This study aims to determine the effect of profitability and public ownership on the timeliness of financial reporting. Determination of the sample using purposive sampling method with total samples obtained as many as 363 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2011 to 2013. Data analysis techniques used in this study is logistic regression. The test results show that profitability significantly influence the timeliness of financial statement submission. While public ownership has no significant influence on the timeliness of financial statement submission.

Many cases of fraud that occur and are revealed. something happened in the realm of employee fraud and fraud management. One of the frauds that causes substantial losses is fraudulent financial reporting. Fraudulent financial statement becomes one of the fraud schemes that growth simultaneously within the current years. Many of this fraud scheme cause large sum amount of loss to investor, creditors and other financial statement user. The purpose of this research is to gain empirical evidence about financial statements fraud detection using fraud diamond elements. This research is conducted on listed banking companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange year 2014-2018. There is a total of 190 samples companies used in this research which further analyzed by using Logistic Regression Analysis. Statistical test is conducted to test the hypothesis. The test included: determination of coefficient, logistic regression and partial hypothesis testing. Fraudulent financial statement is proxies by Beneish M-score. The research concluded that Pressure proxies by Changes in Total Assets affects significantly to fraudulent financial statements detection. Meanwhile, Pressure proxies by Return on Assets, Opportunity proxies by Ratio of Independent Board of Commissioners, Rationalization proxies by Changes of External Auditor and Capability proxies by Changes in Board of Director do not affect significantly towards fraudulent financial statements detection. Determination of coefficient test result indicates that 20% of fraudulent financial reporting was able to be explained by pressure, opportunity, rationalization and capabilities.

Abstrak Tujuan penelitan ini adalah untuk menguji dan membuktikan adanya bukti empiris mengenai pengaruh profitabilitas terhadap ketepatan waktu pelaporan keuangan dengan menambahkanvariabel moderasi yaitu opini audit pada perusahaan barang dan konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2013-2015. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 93 dengan teknik analisis data yaitu analisis regresi logistik yang  menggunakan uji interaksi (Moderated Regression Analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan profitabilitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ketepatan waktu pelaporan keuangan. Perusahaan dengan profitabilitas yang tinggi cenderung tepat waktu dalam menyampaikan laporan keuangan dan Opini audit dapat memoderasi pengaruh profitabilitas terhadap ketepatan waktu pelaporan keuangan.   Abstract The purpose of this research is to test and prove the existence of empirical evidence regarding the effect of profitability on the timeliness of financial reporting by adding moderation variables, namely the audit opinion on goods and consumption companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2013-2015. The research sample was 93 with data analysis techniques namely logistic regression analysis using the interaction test (Moderated Regression Analysis). The results show that profitability has a significant effect on the timeliness of financial reporting. Companies with high profitability tend to be on time in delivering financial reports and audit opinions can moderate the effect of profitability on the timeliness of financial reporting.

<p><em>This study aims to to prove empirically the factors which affect the timeliness of financial statement submission to manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Factors analyzed in this research are profitability, liquidity, and firm size. The sample of this research uses 65 manufacturing companies that consistently listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2012-2016 which is studied by using purposive sampling method. Statistical method used in this research is logistic regression at 5% significance level. Based on the results from testing the hypothesis concluded that capital structure and profitability had a negative and significant effect to timeliness of financial reporting while company size had a positive and significant effect to timeliness of financial reporting.</em></p><p><em><br /></em></p><p><em>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan secara empiris faktor yang mempengaruhi ketepatan waktu penyampaian laporan keuangan pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Faktor yang dianalisis dalam penelitian ini adalah struktur modal, profitabilitas, dan size perusahaan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Sampel dari penelitian ini menggunakan 65 perusahaan manufaktur yang konsisten terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode tahun 2012-2016 yang diteliti dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Metode statistik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi logistik pada tingkat signifikansi 5%. Berdasarkan hasil dari pengujian hipotesis dapat disimpulkan bahwa struktur modal dan profitabilitas berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap ketepatan waktu pelaporan keuangan sedangkan size perusahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap ketepatan waktu pelaporan keuangan.</em></p>

This study aims to determine the effect of pentagon fraud’s theory in detecting fraudulent financial reporting empirical studies on companies in property and real estate sector in Indonesia listed on the Stock Exchange in 2014-2018. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with the final sample of 18 companies. Data analysis used in this research is logistic regression analysis. The result of this research showed that : Pressure (ROA), Opportunity (BDOUT), Competence (DCHANGE) and Arogance (CEOPIC) have no significant effect on fraudulent financial reporting. While the Rationalization (Change of Auditor) has a significant effect on fraudulent financial reporting.

