Commercial activity has always been influenced by the competitive environment and its spread to the online space is the next stage of development and a defining trend for the nearest time horizon. The changes in the business landscape influenced by COVID19 pose new challenges for marketers and entrepreneurs. It is necessary to use the forced sharp increase in online interaction with consumers. The course towards the digital economy determines the use of scientific, mathematical methods to optimize the target indicators of economic activity. These global shifts in business interactions are generating innovative tools for measuring business results and transforming old practices to meet new market realities. This is the basic condition for the sustainability of doing business in any industry. This study is devoted to the development of a theoretical description of the process of multi-stage interaction with a consumer pool. To solve this problem, a mathematical model has been developed, the basis of which is digital information interaction, starting from the stage of determining the target audience and ending with the complete completion of a commercial transaction. This article presents the results of modeling sales funnel, as the basis for the software of a modern market analyst, using a cross-system approach. In contrast to the classical sales funnel, the presented algorithms allow using the multidimensional conversion funnel not only for assessing business results for the reporting period. Thanks to the flow of model arguments in real time, it becomes possible to optimize the business process by moving to the concept of leading economic indicators. In practice, this means the ability to implement effective business planning on digital platforms. The arguments of the mathematical model are Internet statistics, the dynamics of consumer preferences, the history of the business process accumulated in the big data system. At the same time, the means of queuing theory, differential calculus, economic and mathematical modeling are involved, based on indicators such as KPI (Key Performance Indicators), CTR (click-through rate), CR (Conversion rate). This made it possible to formulate the concept of a digital twin of a commercial process and its transformation, convenient for practical applications, into a conversion funnel for embedding into algorithms implemented on a computer.

We present the modern stage of development of Universal Modeling Method, a complex of mathematical models and software for optimal design of centrifugal compressors - a new version of simplified mathematical model of efficiency and new software for variation calculations of multistage compressors. Based on this numerical calculation complex we have created a method for preliminary design of flow paths of stages - 2D and 3D impellers, vane and vaneless diffusers and return channels. The new, 9th version of its mathematical model features a quasi-3D calculation method of 2D and 3D impellers design, a new principle of pressure characteristic calculation, a new model of vaneless diffusers and much more. “Digital twin of a centrifugal compressor stage” and “3D compressor” software create digital descriptions of the flow part and its solid model (“digital twin”).

The development of digital technologies offers a wide range of opportunities to increase production efficiency, which relies on known tools and methods that transform in modern conditions. Many researchers note that the specialization most characteristic of complex knowledge-intensive industries has high prospects and is evident in all sectors of the national economy. Its combination with cooperation and outsourcing brings momentum to the development of both individual enterprises and the industry as a whole. It has been found that in light industry, which had a developed system of specializations, the return to this practice is difficult due to significant changes in the industries related to the liquidation of large mass production enterprises and the lag in the creation of digital twins, which are the basis at the stage of production preparation. Lost in the process of transition to a market economy, large production with a complete cycle is now successfully replaced by specialized small and medium-sized production, using high-performance equipment combined with modern digital technologies. It is obvious that the garment industry has entered a new cycle of development characterized by a high degree of specialization against the background of the application of digital technologies at all stages of the product life cycle. The significant lag in the application of digital technologies at the stage of production of light industry products is overcome, especially in the transition to additive technologies. It is noted that the digital shadow complements the information digital twin, which is especially relevant from the point of view of production. The introduction of digital technologies in specialized industries allows to achieve higher productivity and payback of invested capital than in standard production, where such investment is "blurred" due to the lag of related processes of the enterprise. It has been revealed that the modern stage of development of light industry is characterized by the application of fundamentally new technologies based on the creation of a digital twin and digital shadow, which create prerequisites for industrial application of additive technologies in industry. Key words: specialization, cooperation, digitalization, development of light industry

Today, manufacturing technologies are developing within the Industry 4.0 concept, which is the information technologies introduction in manufacturing. One of the most promising digital technologies finding more and more application in manufacturing is a digital twin. A digital twin is an ensemble of mathematical models of technological process, which exchanges information with its physical prototype in real-time. The paper considers an example of the formation of several interconnected predictive modules, which are a part of the structure of the turning process digital twin and designed to predict the quality of processing, the chip formation nature, and the cutting force. The authors carried out a three-factor experiment on the hard turning of 105WCr6 steel hardened to 55 HRC. Used an example of the conducted experiment, the authors described the process of development of the digital twin diagnostic module based on artificial neural networks. When developing a mathematical model for predicting and diagnosing the cutting process, the authors revealed higher accuracy, adaptability, and versatility of artificial neural networks. The developed mathematical model of online diagnostics of the cutting process for determining the surface quality and chip type during processing uses the actual value of the cutting depth determined indirectly by the force load on the drive. In this case, the model uses only the signals of the sensors included in the diagnostic subsystem on the CNC machine. As an informative feature reflecting the force load on the machine’s main motion drive, the authors selected the value of the energy of the current signal of the spindle drive motor. The study identified that the development of a digital twin is possible due to the development of additional modules predicting the accuracy of dimensions, geometric profile, tool wear.

