Recent studies are paid attention to see whether there is a difference among the factors related to stock in companies listed in stock exchange. Therefore, it is also salient to do the same research so that more evidence can be gathered. The purpose of this research is to find the differences in stock return, corporate value, and risk between the compa-nies listed on SRI-KEHATI Index and those, which are not listed in SRI-KEHATI Index. This research uses secondary data taken from public companies listed on Indo-nesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The population consists of the companies listed on SRI-KEHATI Index to be compared with the companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) from 2010 to 2013. The purposive sampling method is used in this study accord-ing to the criteria of assessment. The quantitative method is used to analyze this study. The signaling theory is the basic theory of this research. The analysis technique is using independent sample t-test. The result indicates that there is no difference in stock return, corporate value, and risk between the companies listed and those which are not listed on SRI-KEHATI index.

<p><em>This study aims to examine the effect of liquidity, profitability, leverage on corporate value with dividend policy and the BI Rate as a moderating variable on banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2017. The study used a purposive sampling method for sampling, as many as 13 banks based on criteria. This study uses secondary data from company annual reports. Data were analyzed using SPSS 25. The results showed that: liquidity had a negative and not significant effect on corporate value, profitability had a positive and significant effect on corporate value, leverage had a negative and not significant effect on corporate value, dividend policy and the BI Rate are not able to moderate the effect of liquidity, profitability, and leverage on corporate value.</em></p>

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar perbedaan yang signifikan ukuran perusahaan antara PT Telkomsel  Tbk dan PT XL Axiata Tbk. Penelitian komparatif, populasi penelitian ini adalah data laporan keuangan PT TERKOMSEL TBK selama 22 tahun dari tahun 1997-2018 dan PT XL AXIATA TBK yaitu selama 18 tahun dari tahun 1999-2018. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Purposive Sampling. Sampel penelitian ini selama 5 tahun dari 2014-2018 terdaftar di bursa saham. Jenis data penelitian kuantitatif dengan sumber data sekunder. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas data dan independent sample t-test. Analisis menunjukkan bahwa variabel Ukuran Perusahan pada PT Telkomsel  Tbk dan PT XL Axiata Tbk. berdasarkan nilai Sig (2-tailed) sebesar 0,010 sehingga nilai signifikan 0,000 > 0, 05, maka Ha ditolak dan H0 diterima yang menyatakan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara Ukuran Perusahaanpada PT Telkomsel  Tbk dan PT XL Axiata Tbk.AbstractThis study aims to find out how big a significant difference in company size between PT Telkomsel Tbk and PT XL Axiata Tbk. Comparative research, the population of this study is the data of PT TERKOMSEL TBK's financial statements for 22 years from 1997-2018 and PT XL AXIATA TBK for 18 years from 1999-2018. The sampling technique in this study uses purposive sampling. This research sample for 5 years from 2014-2018 was listed on the stock exchange. Types of quantitative research data with secondary data sources. The data analysis technique uses normality test data and independent sample t-test. The analysis shows that the Company Size variable at PT Telkomsel Tbk and PT XL Axiata Tbk. based on the Sig (2-tailed) value of 0.010 so that a significant value of 0,000> 0, 05, Ha is rejected and H0 is accepted stating that there is no significant difference between Company Size at PT Telkomsel Tbk and PT XL Axiata Tbk.

<em>This study purposed to compare the Risk and Return between Islamic and conventional stocks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The object of this research is sharia and conventional stocks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling method used in this study was purposive sampling with a sample size of 50 Islamic stocks and 50 conventional stocks. This research focused on the study of Islamic and conventional stock price data from 2015 to 2018. The analysis technique used to test the level of differences in risk and return in Islamic and conventional stock groups was the independent sample t-test. The results showed that there was no significant difference between the average return on Islamic and conventional stocks. Meanwhile, the results of the risk comparison of the two groups of stocks were heterogeneous (not the same) so that the risk of the two stocks cannot be compared</em>.

One form of funding that can be done by the company is to issue bonds. The purpose of the research is to know the significance of the effect of profitability, liquidity, maturity and guarantees to the rating of bonds in the financial sector in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The type of data used is secondary data of each financial sector company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and obtained from www.idx.co.id. Sampling is done by purposive sampling. The number of samples taken is as much as 20 bonds of financial sector companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2014-2016, via purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used is logistic regression analysis and data processing using SPSS 13 for windows. The result of analysis shows that profitability, maturity and guarantee have positive and significant influence to bond rating, while liquidity has negative and significant effect to bond rating. The company should be able to increase the company's liquidity value in order for the company to obtain investment grade. Investors are more interested in investment-grade bonds.

The research objective to be achieved is to provide understanding and knowledge to the public, especially investors and creditors regarding the implications of corporate financial and non-financial factors on cost of debt and can be used as a reference for further researchers as well as a reference for stakeholders (investors, creditors and government) in taking relevant and reliable decisions. The method used is quantitative research with secondary data taken from the financial statements of issuers at IDX with data collection techniques using purposive sampling method. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression. The population in this study were manufacturing companies in the basic industry and chemical sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange which were carried out for 3 years of observation, namely 2016-2018. The sample was determined by purposive sampling method in order to obtain as many as 60 samples. The analysis technique used is the t statistical test and the classical assumption test which includes the normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and autocorrelation test. The results of this study indicate that the leverage variable has a positive effect on cost of debt; the variables of profitability, liquidity, managerial ownership, institutional ownership, and independent commissioners did not affect the cos of debt.

