Today, there are models for building an enterprise architecture (EA) in general and power engineering in particular. However, these models provide only a systematic approach to the formation of EA, but do not contain metrics, therefore, they do not allow comparing different versions of architectures, and even more so to build an optimal EA. In our works, we have proposed a technology for designing an optimal EA. The article is the development of this technology and the integration of an approach to solving complex safety issues in an accident. This technology can be applied to any enterprise using information and digital technologies.

Introduction. In the current crisis in the energy market, the issue of improving the efficiency of development of companies in the energy sector of Ukraine, in particular the formation of organizational and economic mechanism for managing energy companies has become particularly relevant. As a result, there is a need for a systematic review of the management structure of energy companies. The purpose of the article isconsideration of modern organizational management structures in the energy sector of Ukraine and the formation of an effective organizational and economic mechanism for managing energy companies. Method (methodology). The methodological basis of the study were the following methods: analysis and synthesis - to clarify the essence of the organizational and economic mechanism of management of energy companies; dialectical cognition - to determine the conditions of application of a systematic approach to the formation of the management system of the company; structuring - when creating a department of innovative management system of the company for the effective development of the energy company. Results. The article considers a systematic approach to modern organizational management structures in the energy sector of Ukraine. The formation of an effective organizational and economic mechanism for managing energy companies is substantiated. The components of the organizational and economic mechanism of management of energy enterprises are considered. The principles of the new management model of energy companies are determined. It is proposed to create a department of innovative management system of the company.

This research is devoted to the issues of improving the management of investment processes of commercial organizations, which is relevant in the context of digitalization, since the right choice and implementation of the investment strategy allow the enterprise to strengthen its competitive position in the market and, at the same time, maintain a course for sustainable development. The paper uses a dialectical method of cognition and a systematic approach to the study of the problem area. Recent studies have shown that digital technologies create a huge potential for innovation in products and services, which is often difficult to control and predict. In this regard, the author formulated the areas that should be changed due to the need to manage the implementation of innovative digital products in commercial organizations. In conclusion, an algorithm for improving the management of investment activities of commercial organizations was proposed, which will allow overcoming the risky elements of market relations, ensuring the balanced progressive development of the organization.

The present paper features Russian loan banks that use new information and digital banking technologies. The research involved various methodological approaches, including a systematic approach to the analysis of modern banks. The method of comparative analysis made it possible to interpret various indicators of the activities of loan banks. The method of dynamic analysis helped to identify the main trends in the development of the Russian banking sector. The research objective was to identify the main trends and key problems in the digitalization of the Russian banking sector and the risks that accompany the process. The author believes that digital technologies will increase the country's competitiveness and boost its economic development. Digital economy involves the introduction of new technologies in the banking sector, e.g. e-money, digital signature, contactless payment, blockchain technology, the Internet of things, etc. The usual approaches to customer service are being replaced by advanced practices, as the traditional bank is gradually turning into a multifunctional IT company. However, cyber risks are also growing, and their management requires new approaches.

The article identifies the main features of the metamodern - the era of fluctuations between structured and systemic modernity and vague and indefinite postmodernity. The technological trends of the era are revealed - digitalization of all spheres of civilization's life, their impact on the socio-economic ecosystem is determined. The author notes the penetration of digital technologies into all spheres of the economy, and, in particular, into the agro-industrial sector. The factors hindering the introduction of digital technologies in the agro-industrial complex are identified. The most important digital technologies that can increase the productivity of agricultural production have been identified. The scientific work used the logical and historical research methods, the comparative method, the analogy method, the systematic approach. The conclusion is made about the influence of digital trends of metamodern on the agricultural sector of the country's national economy as a factor in increasing the productivity of agricultural enterprises and their competitiveness in the domestic and world markets.

Subject. A growth in decentralized power engineering and renewable sources of energy, the changing consumption model and the transition to active power consumption are key drivers of the power engineering sector worldwide and in Russia. Digital technologies underlie the transformations in the industry. Objectives. We determine the way the power engineering sector mainly transforms worldwide and in Russia, and what can be done to make the transformation process smooth. Methods. The study employs methods of summarizing normative, empirical and theoretical data. In November 2019, we surveyed representatives of the power engineering sector so as to find the conceptual meaning of Digitalization and view the main lines of digital transformation in the industry. Results. The article proves a range of definitions Digitalization and, inter alia, the concept of digitalization in power engineering. We also pinpoint the course of digital transformation, such as a spread of renewable energy sources, distributed generation, digital services, the modification of the consumption model per se with a keel towards active consumers, transport electrification as an attempt to lower the carbon footprint. The article indicates possible effects and beneficiaries of digital technologies from perspectives of companies, the industry and the country. Conclusions and Relevance. The digitalization of the power engineering sector induces more complicated power systems, helps manage them and contributed to the adoption of new technology. It also reduces the dependence on conventional sources of energy, ensuring the reliability of power engineering, energy saving, lower costs and use of renewable energy sources, lower carbon emissions and environmental protection. Challenges brought by the 2020 pandemic urge to advance and use digital technologies in the industry.

The rapid proliferation and emergence of mobile, digital technologies, smartphone devices, big data, cloud computing and Internet of Things (IoT) have given rise to a new era of Digital Transformation (DT). DT is shifting not only technological advancements but also involves changes to business processes, organization structure, business models, managerial and culture. Higher Education Institution (HEI) are undergoing some forms of DT and is affected by these changes. Technology is changing the way many HEIs operate and to ensure survival, HEI needs to adapt to DT changes. However, HEIs are facing difficulties in adapting to DT. The main objective of this paper is to identify DT adaptation challenges in HEI based on literature review. Result from the literature review lists the HEI DT adaptation challenges and Enterprise Architecture(EA) is identified as a facilitator and enabler to support DT initiatives.
