ABSTRACTPurpose – this study was conducted to see how much influence leader member exchange and personality to employee voiceDesign/methodology/approach – this type of research This research uses descriptive and  verification method, with explanatory survey. Saturated sample of nonprobability sampling was used in sampling technique which amounted to 47 people. Multiple correlation was used in data anlysis technique.Findings – based on the result of research that the employee voice is affected by leader member exchange and personality.Orisinality – the difference in this study with other study located from independent variable, the object of research, population and sample, measurment, and as well as research result, the resource of theory from journals and books, so the theory used is different. Keywords              : Leader Member Exchange, personality,, Employee Voice, communication, employee relation, organization effectiveness.

PERBEDAAN TEKNIK KOMPRES AIR HANGAT DAN TEKNIK MASSAGE UNTUK MENGURANGI NYERI PERSALINAN KALA I FASE AKTIF DI RSUD KOTA MAKASSAR PERIODE APRIL – MEI 2018(The Difference between Warm Water Compress Technique and Massage Technique to Reduce Labor Pain During Active Phase 1 in RSUD Makassar Cityof April – May 2018 PeriodNurul IkawatiProdi D4 Bidan PendidikUniversitas Mega Rezky MakassarABSTRAKPenelitian ini menggunakan desain true eksperimen dengan rancanagan Pretest dan Posttest, dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 44 responden dengan 22 responden sebagai kelompok teknik kompres air hangat dan 22 responden sebagai kelompok teknik massage, teknik pengambilan sampel adalah purposive sampling, instrumen penelitian menggunakan lembar observasi yang dijadikan sumber data primer, analisis data menggunakan uji T Paired sampel t-testHasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kelompok teknik kompres air hangat mengalami pengurangan nyeri sebanyak 5,05 dan kelompok teknik massage mengalami pengurangan nyeri sebanyak 4,50. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa ada perbedaan antara teknik kompres air hangat dan teknik massage untuk mengurangi nyeri persalinan kala I fase aktif. Dengan demikian disarankan kepada bidan atau perawat agar dapat membantu memenuhi kebutuhan ibu dalam memberikan rasa nyaman untuk mengurangi rasa nyeri dengan memberikan teknik massage. The samples were taken by using purpossive sampling technique, the research instrument used were observation sheet as primary data source and the data analysis used paired sample t-test. The resyult of this research showed that the warm water compress technique group reduce the labor pain as much as 5,05 and massage technique group reduce the labor pain as much as 4,50. The conclusion of research result showed that there is difference between warm water compress technique and massage technique to reduce labor pain during active phase 1. It is suggested to midwiferies and nurses to fulfil mothers’ need to feel comfortable and reduce labor pain by applying massage technique. This study aims to determine and explain the effect of leader member exchange on employee performance through job satisfaction at PT. Berlian Jasa Terminal Indonesia. This research is a type of causal research with a quantitative approach with a population of 256 permanent employees, and the sampling technique uses probability sampling with a sample of 156 permanent employees. The statistical analysis used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS 23.0 software. This study indicates that the leader member exchange has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction because there is a trusting relationship between superiors and subordinates. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance because it was following company standards. Leader member exchange does not affect employee performance because it structures the performance appraisal. Job satisfaction cannot be an intervening variable between leader member exchange and employee performance due to high workload