In the course of development and implementation of information technologies it is necessary to measure performance of the designed and improved business processes. A developed system of performance metrics for such analysis is determined by the specific nature of a business process, while its quality depends on the analyst’s experience. Current technologies do not provide a method for objective measuring of future business processes throughput efficiency being either too primitive or too complex for real-world enterprise models. Some experience on performance measuring is collected in the theory of manufacturing systems, computer hardware and software, queuing theory and quality of service of business processes. Summing up the achievements it is possible to create a general-purpose and abstract set of performance parameters that can be applied to any business process and used for depth analysis of processes in the systems of simulation modelling and of business process management. The set consists of four groups evaluating efficiency by the time of operation, quantitative parameters, workload of employees and compliance to standards and conventions. For these parameters there have been developed a number of boundary values, reaching them leads to undesirable effects. Besides, the definition of dangerous events has been proposed to determine abnormal, out-of-bound process behavior or state causing business process failure.

The formation and formation of the Industry 4.0 concept stimulated the discussion of the use of computer technology in various areas of economic activity and, in particular, in the automation of social systems management. The basis of the concept is the inclusion of a virtual image of the social system in the form of a mathematical model or a digital twin of the enterprise in the production and management system. At the same time, it should be noted that today digital twin are created mainly only for technical objects used in the activities of enterprises. The purpose of the article is to demonstrate the possibility of fixing organizational documents as one of the system-forming factors in the digital twin of an enterprise. This circumstance makes it possible, firstly, to more accurately calculate the managerial effects of managers by taking into account the impact of organizational documents on the activities of employees of the enterprise; secondly, to identify conflicts of documents developed by various departments of the company; thirdly, to calculate the content of documents during their development (design), based on the requirements of the situation or a given control effect. This possibility arises due to the use of a comprehensive mathematical model of the social system operating in an active environment. The model is a simulation agent-based model and allows you to calculate the dynamics of the social system in the socio-economic space, which allows its use in decision support systems by managers of any scale and activities to calculate the expected effect of management decisions – the specifics of a particular social system are taken into account by combining the values of the phase variables describing the state of the enterprise. The novelty of the research paper lies in the fact that it shows: the possibility to calculate the influence of organizational documents on the behavior of participants and, consequently, on the result of the social system, as well as the mechanism for converting messages, which are invariants of socio-economic space into information that affects the behavior of participants of relations.

The article deals with the problems of the regional development strategy, which primarily should be aimed at increasing the soil fertility in Ukraine. Suggested concept of innovation-investment development of agriculture, which is based on the objective necessity of providing agricultural enterprises in future with investments taking into account the state of their development, the most complete use of internal opportunities and adaptation to changes in the external environment. The economic-mathematical model for setting the prospects of agricultural production development has been developed. To substantiate the development of agricultural enterprises of different types of production prospects, the task matrix includes data on production and financial activities which was collected on the basis of typical agricultural enterprises. These enterprises data was determined on the basis of processing of statistical information on agrarian formations of a certain region. The proposed economic-mathematical model of the problem is designed in such way that it is possible to introduce other variants for the determined situations, by making minor changes in the limitations of its matrix. It gives opportunities to set the need for investments for the goal achievement with the maximum predicted profit by enterprises of each separate production type and in the whole region of enterprises which are engaged in the production of agricultural products. The solution of the problem by this model will enable to determine in each production type of agricultural enterprises such a sectoral structure of production, which gives the opportunity to obtain maximum profits and the minimum terms of return on investment. Developed activities at the stage of practical realization and commercialization of innovations allow increasing income of the agricultural enterprises from the cattle breeding and plant growing sectors, to organize their own production of the required amount of cultures to ensure optimum forage production beef cattle and dairy direction, to preserve quality characteristics of cultivated of soils.

This article describes the digital twin of power drive unit (engine and transmission) of 8-ton class wheel tractor with automatic gearbox. Detailed mathematical model of considered tractor power drive unit - engine with 16-speed automatic gearbox and friction shift of stages under load without breaking the power flow is given. The theoretical methods of research are based on the use of the MATLab package. With the help of fundamental package units, models of gearbox physical components are created: friction clutches, gears, shafts with the required properties, engine mathematical model, as well as model of the transmission control system. The calculation methods of the gearbox dynamic processes going on in the gear shifts using friction clutches is proposed. A feature of the mathematical model is consideration of the resistive torque, the rate of rise of switched on clutches friction torque, both during switching to the higher and lower gears. Mathematic simulation of tractor power drive unit operation under load was performed. The results of the completed calculations are presented. The possibility of using this digital model to simulate tractor operation during its main work operations is shown.

The foremost feature in modern science and technology is the expanding role of mathematics. In industry and business the increasing complexity of problems and the ever-present search for better products and services, lead to the use of mathematical methods. Trial and error methods can not alone yield the information of the behavior of a physical system or a business procedure or an economic process necessary if improvement in design or function is to be achieved. To understand and evaluate the effects of small components on the behavior of a system, it must be considered as a single operating unit. The functional dependance of the entire system must be expressed in terms of all of the components, large and small. Thus a mathematical model emerges which is an abstraction of the quantitative and logical relationships of the system. Often, as further improvements are sought, the effect of a larger number of these smaller components need to be understood and weighed. It is thus the proper evaluation of the small effects or “second order effects” that determines progress.