<p><span>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh likuiditas, debt to equity ratio, dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap return saham. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2020. Setelah melalui metode purposive sampling terdapat 16 perusahaan yang diperoleh sebagai sampel dari indeks SRI-Kehati selama tahun 2012-2018. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur, versi luas dari regresi linier berganda dan menggunakan alat analisis SPSS versi 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa current ratio dan firm size berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap return saham, debt to equity ratio dan ROA berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap return saham. Rasio lancar dan DER berpengaruh signifikan negatif terhadap ROA, sedangkan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap ROA. Sedangkan ROA tidak berpengaruh memediasi hubungan current ratio dan debt to equity ratio terhadap return saham, tetapi ROA berpengaruh memediasi hubungan ukuran perusahaan dengan return saham.</span></p><p><span><em>This study aims to analyze the effect of liquidity, debt to equity ratio, and firm size on stock return. Current ratio used as a proxy from liquidity and ROA were used as proxy from profitability. The population that was used in this research consisted of all listed firms in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2020. After passed the purposive sampling method there were 16 firms obtained as samples from SRI-Kehati index during 2012-2018. The data analysis technique is path analysis, the wide version from multiple linear regression. The result of this research showed that current ratio and firm size have negatively non significant impact on stock returns, debt to equity ratio and ROA have positively significant impact on stock returns. Current ratio and debt to equity ratio have a negatively significant effect on ROA, while firm size has positively significant impact on ROA. Meanwhile, ROA doesn’t have impact on mediating relation of current ratio and debt to equity ratio to stock returns, but ROA have an impact on mediating relation of firm size to stock returns.</em></span></p>

This study aims to empirically prove the effect of profitability, liquidity, leverage and intensity of fixed assets on tax aggressiveness (Empirical study on mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2012-2016). In this study there were a population of 46 mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2012-2016. The research method used in this study was quantitative. Through purposive sampling method, researchers obtained a sample of 12 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2012-2016. The model in this study is panel regression using the Eviews 8 application. The data analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear analysis. The results of this study indicate that the profitability, liquidity and intensity of fixed assets have no significant effect on tax aggressiveness, while the leverage factor has a significant effect on tax aggressiveness. Profitability, liquidity, leverage and intensity of fixed assets together have a significant effect on tax aggressiveness. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan secara empiris pengaruh profitabilitas, likuiditas, leverage dan intensitas aset tetap terhadap agresivitas pajak (Studi empiris pada perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2012-2016). Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 46 perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2012-2016. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif, yakni melalui metode purposive sampling dengan sampel 12 perusahaan terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2012-2016. Model dalam penelitian ini yaitu regresi panel dengan menggunakan aplikasi Eviews 8. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis linear berganda. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa faktor profitabilitas, likuiditas dan intensitas asset tetap berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap agresivitas pajak. Sedangkan faktor leverage mempengaruhi secara signifikan terhadap agresivitas pajak. Dengan demikian, profitabilitas, likuiditas, leverage dan intensitas asset tetap secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap agresivitas pajak. This study aims to measure the accuracy of technical analysis using the Bollinger Band indicator in predicting stock prices in the middle of pandemic covid-19. The concept in this study is to compare daily stock price predictions according to technical indicators with the closing prices that occured on that day. Sample selection technique used in this research used a purposive sampling method and obtained 9 pharmaceutical sub-sector companies listed on the IDX from February to April 2020. The type of data used is a chart of the company's daily stock price movements obtained from finance.yahoo.com. The data analysis technique used was the paired sample t-test and used the SPSS 26 analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that the Bollinger indicator does not have a significant difference. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur keakuratan analisis teknikal dengan indikator Bollinger Band dalam memprediksi harga saham pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Konsep pada penelitian ini adalah membandingkan prediksi harga saham harian menurut indikator teknikal dengan harga penutupan yang terjadi pada hari tersebut. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan diperoleh sebanyak 9 perusahaan sub sektor farmasi yang terdaftar di BEI selama Februari hingga April 2020. Jenis data yang digunakan yaitu berupa grafik pergerakan harga saham harian perusahaan yang diperoleh dari finance.yahoo.com. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji independent sample t-test dan menggunakan alat analisis program SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa indikator Bollinger tidak memiliki perbedaan yang signifikan.

The development of companies nowadays have been growing rapidly and causing intense competition in the market.  Trade, service, and investment sector companies are emerging in Indonesia. Thus, this study aims to identify the impact of current ratio, inventory turnover, debt to asset ratio, growth and size  towards firm’s profitability in Trade, Service, and Investment Companies Listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from year 2016-2019. The research type of this study is quantitative method.  The data is classified as quantitative and ratio scale. This study uses secondary data. The population for this study is 154 trade, service, and investment sector companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from year 2016-2019. The sample for this study is 65 trade, service, and investment sector companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from year 2016-2019 using observational sampling method. The model of this study is multiple linear regression.  The result of this study shows that current ratio, inventory turnover, debt to asset ratio, growth and size partially and simulteneously do not affect firm’s profitability in Trade, Service, and Investment Companies Listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from year 2016-2019. This research is quantitative study that aims to compare brand association, perceived quality, and brand loyalty to brand equity in Samsung and LG companies in the South Jakarta area. This research used 100 respondents as a sample with purposive sampling method. The analysis technique in this study uses the Independent Sample T Test using SPSS 26. The results of this study indicate that (1) Samsung Brand Association is superior to LG, (2) Samsung's Perceived Qualty is superior to LG, (3) Samsung's Brand Loyalty is superior to LG. superior to LG.   Keywords: Brand Equity; Brand Association; Perceived Quality; Brand Loyalty