The purpose of this study was to determine the difference of implementation the Course Review Horay (CRH) model on learning activities of students grade X SMA Negeri 1 Muntilan, academic year 2017/2018 in nomenclature of chemical compounds material. This research is an experimental research. Population of this study was all class X students of  SMA Negeri 1 Muntilan on 2017/2018 school year, with a total of 7 classes. Samples were taken by purposive sampling technique consist of 2 classes. Data collection techniques used non-test methods. Form of assessment used are observation sheets. Data analysis techniques using the Mann Whitney-U test. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded: There was different of  chemistry learning with the CRH model on student learning activities in Nomerclature of Chemical Compounds material.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) perbedaan pengaruh metode massed practice dan metode manipulasi jarak servis terhadap hasil keterampilan servis atas (top spin) bola voli (2) perbedaan hasil servis atas (top spin) bola voli yang memiliki koordinasi mata-tangan tinggi dan koordinasi mata-tangan rendah terhadap hasil keterampilan servis atas (top spin) bola voli, dan (3) interaksi antara metode latihan dan koordinasi mata-tangan terhadap hasil keterampilan servis atas (top spin) bola voli. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan eksperimen dengan rancangan faktorial 2 x 2.  Populasi penelitian ini adalah anak latih ekstrakurikuler SMP di Kalasan Sleman Yogyakarta, yang berjumlah 42 orang. Sampel penelitian ini 22 diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan tes koordinasi mata-tangan dan servis atas bola voli dengan menggunakan tes russlle-lange volleyball serve test. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Anava. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) ada perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan antara latihan servis atas dengan menggunakan metode latihan massed practice dan metode latihan manipulasi jarak  terhadap hasil servis atas (top spin) bola voli, (2) ada perbedaan yang signifikan hasil servis atas (top spin) bola voli antara anak latih yang memiliki koordinasi mata-tangan tinggi dan koordinasi mata-tangan rendah, dan (3) ada interaksi antara metode  latihan servis atas dan koordinasi mata-tangan terhadap hasil servis atas bola voli.Kata kunci: massed practice dan manipulasi jarak, koordinasi mata-tangan, hasil servis atas (top spin) bola voli. The Effects of Training Method and Eye-Hand Coordination on the Results of Volleyball Serving Skill AbstractThis study aims to investigate: (1) the difference of the effects of massed practice method and serving distance manipulation method on the results of volleyball topspin serving skill, (2) the difference of the effects of the volleyball topspin serving with high eye-hand coordination and low eye-hand coordination on the results of volleyball topspin serving skill, and (3) the interaction between the training method and eye-hand coordination on the results of volleyball topspin serving skill. The study employed experimental method with a 2 x 2 factorial design. The research population comprised students joining the extracurricular of volleyball at SMP Kalasan, Sleman, Yogyakarta, with a total of 42 students. The sample consisted of 22 students, selected by means of purposive sampling technique. All data obtained through this study to test and measure eye-hand coordination tests and results of volleyball topspin serving were measured by Russell-Lange volleyball serving test. The data were analyzed by ANOVA. The results of the study are as follows. (1) There is a significant difference of the effects of topspin serving training through the massed practice training method and the distance manipulation training method on the results of volleyball topspin serving. (2) There is a significant difference in the results of volleyball topspin serving between the students with high eye-hand coordination and those with low eye-hand coordination. (3) There is an interaction between the serving training methods and eye-hand coordination on the results of volleyball topspin serving.Keywords: massed practice and serving distance manipulation methods, eye-hand coordination, results of volleyball topspin serving

Purpose – This paper aims to investigate the association between leader–member exchange (LMX) and perceived organizational support (POS) and their impact on job involvement, in-role performance and extra-role behavior. Design/methodology/approach – Data were collected via questionnaire from 231 employees selected from 40 branches of top ten banks in Pakistan. Banks were selected from the central bank Web site. Sample was selected using multistage sampling technique. Findings – Findings of the study reveal that LMX is an important predictor of employees’ perception of organizational support and job involvement. It is also evident that POS mediate the relation of LMX and job involvement. Further inquiry proves that job involvement created due to presence of support increases employees’ in-role performance and positively influences their extra-role behavior. Originality/value – This study explores the unveiled association of LMX and POS, and mediation effects of POS on job outcomes.

Listening to employees’ concerns reduces their dissatisfaction, but moreover, for an organization to achieve sustainable success, employees must raise their creative voice and give their input in decision-making without the fear of rejection in a psychologically safe environment. Ethical leaders facilitate such a participative style of management. A bureaucratic culture, as is generally encountered in Pakistan’s work settings, poses real challenges to those who dare to speak up, therefore the importance of ethical leadership, leader–member exchange (LMX), and psychological safety cannot be neglected as coping mechanisms to sustain the employee voice for mutual gains. To investigate ethical leadership’s mediating mechanisms and boundary conditions on voice behavior, we examined a moderated mediation model with the leader–member exchange as a moderator and psychological safety as a mediator. Grounded in social exchange theory (SET), the current study uniquely posits and tests that employees feel psychologically safe in the presence of an ethical leader with whom they have high-quality social exchanges. Data were collected from 281 employees from the public corporations and private enterprises of the petroleum sector of Karachi. Results of the analysis, through SPSS and AMOS, revealed that psychological safety mediated the relationship of ethical leadership and voice behavior, while the indirect effect of ethical leadership on voice behavior (via psychological safety) is stronger for those employees who enjoy high-quality exchanges with ethical leaders. LMX was also found to moderate the relationship between ethical leadership and voice behavior. Contributions, recommendations, and limitations of the current study and further research areas are also discussed. The study offers practical insight on the mechanism of ethical leadership on employee voice behavior and recommends leaders to develop social exchanges to improve voice behavior for sustainable success.

