After a long time was not heard to the public area, lately death penalty toward the criminal cases that classified as extraordinary crime are appear. The author discovers electronic article about the execution of the death penalty which is the prosecutor prepares to execute death penalty toward the drugs dealer. The president of Republic of Indonesia stated that it is necessary to give a deterrent effect to the convicted  criminal and keep the morality of Indonesian teenagers. According to my opinion, the author argues that it will be better and wiser if we discuss about renovating all of the Penitentiary in Indonesia than debating whether death penalty could be done in Indonesia or not, because it will be displeasure many parties, death penalty infringed the human rights of the convicted criminals and cause psychological burden to them, families, the executor of the death penalty, and other parties. Because if we have to improve the quality of the Penitentiary, if the function of Penitentiary for fostering moralily has been optimal or properly enough to the convicted criminals, Indonesia will be no longer need the death penalty option as sanction to the convicted crimanals including for the extraordinary crime (especially for drugs trafficking in our country). Penitentiary is one of the public services which aims for fostering the people that initially have bad habits (commited to the crime), so that they will have the awareness to change their bad attitude into the be better ones, will not harm others, and positively contributed to the society. Already Penitentiary’s conditions should be designed in such a way and as good as possible, so that the inmates feels like at their own home (like having a second home after his own home), and feel humaner to spend their days in the Penitentiary. The author believes that if the Penitentiary has been improved and optimized its function well, then the real purpose of Penitentiary will definitely achieved. As stated in Law Number 12 Year 1995 regarding to Penitentiary Article 2 which states "sanction system are organized in order to fostering the convicted criminals in order to be the real man, aware of their fault, improve themselves, and not to repeat the criminal act so that they can be friendly received by the community, can actively participated in the development of our country, and can socialize themselves as good citizen."Article 3 on this regulation also intensifies the function of Penitentiary "the function of Penitentiary is to prepare convicted criminals to be able to properly integrated to the society, so they can be accepted again as members of the public who are free and responsible ones."

This Article may be situated within the rapport field between Philosophy and Social Sciences, at the search regarding to the concept concerning the Representation. Regarding to Philosophy, under a general view, the concept, concerning Representation, has been, since a long time, understood as a trail which one would get througl reaching to the real and true ones. Representation, as the thought contents expression form had not been known departing from Philosophy as a barrier against the objectivity concerning the knowledge. Representation, in its source, has been constituting itself a cognictive, inmanent reflection, related to the conscience inner subjectivity. But departing from the episthemological point of view, it has been not so easy for the campus concerning the Culture Sciences as a totality. In the theory regarding to knowledge, the Social Sciences campus and, more specifically, in the human life Symbolic dimension constitutive aspects, it has been, often, accepted negatively as an entry door for the histotical social reality. Nowadays, one may conclude that the contents concerning the Culture are deeply rooted within the histotical reality, which may present new dimension the reading regarding to the Symbolical side concerning the human life, under the view regarding to the unseen aspect, such as the intellectualistic Western dominant Culture allows understanding the way which could be in.

The spicule complement of a demosponge specimen collected from the Atlantic coast of Spain was noted to be similar to that of Pachastrella monilifera, but particularly characterized by the presence of short-shafted mesotriaenes. After detailed examination, it was concluded that the specimen undoubtedly belonged to the species Pachastrella ovisternata Von Lendenfeld, 1894. For a long time, this species has been regarded a synonym of Pachastrella monilifera Schmidt, 1868. Examination of this new specimen showed that Pachastrella ovisternata was a valid species of the genus Pachastrella. Moreover, it denoted the real existence of mesotriaenes in this genus.

Two-phase flow measurement plays an increasingly important role in the real-time, on-line control of industrial processes including fault detection and system malfunction. Many experimental and theoretical researches have done in the field of tomography image reconstruction. However, the reconstruction process cost quite long time so that there are number of challenges in the real applications. An alternative approach to monitor two-phase flow inside a pipe/vessel is to take advantage of identification of flow regimes. This paper proposes a new identification approach for common two phase flow using LDA feature extraction and Support Vector Machine based on Electrical Tomography measurement. Simulation was carried out for typical flow regimes using the approach. The results show its feasibility, and the results indicate that this method is fast in speed and can identify these flow regimes correctly.

Relevance. The work is devoted to the study of the therapeutic effect of the drug Enroflon gel on cows of the Holstein black-and-white breed during the period of intensive lactation. Due to the fact that drugs for intracisternal administration based on enrofloxacin and ketoprofen were not used at domestic livestock enterprises, the goal was to study the therapeutic efficacy of the drug in the treatment of clinical and subclinical mastitis of bacterial etiology.Methods. The production experience was carried out in the conditions of the economy of LLC “Babaevo”, with. Babaevo, Sobinsky District, Vladimir Region. Two experimental groups of Holsteinized black-and-white cows with live weight of 500–600 kg with a milk yield of 6000–7000 l/year were formed. When determining the number of somatic cells in milk samples, we used the Kenotest system and the Somatos-V-2K milk analyzer. The presence of a residual amount of antibiotic in milk was determined by inhibitory microbiological tests. Hematological parameters in cows were carried out at the Department of Disease Diagnostics, Therapy, Obstetrics and Animal Reproduction of the Moscow State Academy of Medical Sciences K.I. Scriabin. The drug Enroflon gel was injected intracisternally into the inflamed udder lobe in clinical and subclinical mastitis in cows during lactation. For 15 days, the clinical condition of the cows was monitored. The investigated drug was manufactured at LLC “VIC-Animal Health”.Results. In the treatment of clinical and subclinical mastitis of bacterial etiology in cows during the period of intensive milk production with the use of Enroflon gel, a high therapeutic effect was obtained: 80 and 100%, respectively. The clinical condition of cows during production experiments without deviations from the physiological norm.

Quality healthcare will be obtained by the adherence or the compliant behavior of the patient. Poor compliance has a major effect on the clinical consequences and the therapeutic effects of the dosage regimen. The present review is an effort to study the reported clinical studies and the referred conclusions. Studies show that poor compliance reduces the therapeutic efficacy of the dosage regimen to a certain degree. Poor or partial compliance may be due to several reasons, one of which is the behavioral patterns of the patients. Several studies report the methods to measure compliance so as to determine the effect of the compliance on the therapeutic efficacy. Compliant patients have the greater chances of obtaining the maximum benefits of the prescribed medication.
