employee performance are in good categories. The work environment has a significant effect on employee performance in the Ponorogo Regency Land Office. Work motivation does not have a significant effect on employee performance in the Ponorogo Regency Land Office. Competence has a significant effect on employee performance in the Ponorogo Regency Land Office.

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi harga dan suasana toko terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen pada pada Alfamidi Cabang Iskandar Muda Medan. Pengambilan sampel berdasarkan rumus  Non Probability Sampling, sehingga sampel yang di dapat dan digunakan dalam penelitian ini 112 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah melalui kuesioner yaitu dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada responden dan mengumpulkannya kembali. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Regresi Linear Berganda. Sebelum data diregresikan maka terlebih dahulu di uji keterkaitannya antara variabel, datanya di uji menggunakan uji asumsi klasik. Serta untuk mengetahui kontribusi faktor harga dan lokasi terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen digunakan rumus r squre. Untuk menguji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini gunakan uji F dimana hasil yang diperoleh  bahwa ada pengaruh positf dan signifikan antara harga dan lokasi terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen pada Alfamidi Cabang Iskandar Muda Medan. Kata kunci : Persepsi Harga, Suasana Toko, Keputusan Pembelian  AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of price perception and Store Atmosphere Consumer Purchase at Alfamidi Cabang Iskandar Muda Medan. The study aims to: (1) determine and analyze simultaneous influence of work motivation and compensation on employees’ performance at PT. Balindo Manunggal Bersama of Palu City; (2) determine and analyze partial influence of work motivation on employees’ performance at PT. Manunggal Bersama of Palu City; (3) determine and analyze partial influence of compensation on employees’ performance at PT. Balindo Manunggal Bersama of Palu City. This research uses quantitative approach to explain the relationship between two or more variables studied with a sample of 42 employees. Data analysis technique is multiple linear regressions. The results show that (1) the sig. F value of 0.002 < 0.05 means that work motivation and compensation simultaneously have significant influence on employee performance; (2) the sig. t value of 0.013<α 0.05 means that work motivation partially has significant influence on employee performance. (3) the sig. t value of 0.821>α 0.05 means that compensation has non-significant influence on employee performance.  Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu: (1) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja dan kompensasi secara serempak terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Balindo Manunggal Bersama Kota Palu. (2) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Balindo Manunggal Bersama Kota Palu. (3) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Balindo Manunggal Bersama Kota Palu. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif yang merupakan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk menjelaskan hubungan antara dua variabel atau lebih dengan sampel 42 karyawan dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian dengan menggunakan regresi linear berganda, disimpulkan: (1) berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh sig. F sebesar 0,002 < 0,05, yang dapat diartikan bahwa variabel motivasi kerja dan kompensasi secara serempak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan. (2) berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh variabel motivasi kerja memiliki tingkat signifikasi t sig. 0,013 < α 0,05, yang dapat diartikan bahwa variabel motivasi kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. (3) berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh variabel kompensasi memiliki tingkat signifikasi t sig. 0,821 > α 0,05, yang dapat diartikan bahwa variabel kompensasi secara parsial berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Work is a mandatory thing that must be done to meet human needs. People work to make ends meet. One of the necessities of life can be fulfilled by means of income, namely wages or salaries. To get wages or salaries we are required to work professionally with the consequences of getting a bigger income. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the salary on work motivation and employee performance of UD. Sido Makmur Lumajang. population is all employees at UD. Sido Makmur Lumajang, as many as 35 employees. The sampling method used in this study was saturated samples. Methods of data analysis using Simple Linear Regression. The result of this research is that there is a relationship between salary and work motivation and employee performance.

Based on observations by researchers at MI Syafa’at Pesantren, there are still manystudents who are not used to saying greetings and shake hands with the teacherwhile at school. Based on this, the researcher wants to know how the influencebetween the theories that have been studied in the classroom is given by the teacherthrough the Akidah Akhlak subjects by applying the habit of greeting and shakinghands. Therefore the formulation of the problem in this study is how the influence ofmoral akidah subjects on the habit of greeting and shaking hands of students. Thisstudy aims to determine whether there is an effect of moral akidah lessons on thehabit of greeting and shaking hands by class 4 students MISyafa’atPesantrenTembelang Jombang. This study is a type of correlational researchendexpost facto with a quantitative approach. Correlational research is a study that isintended to determine whether there is a relationship between two or severalvariables. Expost facto said because in this study no treatment was made on the objectof research but only revealed the facts to the respondent. The researcher uses apopulation sample, all members of the population are used as a sample, namely allstudents in grade IV MI Syafa’at Pesantren25 students. The instrument in this studyused a questionnaire to retrieve data. The data analysis technique used in this studyis simple linear regression. Based on the analysis of the data and the results of theresearch and the hypothesis testing that has been done, the calculation resultsobtained obtained the value of Adjusted R Square is 0.599 which means that 59.9% ofthe habit of saying greetings and shaking hands can be influenced by moral aqlahsubjects. While the remaining 40.1% are influenced by other variables besides thestudents' moral akidah subjects. In addition, the Annova calculation obtained Fcountof 34.302>Ftable 4.26 with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05. Paired with theCoeffisients calculation, tcount = 9.819>ttable 1.710 with a significance value of 0.000<0.05. Thus it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. That is, there isa significant influence between moral akidah subjects to the habit of greeting andshaking hands of grade 4 students MI Syafa’at Pesantren.

The problem in this study is whether the provision of incentives significantly affects the performance of employees at PT. BPR Ekadharma Magetan. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an effect of giving incentives to employee performance. The type of research used is quantitative with an associative approach. The technique of collecting data through observation, questionnaires and documentation. While the data analysis technique used is simple linear regression. As for the types of data sources, this research is primary data, namely data obtained directly from the source or place where the research was conducted. The population of this research is all employees and managers of PT. BPR Ekadharma Magetan totaling 93 people. The sample determination is saturated sampling. Data obtained using SPSS 21 (Statistical Product and Service Solutions). The results of this study indicate that based on the results of research that researchers conducted at PT. BPR Ekadharma Magetan that giving incentives has a significant effect on employee performance. This can be seen from the results of statistical calculations through partial hypothesis testing which shows that t count > t table then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected.
