In view of the controversial nature of the transnational enterprise activity, it becomes relevant the development of monitoring mechanisms, system analysis, the control of processes of the production transnationalization from an economic security position. In the given article it is described the features of state influence on transnational business for national economic interests. It is identified the conditions for effective regulation of the processes of product transnationalization under the increasing of the economic instability.

The article of research is totality of organizationally-economic relations thatarise up in the process of forming of social politics and providing of financialsafety of man in the system of national economic security. the aim of the articleconsists in the analysis of basic problems, contradictions that arise up in the processof realization of complex of events in relation to forming of effective social politicsin the system of strengthening of financial safety of Ukraine. research methodologyconsists in the use of totality of methods : dialectical, analytical, comparative. Themarked methodological approach allowed to analyse theoretical and methodological,and practical aspects forming of social politics, that is represented in works ofhome and foreign scientists and to define their connection and influence on thesystem of financial safety of man in Ukraine. the scientific novelty of the got results consists in complex illumination of the generalized going near determinationof priorities of social politics in the system of strengthening of financial safety ofman in Ukraine. Done scientific conclusions in relation to character, features ofthe state of realization of social politics and ground of necessity and expediencyof further study of her influence on strengthening of financial safety of man inUkraine. conclusions. In the article there are the lighted up questions of necessityof scientific comprehension and practical decision of the problems related to theimprovement of social politics, determinations of their priorities in the system ofstrengthening of financial safety of man in Ukraine. The monograph is devoted to the study of topical issues of ensuring national economic security in the context of the globalization of the world economy, the activation of international integration processes, the increase in the volume of transactions and external borrowing in the world financial markets, as well as currency and investment flows from one country to another. Economic security is considered from the position of the most important national priority of any state, assuming invulnerability to possible external and internal threats and influences. The monograph analyzes the strategic orientation of the external and internal functions of the Russian state, conditioned by objective needs and expressing the legal, economic and social purpose of the state, its essence, providing ample opportunities to justify the choice of priority areas for the development of the state and society at the appropriate stage; identifying the nature of the state's activities and the level of its organization. The article deals with the development of the concept of subsidiary liability as a tool for improving the efficiency of the functioning of the institute of bank-ruptcy and ensuring national economic security; it presents the content characteristics of the institute of insolvency (bankruptcy) in the Russian Federation. The regional economic security of the integration association is considered as a kind of inter-national economic security, which includes systemic relations with the totality of the national eco-nomic security systems of the participating countries, appropriate institutions for coordinating and regulating common and national economic interests, with the unconditional primacy of integration legislation.

The task of the authors was to identify the role of country economic security in the Eurasian integration. To this end, the approaches to economic security in Europe, Russia and Asian countries are analyzed. The differences in the systems of national economic security and in the key approaches to its provision are primarily due to the historically established internal economic and geo-economic conditions. There is a fairly wide range of paradigms of national economic security, primarily the differences between the European approaches and the approach of Russia. Information on the state, principles and mechanisms of organization of national economic security systems in Asian countries is practically absent in Russian science. It was also necessary to analyze the typology of threats in order to clarify the prospects of integration of national economic security systems. The authors substantiate the position that ensuring national economic security is an important imperative of integration and development in the Eurasian space, competitiveness and economic sovereignty of countries. The article systematically organizes the facts about the types of organization of national economic security, explains the need for the countries of Eurasia active system of economic security as a response to the challenges of our time. The authors formulate the basic principles of Eurasian integration in the field of national security, involving both sovereignty and harmonization of national systems aimed at protecting economic interests.

Situation and value of the African continent on the economic and social cardmap of the world dynamically changes and will continue to change throughout all the 21st century with strengthening of the Africa positions in the world. In Russia all the complex of threats and problems which arise owing to political and economic transformation of Africa is not adequately estimated. The scientific literature on economic security issues presents an expanded set of internal and external threats to the national economy that goes beyond the traditional areas of the shadow economy, corruption, economic crime and related segments, including the internal economic stability of the national economy and inter-country competition, the quality of state strategic management, studies of the specifics of ensuring economic security in the conditions of the sixth technological order, intercultural communication and their impact on the economic relations between countries, etc. Incomplete use of such approach to strategy for the countries of Africa creates additional threats and risks for Russia. An analysis of security problems in Africa revealed that studies of economic security in the context of African development trends in Russia are conducted in an unsatisfactory volume, not always taking into account the results of new developments in the field of ensuring economic security. Even the large shifts happening on the African continent, forecasts of this dynamics sometimes are poorly known to experts of a profile of economic security, and many experts of an economic profile including working in the African subject often do not accurately distinguish problems of “economic cooperation” and “the Russian – African relations”, on the one hand, and “economic security of Russia” – with another. In this regard the new scientific problem is proved: need for deeper analysis of trends of economic and social development in Africa as an important component of a system of ensuring national economic security of Russia in the current period and in the future into account the new developments in the sphere of economic security. The main directions of activating scientific research and concentration of practical efforts to increase national economic security, neutralize threats and reduce risk for Russia in the designated context are formulated.

The task of the authors was to develop a certain control system to identify the role of country economic security in the Eurasian integration. To this end, the approaches to economic security in Europe, Russia and Asian countries are analyzed. There is a fairly wide range of paradigms of controlling system implemented in national economic security, primarily the differences between the European approaches and the approach of Russia.  Given information based on mentioned control systems revealed that principles and mechanisms of organization of national economic security systems in Asian countries is practically absent in Russian science. It was also necessary to analyze the typology of control monitoring system in order to clarify the prospects of integration of national economic security systems. The authors substantiate the position that ensuring national economic security is an important imperative of integration and development in the Eurasian space, competitiveness and economic sovereignty of countries. The article systematically organizes the facts about the types of organization of national economic security, explains the need for the countries of Eurasia active control system of economic security as a response to the challenges of our time. The problem of ensuring the economic security of the state is quite urgent. This study examines theoretical approaches to defining this definition, as well as the structural elements of the concept of economic security. The aim of the study is to identify the theoretical and methodological substantiation of the economic security of the state and the development of strategic directions for ensuring the economic security of the Russian Federation in the face of modern global challenges. The stages for assessing the level of economic security of the state are determined. Based on the existing methods for assessing the economic security of the state, a methodological approach to this assessment is proposed, taking into account the totality of macroindicators, industry, financial and social indicators. The calculation of the indicators of the economic security of the Russian Federation showed that the indicators do not go beyond the threshold values. The results of constructing an econometric model made it possible to determine the indicators of national economic security that have the most significant impact on the level of economic development of the state, as well as to identify internal and external threats to the Russian Federation. Thus, we can conclude that the economic security of the state can be represented as the state of protection of the national economy from external and internal threats, which ensures the progressive development of society, its economic and socio-political stability, despite the presence of unfavorable external and internal factors; ensuring national economic security and neutralizing all possible threats is the fundamental task of the state government. The level of economic development of the country as a whole and the quality of life of its citizens depend on the success and effectiveness of countermeasures.
