This paper considers the content and peculiarities of heavy metals accumulation in the organs and tissues of fish from the Belaya River, caught in the cities of Birsk and Ufa in the Republic of Bashkortostan. To determine the content of iron, copper, cadmium and lead ions, the muscles, liver and blood of the common carp ( Cyprinus carpio L.) and common bream ( Blicca bjoerkna L.) were examined. Both species belong to herbivorous fish, but they prefer different habitats: carp is a ground fish, and the bream lives in the water column. The choice of fish species under study is related to their wide distribution in this river. Studies have shown that biogenic elements (iron, copper) are better accumulated in the fish blood, and for the other heavy metals (lead, cadmium) studied, the accumulating organ is the liver. Analysis of tissues and organs for the presence of heavy metal ions was carried out by atomic absorption spectroscopy in the laboratory of environmental monitoring of physico-chemical environment contamination in the Birsk branch of the Bashkir State University (Birsk). The results obtained can serve as a basis for monitoring the ecological state of the river water and the hydrobionts living there.

The features of the accumulation of heavy metals in medicinal plant raw materials Tanacetum vulgare L. in the conditions of the Trans-Urals region of the Republic of Bashkortostan are discussed. The variation-statistical indices of the content of heavy metals in soils and in plants are calculated. Soils and plants have high coefficients of heavy metals variation, with the exception of manganese in the soil, which is characterized by moderate variability. An increased level of heavy metals mobile forms, such as Cu, Zn, Mn, Fe, Pb, Cd, has been detected in all soil samples. All selected samples had an elevated level of mobile forms. According to the degree of contamination, the studied soils were classified as permissible. In tansy plants, the concentration of trace elements-biophiles exceeded the norm in Fe 1.7–6.24, in Cd 1.3–1.7 times, and the concentrations of Cu, Zn, Mn, Pb in the aboveground and underground parts of the species remained within the normal range. It is revealed that the root system of Tanacetum vulgare L. contains higher values of the studied elements than the aerial parts. According to the intensity of absorption, the elements are arranged in the following sequence: Zn → Cd → Cu → Fe → Mn → Pb. According to the coefficient of biological accumulation in tansy, ordinary zinc and iron belong to the elements of weak accumulation, copper, manganese, lead, cadmium –to the elements of weak capture.

In the Republic of Bashkortostan, in the greenhouse of the year-round operation of the experimental farm of the state-run vocational training school "Ufa forestry-technical school" (Limonary in Ufa city), tropical and subtropical fruit crops have been cultivated for many years. The farm constantly monitors the agrochemical, physico-chemical, biochemical indicators of soil grounds. The agrochemical characteristics of soils during the cultivation of exotic fruit crops have been studied. For fertilizing all cultivated plants of the farm, organic and mineral macro- and micronutrient fertilizers are regularly added at regular intervals. When using fertilizers, the need for nutrient elements of crops is taken into account for successful growth and fruiting by periods of growth and agrochemical data. The study presents a comparative characteristic of soil grounds for 2016 and 2018, which shows: humus content, mobile forms of P2O5 and K2O, mineral forms of nitrogen, pH (salt). The results of agrochemical surveys allow you to adjust the dose of fertilizers for the cultivation of major crops, planting material and for the formation of the crop.

This article deals with the contamination of soils by oil products, chloride ions and heavy metals in the territory of the asphalt plant. The analysis of soil samples for the content of heavy metals was carried out by gravimetric and fluorometric methods. The soil is able to absorb technogenic impurities and also accumulate contaminants, including heavy metals, which, if excess, exhibit toxic properties, slowly breaking down under natural conditions and entering the cycle of trophic chains. The analysis of the selected soil sample was carried out in the laboratory of environmental monitoring of physico-chemical pollution of the environment in Birsk, Republic of Bashkortostan. Research shows there is an excess in majority of the investigated parameters are observed in the territory of the asphalt plant. The totality of the results of the soil state study in the area adjacent to the asphalt plant revealed a considerable level of soil contamination corresponding to significant degree of technogenic depletion. In its turn it speaks of the operation of technological equipment and a long working life.

The article presents the results of a study of the infuence of bureaucracy values on the functioning and development of a modern educational organization and, in particular, on its management, due to the traditionally conservative intention of the cultural activities of legitimate bearers of power. Analyzing the reasons for the bureaucratization of school management, the authors believes that they are determined both by the mental parameters of the value preferences of Russians and by changes in the political environment, stating the defeat of the democratic orientation of school life. Hypertrophied «with the load of all sorts of nonsense and absurd ideas» (N. A. Khrenov), bureaucratic culture, bringing to life previously unthinkable forms in education management, ceases to perform positive functions, destroying the value- existential meanings of school communication, pushing pedagogical creativity to the periphery, disrupting parity of values as parity of cultures. The methodological basis of the study, within which the methods of theoretical and empirical research were used: interdisciplinary analysis of scientifc literature, analytical interview, written survey, is an axiological approach that allows us to consider the current space of bureaucratic culture, in accordance with the norms of which the local reformatting of the school value system is carried out. The empirical basis of the scientifc work was the materials of the study of the problems of bureaucratization of education, prepared by undergraduates of the Department of General and Professional Pedagogy of Orenburg State University. In 2019, an anonymous written survey of teachers and heads of educational organizations of the Orenburg region and the Republic of Bashkortostan was conducted, in which 1457 people took part. The problem of bureaucratization of school management is relevant both in theoretical and applied terms, since the provision of normal life of an institutionally united school community depends on the degree of its development.

This paper studies the content of heavy metals (Cu, Zn, Pb, Cd - metals-toxicants and Fe) in the surface natural waters of small rivers on the western slope of the Irendik ridge in the Baimak District of the Republic of Bashkortostan. The western slope of the Irendik ridge from Lake Talkas to Lake Grafskoe is characterized by the absence of significant anthropogenic sources of environmental pollution in contrast to the eastern slope of the Irendik ridge at the same latitude. The studied rivers are located on this section of the western slope and are left tributaries of the upper reaches of the Tanalyk River. It is these small rivers that determine the chemical composition of the water in the upper section of the Tanalyk River. The content of heavy metals in the waters was determined by atomic absorption spectrometry. For the environmental assessment of waters, the multiplicity of exceeding the maximum permissible concentrations of heavy metals for fisheries reservoirs was used. The studies have shown that in the waters of small rivers on the western slope of the Irendik ridge there is an increased content of a number of heavy metals, namely copper, iron, zinc, lead and cadmium. Increased concentrations of heavy metals in the waters of the studied rivers are caused by geochemical factors.