State revenue from the taxation sector remains dominating over This research is conducted to test the effect of variables Profitability, Audit Opinion, and Ownership Structure of the Timeliness of Financial Statement in the all companies Infrastructure, Utilities, and Transportation sectors listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2013-2016. The population in this study amounted to 60 companies. Samples were obtained in this study amounted to 38 samples are selected by purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used here is logistic regression and hypothesis test using t-satistic with level of significance 5%. The results indicate that the variable Profitability not significant effect of the Timeliness of Financial Statement and variable Ownership Structure not significant effect of the Timeliness of Financial Statement. However, variable Audit Opinion significant effect of the Timeliness of Financial Statement

Factors that are predicted influencing timeliness in this research are focused on 4 factors: firm scale, profitability, big 4 worldwide accounting firm , and securities return . This research can examines financial statement of 30 companies are listed Jakarta Stock Exchange for period ended December31, 2002 until December31, 2003. Data is collected from Jakarta Stock Exchange and Indonesia Capital Market Directory 2004. In this research uses two variable that is dependent variable and independent variable. To find out influence independent variable to de­pendent variable used SPSS. This study aims to examine factors that influence the timeless of financial report. The independent variable of this research are profitability, firmsize, and the public ownership, while the dependent variable is timeless. The population of this research are property and real estate companies which are listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange 2011-2014. The sample in this research is taken by using purposive sampling method with some carracteristics and consist of 30 companies. This research used secondary data from www.idx.co.id and the method of analysis used logistic regression analysis. The results show that the profitability is significantly influenced to the timeless of financial report, while both the firmsize and public ownership are not significantly influenced the timeless of financial report.

This study aims to empirically prove the influence of financial stability, external pressure, and ineffective monitoring on fraudulent financial reporting. Financial stability was measured using a comparison of total assets. External pressure was measured using leverage. Meanwhile, ineffective monitoring was measured using the ratio of independent commissioners’ number. The dependent variable in this study was fraudulent financial reporting. It was measured using the F-Score Model. The sample in this study were 21 State Owned Enterprises (BUMN) listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in period of 2017-2019. The data analysis method used in this study was Logistic Regression using SPSS software version 20. The results of this study indicate that financial stability has no influence on fraudulent financial reporting. The purpose of this study is to determine the financial ratios partial effect on financial distress in manufacturing companies prior to the period of financial distress (t-n). Financial distress is defined as a late stage of corporate decline that precedes more cataclysmic events such as bankruptcy or liquidation.  Analysis of  financial ratios  is performed to  determine  the ratio that affect the probability of  financial distress. The method used is the  purposive  sampling  method.  Data analysis techniques logistic regression.  Hypothesis  testing  is  done  in  three  periods,  that  is  the period of  one  year  before the  financial distress  (t-1),  a  two-year period  before  the  financial  distress  (t-2) and a  three-year period  before the financial distress (t-3). Results indicate that  the independent variables  have a partial effect on manufacture company. The period  t-1, ratio TL/TA and  NI/TA  affect  financial  distress.  The  period  t-2,  ratio  NI/EQ affect financial  distress.  The period  t-3, ratio TL/TA and NI/TA affect financial distress.

This research was conducted to determine the effect of profitability, institutional ownership and company age on integrated reporting. Type of research is quantitative with multiple linear regression data analysis techniques using the SPSS application. The data tested is secondary data. The population of this study is mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with the period 2016-2018. The sample uses a purposive sampling method which amounts to 48 samples. The results of this study indicate that first, profitability and institutional ownership have no effect on integrated reporting. Second, the age of the company affects the integrated reporting. Third, simultaneous profitability, institutional ownership and age of the company affect the integrated reporting.
