Introduction. The article discusses ambiguous attitudes of information society citizens to the use of digital technologies in education. The aim of the research is to reveal and describe the deterministic nature of society and education, to explain the reasons for the ambiguous attitudes towards the use of digital technologies in education, and to analyze and summarize their advantages and capabilities to improve academic outcomes in the context of distance learning. Materials and Methods. By adopting personality-centered, activity-based and environmental approaches, the study considers the individual as a subject of learning and teaching, who can freely choose modes and means of learning, as well as communicative strategies within learning environments. Research methods include analysis of scholarly literature, synthesis of findings, and generalization. Empirical data were collected via a questionnaire and analyzed using statistical data processing methods. The sample consisted of students and teachers. Results. The literature review has been used to characterize and describe the information society in order to reveal its contradictory nature and multi-vector impact on the individual in the educational environment. Changes in the psycho-biological mechanisms of learners belonging to Generation Z are outlined and summarized. The authors emphasize the need for adjusting teaching methods to the peculiarities of modern learners. The study indicates that learners’ attitudes towards digital technologies are determined by their ICT competence. The recommendations on the improvement of instruction in a virtual learning environment are presented. Conclusions. The information society has predetermined the inevitability of the introduction and use of information technologies in the education, which , on the one hand, increases learners’ educational and research capabilities, and, on the other hand, requires a high level of ICT competence as well as major expenditures on such changes. The identified contradictions have led to restrained attitudes to distance (online) learning.

The authors investigate into the rules contained in the international treaties, Russian existing laws and judicial routine related to exclusiveness of authors’ rights. The character of social changes in the digital era were specified. Several types of legal relations remain traditional, however in today’s information society has to revise existing laws in which authors rights dominate over information user interests. At the same time, the authors re underprotected from piracy. Legislators have to prioritize in the first place who and from whom must be protected in the information society: the authros from pirates, intellectual property from plagiarism, or the users from actualaccessible information. Secondly, the rights of new knowledge have to be managed and efficient ways to righ t-ful transfer of accumulated knowledge to users have to be found. Implementation of information technologies into libraries and access to digital information resources change radically the quality of library services. The authors challenged themselves with attracting attention to the problems of information society in Russia.

Introduction. The development of the information society requires the application of the bases of the communicative approach in the process of researching the financial security of joint stock companies. This is due to the high level of sensitivity of corporate structures to the quality, completeness and timeliness of financial information and, as a consequence, can lead to a decrease in the efficiency of financial and economic activity of joint stock companies and the level of their financial security. The purposeof the article is to outline the place of the communicative paradigm in the scientific knowledge of the financial security of joint stock companies, to identify its main characteristics. On this basis, there is a need for structuring financial communications of the financial security system of joint stock companies. Results. The results of the study allowed to establish such basic essential characteristics of the communicative paradigm in the study of financial security of joint stock companies, such as multisubjectivity, multilevelness, intersubjectivity, equality of control subjects, flexibility and dynamism of the structure of the subject of management. It is established that in the structure of financial communications of the financial security system of joint stock companies are allocated intangible, basic and derivative. The author's approach to understanding the methodology of scientific knowledge of financial security of joint stock companies as an interconnection of financial resources of corporate structures and the formation of relevant financial information with the aim of regulating the interests and intentions of all stakeholders is proposed. Conclusions. Construction of the methodology of scientific knowledge of financial safety of joint stock companies on the basis of the above mentioned methodological approaches can contribute to the formation of a real assessment of the latest trends in the formation of financial security of joint stock companies, the identification of weaknesses and the risks of their mplementation in the context of existing macroeconomic and microeconomic threats, as well as substantiation of effective directions for increasing financial security. We believe that the application of such scientific approaches to the study of financial security of joint stock companies will also enhance the quality of the use of mathematical tools in financial science, a more detailed study of the basic models of the functioning of the finances of joint stock companies, the accumulation of empirical data.

Improving the quality of products associated with improving the quality of their design, which is achieved by using modern information technologies. Considering the high density layout of a modern transport technology, is an urgent development of mathematical software and automated layout system. The basis for the creation of mathematical development and software development need the steps to geometric modeling as placed objects, and the allocating process. The article discusses the layout automation products with a high density layout (especially means of transport). Since the problem of accommodation is a classical geometrical problem, then it is necessary to develop solutions appropriate geometric models. The article describes the main types of geometric models describing the shape of composable objects, their classification and application. We describe an automated layout problem as a problem of placement of a certain group of objects of specified sizes and shapes in a confined space. The paper shows that with an abundance of models used in modern applied geometry, allowing to describe the geometric shape of objects of any complexity, their use in computer-aided layout does not provide a solution to the problem of automated layout. The article shows the possibilities of modern software and reasons that do not allow its direct use in tasks of automated layout. The mathematical formulation of the problem as a layout optimization problem, indicating its objective function, constraints and performance criteria. An approach (unit normal equations), which allows the creation of geometric models of automated layout, move from exhaustive search of accommodation options composable objects to intelligent automated placement algorithms.
