The government is mainstreaming the strengthening of religious moderation (MB), which is one of the national priority programs. Religious moderation is a perspective, attitude, and practice of religion in common life, by embodying the essence of religious teachings that protect human dignity and build the common good, based on the principles of fairness, balance, and obeying the constitution as a national agreement. People need to know that religious moderation is a way together, religious people, to protect Indonesia. Of course, they do not want to suffer the fate of their brothers and sisters in a country where people's lives are chaotic, and even their country is threatened with disbandment, due to socio-political conflicts with different religious interpretations. Therefore, multicultural society must learn from existing experiences. The purpose of this study is to describe moderation in religion in the era of society 5.0 and multicultural society: studies based on legal, religious, and social reviews. This research is a qualitative research with descriptive method. The approach used is a phenomenal approach, while the data collection technique uses observation, interviews, and distribution of questionnaires. Data is collected by collection and selection. The processed data is interpreted based on socio-multicultural techniques.

Changes in modern technologies have led to a decrease in the role of oil and threaten the well-being of oil-exporting countries. The oil and gas industry is the leading one in the economy of Kazakhstan, and the future of the country depends on its development. The purpose of the presented research is to determine the long-term image of the future oil and gas industry and develop a strategy for the government and national companies in different spheres for actions in conditions of increasing uncertainty. The article presents the materials of an expert survey using the Delphi method (211 industry experts) and a group discussion during a foresight session (75 participants), in which the authors provided methodological support and practical participation. The top nine development trends have been identified, the majority of experts (about 90%) see the future of the industry as the development of unmanned production based on digital management and an increase in environmental requirements (85%). The author’s methodology is based on a pragmatic approach to conducting an industry technological foresight in the medium term. The visionary image of the development of the oil and gas industry is built on the basis of the possibilities of technological breakthroughs. The refined image was formed as a response to the challenges of the external environment on the principle of the “Most Advanced, Yet Acceptable”. The main characteristic of the future of the oil and gas industry in Kazakhstan is a deserted production, where the production process is fully automated and robotic. Risks of oil and gas industry development are critical for the entire economy of Kazakhstan, so plans based on industry foresight projections to prevent them are a national priority.

We report the rediscovery of Laura’s Glassfrog, Nymphargus laurae Cisneros-Heredia & McDiarmid, 2007, based on two specimens collected at the Colonso-Chalupas Biological Reserve, province of Napo, Ecuador. The species was described and known from a single male specimen collected in 1955 at Loreto, north-eastern Andean foothills of Ecuador. Limited information was available about the colouration, systematics, ecology, and biogeography of N. laurae. We provide new data on the external morphology, colouration, distribution and comment on its conservation status and extinction risk. We discuss the phylogenetic relationships of N. laurae, which forms a clade together with N. siren and N. humboldti. The importance of research in unexplored areas must be a national priority to document the biodiversity associated, especially in protected areas.

Since the concept of low carbon development (LCD) was adopted at the 1992 Rio de Janeiro Earth Summit, Indonesia has been committed to implementing the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions. In 2020, the country issued Presidential Regulation No. 18, which made LCD one of the national priority programs to maintain economic and social through low emission activities and reduce the overexploitation of natural resources. The LCD is a way for the country to overcome the tradeoff between economic growth and environmental degradation. Nevertheless, LCD is a new initiative for Indonesia, so it needs strategic indicators that influence the achievement of development. This paper attempts to integrate macro-regional development indicators that combine each region’s gross domestic product, human development index, and unemployment rate with LCD indicators, including the environmental quality index and g reenhouse gas emissions. The combined indicators were constructed by composite index through the Shannon entropy method, geometric and arithmetic means using the technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS) method. The results show significant differences among provinces concerning to macro-regional indicators once the LCD indicators were incorporated. The results of this analysis could be used by policymakers to evaluate the green development of regions.

