The initial data for calculating the basic salary are: the labour intensity of carrying out maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment in animal husbandry, as well as hourly tariff rates for workers in workshops and areas for the repair of agricultural machinery and tools, which are accepted directly in farms and repair and maintenance organizations independently, but not lower than the tariff rate has been established for budget organizations. The purpose of the work was to calculate the basic salary of personnel according to the tariff categories used in the Republic of Belarus, and to consider the key provisions of the methodology for determining the total costs of technical service of machinery and equipment in animal husbandry. The most important provisions of the methodology for calculating the basic salary of personnel of repair and maintenance departments and organizations operating in the livestock subcomplex of the Agro-industrial complex of the Republic of Belarus have been presented. The main points of the methodology for calculating the total costs of maintenance and repair for machines and equipment of livestock farms and complexes have been given in relation to the conditions and their own features of accounting and planning of repair and maintenance work in domestic animal husbandry. An example of practical calculation of costs for carrying out various types of maintenance and repair of a widely used domestic milking machine has been considered.

The technological potential of agricultural enterprise is complex system consisting of various elements with different functional capabilities and features, which are characterized by the characteristics of complex systems. The complexity of technological potential lies in the presence in structure of its several elements - technological preparation of production, equipment and technology. There is no doubt that the basis of technological potential is an active part of main production assets, namely the equipment park. Working machines and equipment, instrumentation, transmission devices and tooling - this is exactly what primarily determines the level of labour productivity. The aim of the study is to develop recommendations for efficient use of machinery of agrarian enterprises as part of their technological potential, to solve important task of developing them and improving quality and competitiveness of their products. In methodological basis of this research various methods were used: an analytical method, abstract and logical method, system approach, statistical and economic analysis, method of analogies, and method of comparative and expert estimates. The study showed that in order to increase the efficiency of use of technical equipment and more fully satisfy agricultural producers in technical services, it is necessary to create the technical centre for maintenance and repair of agricultural machines. As result, implementation of preventive strategy of technical maintenance and repair of equipment will reduce the number of machine failures by 2 - 2.5 times, increase the use of resource of their components and mechanisms by 30%, and significantly reduce the loss of agricultural products due to long downtime of mechanization equipment and crop shortages while increasing agro-technical timelines for field work.

The author conducted a number of studies. These studies have shown that it is necessary to modernize the system of technical support for armored vehicles of the State Border Service of Ukraine. Such a need was due to the uneven modernization of the fleet of vehicles and equipping them with units that ensure that the machines are constantly ready for their intended use. This causes downtime for individual samples for a long time. In modern conditions, it is the promptness of the technique renewal that plays an important role in ensuring the tasks of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine. Depending on the state of the art, the level of mobility of the units will depend on the ability to complete the task on time. Therefore, the following are urgent: development of separate methods of ensuring adaptation of the system of technical support of parks to certain conditions of their functioning; methods of introducing adaptive approaches to combining different forms of ensuring technical impacts on individual samples. Therefore, the proposed method takes into account not only the economic component of the functioning of the system, characteristic of civil organizations operating on a commercial basis, but also operational and technical, which will ensure the implementation of the whole complex of technical influences on the samples of equipment, depending on the external and internal conditions of functioning of the State Border Service. The method proposed by the author requires a number of baseline data, on the basis of which an array of plans for the distribution of technical impacts from different technical support bodies to the machines of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine fleet will be formed. The main purpose of implementing this method is to ensure the efficient distribution of service functions, depending on the generated array of values of economic and operational-technical components. The formation of such an array is carried out in four steps: creating matrices of output data; search for optimal service plans; selecting the service plan that best suits the purpose of the optimization; formulation of recommendations for involvement of individual technical support bodies in the execution of works. Keywords: technical support system, technical support unit, method, efficiency, rational distribution.

The article analyzes the main directions of the organization of technical service in the agricultural sector. It is noted, that Tatarstan is characterized by an increased role of large enterprises in production, it is necessary to pay special attention to the organization of maintenance of medium and small agricultural enterprises. In addition, as a consequence of increasing the service life of equipment to the cancellation of a growing there is a necessary for repair and maintenance work. Farm productivity is low, in particular due to their poor technical equipment. The structure of repair and service base was changed, the value of non impersonal repair is increasing.

Methods of diagnostics of parts status of cylinder-piston group (CPG) of engines for their use directly in operational conditions of motor-and-tractor equipment are presented. The methods are simple and reliable, developed on the basis of a complex of outward appearances of these component malfunctions with minimal use of diagnostic devices. The developed methods can be used by owners of technical equipment that do not have a production base for maintenance and repair of motor-and-tractor equipment. The use of the developed diagnostic methods will reduce material and labor costs when troubleshooting the parts of the CPG engines.

Corrosion control design and management for a new build Floating Production Storage and Offloading installation (FPSO) operating in certain benign regions, such as West Africa, China and Brazil, can provide significantly increased challenges compared to their North Sea counter parts. Even though there are over 100 FPSO’s operating worldwide, designing and implementing a cost optimal Inspection, Maintenance and Repair (IMR) system for a 20 year service still remains a major challenge. Primarily this is due to the fact that there is limited information available to facilitate the corrosion control design for a 20 year continuous service. Therefore, it is difficult to select a cost effective corrosion control design that addresses both the fabrication and operational aspects. This paper describes a probabilistic model for coating degradation and its application for implementing IMR for long year service of FPSO’s. The model can be utilized as a tool for planning of inspection and maintenance of the corrosion protective coatings and also estimate the associate costs. This enables the operator to model various scenarios for future inspection and maintenance work and thereby select cost optimal solutions for the given FPSO requirements. The paper will also demonstrate the proposed model through a realistic case study.

Progressive norms and standards are the foundation for the development of business plans, allow you to take into account the reserves of production and increase its efficiency. Many years of experience in the operation of farms, regional stations for the maintenance and repair of livestock equipment (STOZh) and specialized services, as well as ongoing research on the maintenance and repair of equipment in animal husbandry, shows that the development of labor, material and cost standards lags far behind modern agricultural support equipment and thereby complicates the planning of costs for the implementation of repair and maintenance work on farms and specialized services.
