This research was conducted on property sector, real estate, and building construction sector that are listed in Indonesia’s stock market 2014-2016. This research used quantitive analysis. The purpose of this research was to determine if there is any significant difference between the average abnormal stock return in January and the other months (February to December).. The data used in this research were secondary data. From 56 stocks, 38 stocks were selected as a sample. The sampling method used was purposive sampling. The collected data had been analyzed with Independent sample t-test and the normality data was tested with Saphiro-Wilk test. The result confirmed that there was no January effect in property, real estate, and building construction sector in Indonesia’s stock market 2014-2016.

This research aims to determine the influence, direction, and significance of EPS on stock prices in the property, real estate, and building construction industry which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period of 2011 to 2015. Type of this study is a study where data used in this study is secondary data generated from company reports that have been available. Population in this research is all company of property, real estate, and building construction in IDX and usually report their company financial result in period 2011 until 2015. Total of existing population are 46 companies with 230 samples data which drawn by purposive sampling method. This is a sampling method that takes an object with certain criteria. The data analysis conducted with simple linear regression analysis and correlation analysis. The hypothesis analysis using t test and F test. The result of analysis shows that EPS have positive and significant effect to stock price, proved with correlation coefficient value 0,711 and probability value 0.000 less than 0,05.

This research is to find out the effect of profitability and leverage on firm value with dividend policy as intervening variable in property, real estate & building construction sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2019. This type of research is clausal associative. The population used in this reseach is the property, real estate & building construction sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2019. The type of data used in this research is secondary data and data collection uses the documentation method. While the sampling in this study using purposive sampling technique. The population data of the study were 83 companies and obtained sample of 10 companies so that the research data amounted to 50. The analysis technique used multiple linear regression and sobel test. The results showed that profitability had a negative effect on dividend policy, leverage had a positive effect on dividend policy, while profitability, leverage, and dividend policy had a positive effect on firm value. Dividend policy can’t mediated between profitability and leverage on firm value.

The increasing number of cases related to accounting scandals in the world has caused various parties to assume that management has commited fraudulent financial statement. Detection of fraudulent financial statements must be carried out so it can be prevented fraud and the possibility of a scandal is prolonged. This research examines the effects of pentagon fraud theory (pressure, opportunity, rationalization, competence and arrogance toward fraudulent financial statement: The property, real estate and building construction companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2014-2018 periods The data used were the secondary data based on the purposive sampling method, the number of companies were 29 companies with 5 years observation. Based on logistic regression analysis, pressure has an impact on fraudulent financial statements on the significant value of 0.045. Opportunity has no impact on fraudulent financial statements on the significant value of 0.077. Rationalization has no impact on fraudulent financial statements on the significant value of 0.291. Competence has no impact on fraudulent financial statements on the significant value of 0.107. Arrogance has an impact on fraudulent financial statements on the significant value of 0.001.

The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of company’s size, profitability, solvability, and the size of the accounting firm towards audit delay. The object in this research are property and real estate companies listed in Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) for the period 2013-2015. The sample is selected by purposive sampling method. There are 42 companies selected as sample. Data used in this research is a secondary data such as audited financial reports. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression. The result of this research shows that company’s size, profitability, and solvability have no influence on audit delay, while the size of accounting firm has significant positive influences on audit delay. The result also shows that company’s size, profitability, solvability, and the size of of the accounting firm simultaneously influence audit delay. This study aims to examine the effect of foreign ownership, leverage, cash holding and debt maturity on financial performance in property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange (idx) in the period 2014-2018. This study is categorized as causative research. The population in this study are property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange (idx) in the period 2014-2018. By using purposive sampling method, there were 24 companies as the research’s sample. The type of data used is secondary data and used is panel regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that foreign ownership, cash holding and debt maturity has no significant effect on financial performance, only leverage has significant effect on financial performance

This study aims to test and analyze the influence of leverage, liquidity, inflation, and interest rates on the value of the company. Property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2019 as a population. Purposive sampling method for sampling and research is quantitative type. The data sources used secondary data are obtained from annual financial statements and analysis used multiple linear regressions. The results of research into external factors of the company namely inflation and interest rates influenced the increase in the value of the company. While the company's internal factors namely leverage and liquidity do not affect the increase in the value of the company.

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of profitability, dividend policy, inflation, and exchange rates on firm value. The population of this study is the property, real estate, and building construction sector companies listed on ISSI for the 2014-2018 period. In determining the sample data, this study used a purposive sampling method and obtained a sample of 9 companies. Research data is taken from secondary data, namely performance summary reports and reports on inflation and the US dollar exchange rate. The analytical method used to solve the problem in this research is path analysis using the WarpPLS 7.0 application. From this research, it is found that the lower profitability (ROE) and dividend policy (DPR) has a positive  and significant effect on firm value (PBV), inflation has a negative and insignificant effect on firm value (PBV) and the exchange rate (US$) has a negative effect. and significant to firm value (PBV).

Recent studies are paid attention to see whether there is a difference among the factors related to stock in companies listed in stock exchange. Therefore, it is also salient to do the same research so that more evidence can be gathered. The purpose of this research is to find the differences in stock return, corporate value, and risk between the compa-nies listed on SRI-KEHATI Index and those, which are not listed in SRI-KEHATI Index. This research uses secondary data taken from public companies listed on Indo-nesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The population consists of the companies listed on SRI-KEHATI Index to be compared with the companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) from 2010 to 2013. The purposive sampling method is used in this study accord-ing to the criteria of assessment. The quantitative method is used to analyze this study. The signaling theory is the basic theory of this research. The analysis technique is using independent sample t-test. The result indicates that there is no difference in stock return, corporate value, and risk between the companies listed and those which are not listed on SRI-KEHATI index.