Bovine reproductive diseases are endemic in Indonesia, but comprehensive information about their infectious causes is not available. Therefore, our aim for this study was to detect several infectious agents that cause reproductive diseases in Indonesian beef and dairy cows. A total of 152 cow serum samples collected by Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of Brawijaya University and Veterinary Disease Investigation Centre as a part of the mandatory and regularly surveillance system from three provinces during 2019–2020 were used. The samples were then sent to Indonesian Research Centre for Veterinary Science (IRCVS) for further detection of seven reproductive diseases by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Seven reproductive diseases to be tested in parallel are neosporosis, chlamydiosis, brucellosis, Q fever, bovine viral diarrhea (BVD), infectious bovine rhinotracheitis (IBR), and BHV-4 infection. The dominant reproductive diseases in Indonesian cows were BVD (45.69%), chlamydiosis (31.58%), IBR (20.53%), neosporosis (11.84%), and BHV-4 infection (10.53%). The seroprevalence of IBR, BHV-4 infection, neosporosis, and brucellosis varied significantly P < 0.05 between dairy and beef cattle. The most dominant reproductive diseases in aborted cows were chlamydiosis (45%), BVD (41%), and neosporosis (10%). The conclusion drawn from this study is that the dominant reproductive diseases in Indonesian cows are BVD, chlamydiosis, IBR, neosporosis, and BHV-4 infection. Chlamydiosis, BVD, and neosporosis are common among aborted cow. Chlamydiosis, neosporosis, and BHV-4 infection should be included in the national priority list in Indonesia. Control and preventive measures should be focused on high-risk areas and animals like stray cat and dog.

The industrial revolution is a process of change in which human work in various fields is replaced by machines. Currently the world has entered the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 so that the process of producing goods or services is much more efficient than before. Therefore, since 2017 the Ministry of Industry has made a roadmap for the Implementation of Making Indonesia 4.0 to accelerate the development of the manufacturing industry in Indonesia. In the process of achieving this goal, Indonesia is one of the countries most affected by the COVID-19 pandemic which began in early 2020. The activity plans that have been prepared in the roadmap must be adjusted because most of their budget has been reallocated or refocused for handling the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. -19, this study aims to determine the implementation of Making Indonesia 4.0 on the impact of the covid-19 pandemic in terms of policies and budget allocations. The method used is a literature study and descriptive analysis using quantitative and qualitative data types. Based on the results of the descriptive analysis, information was obtained that the 2020 budget allocation for the Implementation of Making Indonesia 4.0 included the refocusing of 63.4% of the initial ceiling. With this refocusing, it is necessary to reconstruct the national priority programs contained in the roadmap for the Implementation of Making Indonesia 4.0 and redesign. financing so that not all national programs use the state budget.

This type of research is descriptive research using qualitative methods. Collecting data by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation. The communication strategy carried out by the Thousand Islands PPAPP Sub-Department refers to Hafied Cangara's theory, where in this case the communication strategy in the KIE promotion program for the Care of 1000 HPK is carried out through the first stage and then continues with planning, implementation, evaluation and reporting. The results showed that the communication strategy carried out in the 1000 HPK KIE Promotion Program was carried out through a 1000 HPK parenting training program directly face to face while practicing using the tools provided and online through webinars. In the process of implementing the program, referring to the 2018 National Priority Promotion Projection Technical Guidelines and KIE for the First 1000 Days of Life (HPK). According to Hafied Cangara's theory, the failure of the communication strategy of the 1000 HPK KIE Parenting Promotion Program for 2018- 2020 is the absence of a research process first carried out Kepulauan Seribu Sub-Department PPAPP. 1000 HPK 2018-2020. Thus, to realize the 1000 HPK Care KIE program 2018-2020 to the fullest, a process is needed before the program is implemented so that it is right on target and the community is enthusiastic about participating in the 1000 HPK Care KIE Promotion program.

Significance The ruling party lost seats, but not as many as predicted and it retains a comfortable majority. This clears the way for Kishida to set about implementing his economic promise: a 'new capitalism' with a greater emphasis on redistribution. Impacts The first priority is tackling COVID-19 and measures directed toward preparing for a future pandemic based on lessons learned from this one. Kishida will maintain his predecessor's focus on digitising government and society, helping Japan catch up in this crucial area. Kishida will make economic security vis-a-vis China a new national priority, entrenching the bilateral rivalry. Endorsement (if not implementation) of a centre-left agenda makes it harder for opposition parties to differentiate themselves.