Penelitian ini secara umum bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kemampuan koordinasi dan metode latihan terhadap keterampilan sepaksila atlet sepaktakraw pelajar DIY. Secara spesifik untuk mengetahui: (1) perbedaan keterampilan sepaksila ditinjau kemampuan koordinasi; (2) perbedaan keterampilan sepaksila ditinjau metode latihan; (3) ada tidaknya interaksi antara kemampuan koordinasi dan metode latihan terhadap keterampilan sepaksila pada atlet sepaktakraw pelajar DIY. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen, dengan pendekatan faktorial 2x2 desain blok. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh atlet sepaktakraw pelajar DIY, dan sampel diambil sejumlah 28 orang dengan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian: (1) ada perbedaan yang signifikan keterampilan sepaksila ditinjau kemampuan koordinasi (2) ada perbedaan yang signifikan keterampilan sepaksila ditinjau metode latihan dan (3) ada interaksi yang signifikan antara kemampuan koordinasi dan metode latihan terhadap keterampilan sepaksila pada atlet sepaktakraw pelajar DIY.  THE ABILITY OF PLAYING SEPAKTAKRAW WITHIN THE STUDENT ATHLETES OF THE SPECIAL REGION OF YOGYAKARTAAbstract This  study aims to investigate the effect of the coordination capabilities and training methods on the sepaksila skills of sepaktakraw student athletes in Yogyakarta Special Territiry (YST), especially to find out; (1) the difference in the sepaksila skills in terms of the coordination capabilities; (2) the difference in the sepaksila skills in terms of the training methods; (3) the interaction between the coordination capabilities and the training methods on the sepaksila skills of sepak satkraw student athletes in YST. This study employed the experimental method with the 2x2 factorial block design. The research population comprised all sepaktakraw student athletes in YST and the sampel, consisting of 28 athletes, was selected using the purposive sampling technique. The conclusions of the study are as follows. (1) There is a significant defference in the sepaksila skills in terms of the coordination capabilities; (2) There is a significant difference in the sepaksila skills in terms of the  training methods; (3) There is a significant interaction between the coordination capabilities ant the training methods on the sepaksila skills among the sepaktakraw student athletes in YST. This research purpose to examine the effect budgetary participation on budgetary slack and moderation organizational commitment and enviroment uncertainty at budget participation on budgetary slack. This research used descriptive verification method. The sampling technique is non probablity sampling with  propotional sampling technique. The samples is 142 people from the entire population. The unit of analysis is the head/ field/ sub division in SKPD Serang. data was collected with direct distribution by using numerical scale form of  statement list. The data is processed by using simple regression to test the first hypothesis and regression with the absolute value of the difference for the second and third test hypothesis. The results of this research show; First, there is positive between budgetary participation and budgetary slack. Second, organizational commitment as a moderating variable was not proved to strengthen the influence of budgetary participation on budgetary slack, and third, the uncertainty of the environment as a moderating variable was not proved to strengthen the influence of budgetary participation on budgetary slack

Abstract: This study aims to examine the influence of leader-member exchange (LMX) and compensation on employee performance by moderating organizational culture. The population of this study were employees at the Regional Personnel Agency (BKD) and the Financial Management Agency and Regional assets (BPKAD) of Pemalang Regency, amounting to 116 employees while the sampling technique used was the census. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 22 by testing the instrument, testing the model and testing the hypothesis. The results of hypothesis testing shows that performance is affected positively by LMX as well as compensation meanwhile organizational culture also moderates the influence of both LMX and compensation on the performance.
