COMPONENTS OF PEDAGOGICAL TECHNOLOGY FORMING THE PROFESSIONAL REFLEXION OF FUTURE SOCIAL PEDAGOGES IN THE HIGHER EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION

In the article the characteristics and peculiarities of pedagogical technology of formation of professional reflection of future social educators in the higher educational institution is a clear scientific and theoretical basis for the optimal realization of the tasks of vocational training. The developed pedagogical technology was considered as a collection of regular, functionally related components, constituting a definite integral system. The allocation of components in pedagogical technology has allowed it to be divided into blocks (target, functional, informative, organizational, productive) that provided the opportunity to more clearly represent the purposeful process of forming professional reflection of future social educators in the higher educational institution. The formation of a professional reflection of future social educators in a higher educational institution will be successful in the presence of appropriate pedagogical conditions. Moreover, it is necessary to identify, analyze and generalize in a systematic way those pedagogical conditions, to effectively influence this process and the professional formation of future social educators. The introduction of pedagogical technology for the formation of professional reflection of future social educators in a higher educational establishment is impossible without taking into account the pedagogical conditions for its implementation. In spite of the fact that they acted as part of the organizational unit of sound and developed pedagogical technology, in essence they were a kind of "core" that allowed it to function and be effective.

For effective forming of creative competence in future social work experts, we suggested using the creative approach to organization of educational process in a higher educational establishment, using the potential of different disciplines in the process of professional training. We clarified the main aspects of shaping of creative competence in future social workers in classroom and outside classroom, as well as main forms of the methodology of such training. The use of the mentioned approaches will give an opportunity to shape creative competence in future social workers for work with gifted children.

The principal result of our research is the analysis of the influence of using interactive techniques on acquiring communicative competence and personal development. The article deals with the problem of the content of the training speech therapists at the higher educational establishment at the present stage of democratic change in society. Areas of improvement of training, content, organization and methods of it's implementation for students specializing in "Logopedics" have been determined. The current state of the growth in the number of children with impaired psychophysical development according to the Ministry of Health of Ukraine is analyzed. The state program “The concept of teacher education” is considered, which indicates the main goal of the Ukrainian education system. A pedagogical experiment, due to the transition to the European technology of training, during which much attention is paid to the independent work of students and the active passage of practical training, is disclosed. Organization of speech therapy practice on credit-modular technology is an integral element of the educational process and is included in the calendar-thematic and curriculum of the curriculum as mandatory for all students. During independent practical activity, the student's mental activity develops both at the level of knowledge gained, and attracting them to solving problems, problems, situations. It is the credit-modular system of training specialists in a higher educational institution that takes into account the organization of one of the forms of educational activity, namely production practice, based on the principles of consistency, and ensures its passage over 5 years. Vocational training of students is represented by three links of speech therapy practice: 1 – Speech therapy practice in preschool institutions in groups for children with severe speech impairments; 2 – Speech therapist practice in educational institutions in groups for schoolchildren with impaired speech and writing; 3 – Speech therapy practice in healthcare facilities. The vocational training of speech therapists is determined by the modern requirements of the region, as the central link in correctional and pedagogical activity and helps in solving the problems of competitiveness of young speech therapists in the employment market.

In the article the technology of virtualization as technique of logical resource allocation of the COMPUTER (ECM) on separate virtual computers is considered. Modern approaches to concept of virtualization are described. Two categories of virtualization which fundamentally differ are considered: virtualization of resources and virtualization of platforms. The total characteristic and results of the analysis of modern platforms of virtualization is submitted. It has been shown variants and perspectives of application of virtual computers in conditions of the informative-educational environment in higher educational establishments. The conditions of economic feasibility of application of virtual computers under the development of the informative-educational environment in educational establishments, ІТ-technology studying in the vocational training system for the future teacher and support of an informational infrastructure of the higher educational establishments are defined.

Being a “window on the world”, the official website of an educational institution is among the most important means of promoting its activities, thus increasing its competitive advantage in the market for educational services. Providing a framework for efficient marketing, the functioning of the official website of a higher educational establishment represents a format of public relations, the outcomes of which depend heavily upon numerous factors. Presenting unbiased assessment of a university’s image formalised in terms of officially approved procedures is crucial for winning a respective market share. The Webometrics Ranking of World Universities (also known as Ranking Web of Universities) represents validated data that must not be overlooked by both website administrators and those interested in evaluating a university’s image. Though taken with a great deal of scepticism by some universities, webometrics ranking nevertheless can make the difference when it goes about sprucing up a university’s image and successful appealing to its target audience. The research work considers the issue of representing global rankings of educational institutions on their official websites as an element of marketing policies devised with the view of gaining a competitive advantage in the global educational space. It is highlighted that university ranks are based on applying diverse criteria and indicators as well as measuring respective values. Criticised are dishonest practices of providing false information aimed at increasing ranks of some educational establishments. The measuring indicators (availability, visibility, transparency (or openness), and excellence (or scientific character)) are analysed based on cybermetric data of research findings obtained by bibliometric methods. The authors elaborated a set of recommendations as for increasing the efficiency of university website functioning. The key point is to comprehensively select, verify, present and expand contents of a website. It is highlighted that information on the official website of a higher educational establishment should reflect the whole range of educational, scientific research and administrative activities carried out by the academic staff and students. Blended together, they represent the business reputation of the university, which includes its reputation, prestige, partnering relationships, business contacts etc. The authors share their experience in implementing the above measures at Vinnytsia Mykhailo Kotsiubynskyi State Pedagogical University.

The article deals with the issue of development of the modern educational environment of Ukraine in the context of its ethical activity through the formation of topical academic values. It involves both general theory and practice of changes in educational establishments, of universal values, as well as the formation of specific academic values that are relevant for providing effective educational environment in modern higher educational, in particular pedagogical, establishments. Practice and experience testify that the importance of ethical activity in the educational environment in a higher educational establishment is determined by the changes in the model of a modern educational institution where the situation of value collisions occurs regularly. The article describes one of the theoretical models of the development of a higher educational establishment along with the outline of the reasons for its ineffective implementation. The study determines the basic factors in formation of the student's personality as a bearer of universal values, in particular academic ones. The results of the theoretical and empirical research regarding the state and conditions for the formation of personal and academic values of a future specialist with the help of pedagogical tools are presented. With the help of empirical data, the statement about the limited opportunities of educational process towards the formation of students’ personal values, both professional and socially significant, is explained. The relation between the concepts "responsibility of profession" and "responsibility of a person" is indicated. Based on the achievements of international and domestic scientists, philosophers and educators in the sphere of anthropological and socio-cultural studies, the author identifies the phenomena of honor and responsibility as the priority and universal values, which influence the efficiency and quality of the activity accomplished by a modern higher educational establishment and the development of educational and scientific environment in general. The emphasis is put on the key aspects of honor, which influence the personality formation and development of a future specialist. The personal honor, existentialist by its essence and nature, which serves as the basis for the formation of professional honor, is called system- forming measure.

The article is devoted to the problem of integrating the introduction of information technologies into the process of implementing vocational training, monitoring the quality of education and science, and introducing various technologies for diagnosing external and internal audit of a higher educational organization. As a result of the research, a model for the automated information space of an institution of higher education is developed, which consists of three interrelated blocks: information collection, information processing and an effective block.
