Aiming at the problems of the confusion of user meter data in the distribution network and the difficulty in identifying the relationship, a creative method of identifying the topological structure of the station based on the conservation of current and energy is proposed. Through the calculation of the current data relationship, a mathematical relationship model based on energy conservation is established for the topological scene of the station. After constructing the mathematical model, through a series of transformation methods, the model is transformed into a convex optimization problem. By solving the model, the topological relationship of the station is finally obtained. Through the experimental verification and analysis of real data, the model algorithm proposed in this paper has higher accuracy and higher efficiency than manual screening, and has deeper research value.

The article examines the process of formation of the power supply industry in the 2000s using the example of a separate region. The market transformation of RAO UES was carried out under the slogan of increasing the efficiency and reliability of interaction between the economy and the energy sector. However, in practice, the creation of the energy market faced many problems, the specifics of the “special product” electricity, network problems, institutional and other problems. On the example of the Altai Territory, the genesis of the territorial power supply system is shown within the framework of the general concept of market reform of the electric power industry. On the basis of real data of the supplier of last resort and the real consumer of electricity and capacity, a retrospective of the relationship of these entities in practice is shown. The dynamics of the average price for electricity is calculated and its quite significant growth is shown for the entire post-reform period of observations.

The twiste angle has a great effect on shaping law and stability of Numerical Controlled Electrochemical Machining (NC-ECM) process. In order to avoid the disadvantages caused by twiste angle, a methode of study shaping law by dispersing cathode working face in NC-ECM was proposed, and a mathematical model of the shaping law with the effects of twiste angle has been established in this paper. The mathematical model disclosed the relationship of twiste angle β, feeding velocity vf and thickness of removal material h in NC-ECM. Theoretical and experimental results show the the mathematical model of shaping law described in this paper can be considered as a useful reference and is helpful for the analysis of the NC-ECM and general ECM process.

Introduction: Regular participation in exercise in adolescents is associated with numerous health benefits, including improved CV, metabolic, muscular, respiratory, immune, cognitive, and neurohormonal functions. Brain-derived neutrophic factor (BDNF) is essential for several body functions, particularly the neural and cognitive functions. However, the dose-effect of exercise participation on BDNF is not fully understood among adolescents. The current study examined the relationship of serum BDNF level with moderate/vigorous exercise frequency in 703 adolescents aged 13-17 years old. Methodology: ELISA was used to evaluate serum BDNF. Additionally, the SALSA questionnaire was used to obtain the weekly frequency of moderate/vigorous exercise. Results: The ANOVA revealed differences (p=0.001) in BDNF level according to running frequency. Subsequent posthoc analysis showed that BDNF was greater (p<0.05) in adolescents participating three, four, five, six, and seven versus no and one day of exercise. Furthermore, no differences (p>0.05) were found in BDNF between exercising three, four, five, six, and seven days/week. Conclusion: The current data revealed stepwise differences in BDNF between running frequencies, peaking at five days/week. These differences in BDNF seems to plateau when participating more than three days/week. The results confirm the importance of exercise for brain health and are consistent with the current recommendations for moderate/vigorous exercise frequency.

The transformation of local leadership in Bali has implications for the emergence of various phenomena of the relationship of desa dinas (the official administrative village) and desa adat (the customary village) which both have autonomous rights. The authority of desa adat and desa dinas coincides with each other. With these conditions, various potential conflicts, poor communication patterns, and overlapping authority are very likely to occur at the local level. In this study, several issues will be discussed, namely: What is the model and process of transformation in local leadership especially in desa adat in Bali? What is the process and form of negaranisasi in local leadership especially in desa adat in Bali? What are the competencies and roles of local leaders in the local leadership process in Bali? What are the roots, the causes and solutions in handling horizontal conflicts in local leadership in Bali? Data were collected by interview, documentation and focus group discussion method to obtain sufficient data variance and validity. Furthermore, the data were analyzed qualitatively using interactive models from Miles and Huberman. The results of the study can be described, that the synergy of two (2) types of local leadership is needed. The capacity and competence of village officials and prajuru adat (customary officials) are obliged to be enhanced, strengthened and empowered, so that they are able to adapt in handling various problems that arise in rural communities in the era of modernization and globalization. For this reason, it is needed to build a synergic relationship model and leadership coordination system between desa dinas and desa adat, a model for developing the capacity and competency of village officials and prajuru adat, and developing a model for handling conflicts that have increasingly intense.

We propose to find the model of relationship between Transformational Leadership and university management. The Inventory of Leadership Practices form was used (LPI) and an University Management (UG) scale, which consists of four dimensions: Research , Teaching, Extension and Support , which were applied to managers of 31 universities in Colombia. For method for identifying the relationship model between global indicator university management and dimensions associated with transformational leadership a multiple regression model was developed, furthermore, in order to eliminate subjectivities we utilized the transformation test of ordinal scales in a new scale Type Ridit until reaching the results.Among the main findings, we find that there is a model of direct and positive relationship between the Transformational Leadership and the University Management, and that the Enabling dimension to act in Transformational Leadership is the one which has the greatest impact in the management.

In this paper, we make a detail analysis of some factors, which affects the electrostatic bonding process. According to the electrical properties of glass, combined with the principle of electrostatic bonding, we analysed the relationship of critical bonding time, voltage and temperature as well as the factors which affect electrostatic bonding. Then we come up with the mathematical model of the intensity and temperature of electrostatic bonding. In accordance with the above-mentioned formula and the experimental data, we can get the following conclusions: the intensity of electrostatic bonding is much greater between 280°C to 370°C; the best temperature for this bonding is about 350°C; however, when the temperature is below 280°C,the intensity of electrostatic bonding is lower due to the great impact of particles under low temperature; but when the temperature is higher than 370°C,the mismatch of coefficient of thermal expansion of silicon and glass gets larger, then as a result, the intensity of this bonding has a significant decrease with the increasing of temperature.

There is a task of cutting optimization of sawlogs considering the width of cut. Output of sawn timber produced after the first pass of cutting sawlogs is chosen as optimality criterion. The objective function is represented as the sum of the cross-section of bars and planks. Such a mathematical model of the objective function establishes a relationship between size of bars and planks. Constraint equations represent the relationship of sawlogs diameter with the size of bars and boards, as well as the width of the cut. To solve the mathematical model the method of Lagrange multipliers is used.
