The international approaches to strategic planning in supreme audit institutions and current experience of European countries in developing such strategies are explored. The challenges and problems of external audit in Ukraine are defined in terms of the results of functional assessment and performance indicators of the Accounting Chamber. The development strategy structure, mission, vision, values and strategic goals of the Accounting Chamber are developed.

The article analyzes the conditions under which modern universities function. The main performance criteria of the university are considered. The article describes the requirements for the quality of human resources of the university at present time. the key characteristics quality are analyzed: competence, competitiveness, engagement. It has been established that the competence of the teacher should be consistent with the development strategy of the university. Over the competitiveness influences the individual achievement. Engagement has a direct impact on the effectiveness of the work of the university. The approaches to the formation of a system of performance indicators lecturer are defined. It was determined that the requirements depend on state policy in the field of higher education and the strategy of the university. It was found that a mechanism of quality management of human resources at the university is necessary.

The research features the theoretical aspects of company development strategy. The paper outlines scientific approaches by various authors to the phenomenon of strategic planning and defines the notions of strategic plan and strategy. The theoretical analysis focuses on R. A. Fatkhutdinov’s two-level system and A. B. Idrisov’s concept of strategic planning comparison of marketing strategy. The paper also introduces foreign experience of strategic planning. The research was based on the strategic goals and objectives used by companies that provide financial services, namely Russian banking organizations. The author studied the official rating of Russian banks on a number of key indicators. As a result, Sberbank, VTB, Gazprombank, Rosselkhozbank, and Alfa-Bank were selected for the analysis. The article particularly concentrates on the ways each bank realizes its strategic goals within the development strategy. The research objective was to identify and justify one of the most important peculiarities of the development strategy of the banks.

SYNOPSIS: The SEC has proposed a strategic plan that sets out its mission, vision, and values, four strategic goals, a set of desired outcomes associated with each strategic goal, and a list of performance measures for assessing the SEC’s effectiveness in attaining its goals. We affirm the need for vigorous enforcement of securities law and offer some research-based insights and performance indicators. We also acknowledge the importance of disclosure, but propose that the SEC needs to develop a disclosure framework and develop better operational indicators of quality of disclosure. It is important to appreciate the benefits of disclosure as well as its limits and potential dysfunctional consequences. We also discuss the need for an independent accounting standard setter and recommend that the SEC take a greater role in enhancing the independence of the FASB.

При этом необходимо понимать, что формирование стратегии развития бизнеса на долгосрочную перспективу в нефтяной компании невозможно без учета маркетинга, выступающего в качестве инструментария и информационной среды для обоснования и правильного выбора стратегических целей, а также для составления стратегического плана и организации его контроля. One of the important aspects in the corporate governance system of a vertically integrated oil company is the strategic planning and controlling system based on goal setting, the choice of strategic initiatives and key business goals, and key business performance indicators. At the same time, it is necessary to understand that the formation of a business development strategy for the long term in an oil company is not possible without taking into account marketing, which acts as a toolkit and information environment for justifying and choosing the right strategic goals, as well as for drawing up a strategic plan and organizing its control.

The purpose of this work was to systematize basic stages of strategic HR management. The main difference between traditional strategic management and personnel one is in strategic alternatives forming. According to development of human capital concept and escalating сorporate social responsibility three components of HR strategy were suggested: “quality of personnel-expenses”, “employees' interaction, vector of corporate culture and social responsibility”, “personnel development”. The combination of these types allows to form valid strategic alternatives of HR strategy. The condition for the effective implementation of the strategy is its decomposition to the level of key performance indicators. Purpose KPIs is the ability to assess the implementation of operational strategies and achieve strategic goals.

Nowadays irrigation district managers require several tools to assess irrigation networks' performance such as hydraulic models, geographic information systems (GIS) or decision support systems (DSS) which are available but as independent elements. Thus, simplifying the use of these tools by means of applications that integrate all these components would be helpful for irrigation district managers. In this paper, a computer tool combining a GIS, a hydraulic model and performance indicators (PIs) has been developed creating a database to deal with most information required in an irritation district. MapObjects Java Edition was used for the GIS integration and EPANET calculation module for the hydraulic modeling. This tool enables the study of the network performance, taking into account real measures (data from the remote control system) and simulated measures (obtained when running the hydraulic model) which are stored in a database and used to calculate different indicators that can be represented in the GIS. The PIs calculated with this tool give important information regarding the network response to different conditions, malfunction problems and failures in supply. Therefore, this tool is also useful to study the effects of improvements and the quality of service provided to farmers.

Aim. To compare the efficacy of prophylactic administration of mineral-vitamin complexes "Feroglobin-B12" and "Complivit iron" with different degrees of Fe valence. Materials and methods. 120 female subjects were examined. To determine the quality of life, the SF-36 questionnaire was used. The presence of anxiety was determined on the Spielberger-Khanin Alarm Scale. 30 women with a deficit of Fe were divided into 2 groups of 15 people each. The first group received "Ferroglobin-B12", the second - "Complivit iron" for a month. Results. In a month after the initiation of preventive therapy in women of the 1 group the content of Fe serum was normalized. In the second group, its concentration approached the control values. The difference in Fe content in the 1 and 2 groups was of a reliable nature. Conclusion. The intake of "Ferroglobin-B12" was not accompanied by side effects, and performance indicators, social activity and mental health reached control values, unlike the group of patients taking Complivit iron.

Assessment of feasibility of applying the chosen organization development strategy should be based on assessment of its effectiveness. The proposed methods for assessing the development strategy provide for defining indexes that, in accordance with set strategic goals, should take into account an entire set of target strategic indexes. The methodology consists in calculating integral indexes characterizing achievement of set strategic goals. As such indexes, which take into account key strategic parameters, estimated development indexes and assessments of the organization sustainable development potential are proposed. These indexes should be used as an indicator of the development strategy and achievement of strategic goals.

This aims of the study are finding the development strategy in the tourist area of the Dlundung waterfall to be excellent destination in Mojokerto. This is a descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Data will be analyzed by SWOT method. Strategies have been found is the increased promotion of the natural beauty of waterfalls and campgrounds, additional facilities of outbound and painball, repair and improvement of facilities, road improvements, additional services and hours of operation of public transport, improving the quality of human resources of tourism, Perhutani reports the condition of the campground to Disparta about prioritized apparatus intensively, Perhutani and Disparta give an opportunity for investors to benefit location of the campsite, ask for the role of local communities in improving the security of tourism, Perhutani maintains the cleanliness and comfort of the facilities at tourist sites, increasing community empowerment in troubleshooting facilities and accessibility. This article discusses approaches to conducting a comparative analysis of alternative solutions to the problem of forming a development strategy in government structures. The article defines the conditions for the examination of the results of strategic planning in the customs authorities of Russia. The structure of the Development Strategy of the Russian Customs Service until 2030 is analyzed.
