The technique of collecting data through observation, questionnaires and documentation. While the data analysis technique used is simple linear regression. As for the types of data sources, this research is primary data, namely data obtained directly from the source or place where the research was conducted. The population of this research is all employees and managers of PT. BPR Ekadharma Magetan totaling 93 people. The sample determination is saturated sampling. Data obtained using SPSS 21 (Statistical Product and Service Solutions). The results of this study indicate that based on the results of research that researchers conducted at PT. BPR Ekadharma Magetan that giving incentives has a significant effect on employee performance. This can be seen from the results of statistical calculations through partial hypothesis testing which shows that t count > t table then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. The approach of this study is descriptive quantitative. The sample in this study used all populations as a sample consisting of 73 employees. The technique of collecting data used a questionnaire with a Likert scale that contains of questions related to work discipline, compensation and employee performance. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression which was processed using the SPSS program to measure the effect of work dicipline and compensation on employee’s performance. The results of hypothesis testing showed that partially, there was a significant effect of work discipline on employee performance and there was also significant effect of compensation on employee performance at Universitas Nusantara PGRI Kediri. While the results of simultaneous hypothesis testing proved that work discipline and compensation give significant effect for employee performance. It can be seen that coefficient dtermination value (R Square) was 0.676. Thus, it  can be interpreted that work dicipline and compensation can effect on employee’s performance 67.6% while the remaining 32.4% was effected by other variables outside of this study.

The research conducted in PT.Telesindoshop Sorong city. The sample us of 65 people. As for the data sources used are primary data and secondary data. Data analysis uses simple linear regression with Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS). Based on the results of this study indicate that the provision of PT.Telesindo’s incentives has an influence on employee performance and significantly influence. Based on the results of data analysis, the incentive variable coefficient (X) is 0.564 while the constant is 28,282, so the regression equation can be obtained as follows: Y = 28,282 + 0,564 X. The provision of incentives influences the performance of PT. Telesindoshop employees. The results of the analysis indicate that the provision of incentives has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT. Tesindoshop employees. With a significant value of 0.042, in this study used a significant level is 0.05 or 5% means 0.042 <0.05, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, Ha is the effect of giving incentives to employee performance. The results of the analysis using multiple linear regression equations show the following regression equation: Y = 5.622 + 0.488 (X1) + 0.329 (X2). Data collection techniques are based on the source, including primary data through observation, interviews, questionnaires or questionnaires, and include documentation. Secondary data, among others, by searching for literature in the form of previous research journals, and textbooks that are related to the variables to be studied. The data analysis technique used the validity test, reliability test, and classical assumption test. As for the data analysis technique method using Multiple Linear Regression, Correlation Analysis, Analysis of Determination (R2), hypothesis testing using the F test, T test and variable test which have the most influence. The results showed that the Training (X1) and Development (X2) variables simultaneously had a significant effect on the Employee Performance (Y) of the Production Department of PT. Kaltim Diamond Coal Site Loa Gagak Kutai Kartanegara.“The results of multiple linear regression tests simultaneously found that the Training and Development variables had a significant effect on the Employee Performance of the Production Department“at PT. In construction of each project requires resources in its completion. They are workers, costs, tools, methods, and materials. The process for achieving project purpose, have defined the boundary called triple constraints, are budget allocated, schedule, and quality. From these (triple constraint) in the project, productivity of labors are one of an important thing that give an effect in time project performance. This research is to analyze the effect of labor productivity in time project performance at high rise building, especially in Jabodetabek area. The type of data for this research use primary data, and for data analysis technique use a simple linear regression with SPSs v.24 as a software. The result is labor productivity give the effect significantly in time project performance. In other words, if the labor productivity higher than the time to complete all activities will be shorter, and vice versa.
