The purpose of this research was to produce a learning instrument based on guided inquiry by the usage of potency area as learning resource were valid and reasonable to be used. The research used Borg and Gall’s developing model. The result of this research is the learning materials were included of syllabus, learning implementation design, student worksheet, handout, and evaluation instrument showed the learning materials valid with that validity was 96.9 percent. The test result of implementation of learning material showed got very practical criteria in 91,9 percent value. The test result of learning material showed that the student concept comprehension was 82,6 with high criteria, scientific skill was 88,3 with high criteria, and scientific attitude was 91,0 with high criteria. The result research showed that learning materials reasonable to be used. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menghasilkan produk perangkat pembelajaran berbasis inkuiri terbimbing melalui pemanfaatan potensi wilayah sebagai sumber belajar yang valid dan layak digunakan. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan Borg and Gall (1983). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah perangkat pembelajaran yang berupa silabus, RPP, LKS, handout dan instrumen penilaian yang valid dengan nilai validitas sebesar 96,9 persen. Hasil uji keterlaksanaan perangkat pembelajaran menunjukkan nilai sebesar 91,9 persen dengan kriteria sangat praktis. Hasil uji coba perangkat pembelajaran menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata pemahaman konsep sebesar 82,6 dengan kriteria tinggi, nilai keterampilan ilmiah sebesar 88,3 dengan kriteria tinggi, dan nilai sikap ilmiah sebesar 91,0 dengan kriteria tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan perangkat pembelajaran layak digunakan.

The purpose of this research is to develop physics learning materials based on guided inquiry model integrated with virtual laboratory to practice student’s scientific argumentation skill. This research uses 4D development model and tested in 91 students, divided into three classes, X MIPA 1, X MIPA 2, and X MIPA 3 SMA Senopati Sedati with try out design using one group pretest-posttest design. The learning instruments developed are: (a) syllabus (b) lesson plan, (c) student’s book, (d) student worksheet, and (e) test of students’ scientific argumentation skill. The Research data gotten through validation method, observation, test, and questionnaire. The research result was analyzed descriptively quantitative and qualitative. The students’ scientific argumentation skill was analyzed with n-gain. The research result gotten are (a) the learning instruments developed categorized as very valid, (b) the learning activity was well done, (c) the students’ scientific argumentation skill run into enhancement in middle categorized, and (d) the students responded very positively to the learning that is already implemented. Based on analysis result and discussion, it can be concluded that the physics learning material guided inquiry model integrated with virtual laboratory developed is worthy to be used to practice students’ scientific argumentation skill.

The scholar brawl, the drugs abuse, promiscuity, and many other become the main reason of the importance of character building in the college/ university which appropriates to the governors’ mandate. The Basic concept of science is a skill course of the scholar of elementary school teacher which can be used as a media of character building through the development of teaching material. It is arranged by using the Al Qur’an, science and the character (ALSAK) approach is a concept notion of character building through the college. The ALSAK approach is a learning which involves the student actively and makes the Al Qur’an as a learning resource of science. The learning resources are conducted by presenting the Al Qur’an verses which relate to the concept of science. The problems found in science learning at SMPN 3 Lawang that the material selected for the classification of animals using the model of inquiry but have not implemented all the syntax inquiry and there has not used natural potentials as learning resource of biology. Related to that, the research has been done to make a product of guided inquiry learning device with learning resource Wonosari Tea Garden, and to know determine effectiveness of learning through assessment scientific attitude, science process skills, and comprehension concept. The research and development used 4D model that was conducted up to a develop step. The results of research and development has been delivered learning device 87.94 percent in very valid category, scientific attitude 85.30 percent in very high category, science process skills 81.93 percent in high category, comprehension concept 78.88 percent in high category, and learning device implementation 91.02 percent in very good category. Permasalahan yang ditemukan pada pembelajaran IPA di SMPN 3 Lawang bahwa pada materi klasifikasi hewan menggunakan model inquiry, namun belum melaksanakan semua sintaks inquiry serta kurang adanya pemanfaatan kompetensi alam Kebun Teh Wonosari sebagai sumber belajar biologi. Berkaitan dengan hal tersebut telah dilakukan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk menyajikan perangkat pembelajaran berbasis guided inquiry dengan sumber belajar Kebun Teh Wonosari dan mengetahui keefektifan perangkat pembelajaran melalui penilaian sikap ilmiah, keterampilan proses sains, pemahaman konsep. Metode penelitian dan pengembangan menggunakan model 4D yang dibatasi hingga tahap develop. Dari hasil penelitian dan pengembangan telah dihasilkan perangkat pembelajaran yang berkriteria sangat valid sebesar 87,94 persen, sikap ilmiah 85,30 persen dengan kriteria sangat tinggi, keterampilan proses sains 81,93 persen dengan kriteria tinggi, pemahaman konsep 78,88 persen dengan kriteria tinggi, serta keterlaksanaan perangkat pembelajaran berkriteria sangat baik 91,02 persen.

This research aims to produce a quality guided inquiry-based learning materials to foster learning interest and learning outcomes to the student of SMPN Satu Atap. The  quality was obtained by the description of validity, practicality and effectiveness of the learning material. This research is classified as development research, which develops the lesson plan, student’s worksheets, student’s textbook, assessment and questionnaires. The learning materials development use the design of 4-D models. The trial of developed learning materials was done to the students of 7B SMPN 4 Singosari Satu Atap by using one group pretest posttest design.  The validity of lesson plan, student’s worksheets, student’s textbook, assessment and questionnaires by two experts categorized as valid and feasible to be used with a little of revision. The implementation of lesson plans and guided inquiry learning phases categorized as good enough to phase I and II and good to phase II, IV and V. The effectiveness of application of guided inquiry-based learning materials have shown by increasing percentage of students learning interest from 44,55% to 84,20% and learning outcomes from 8% to 100%. Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan perangkat pembelajaran berbasis inkuiri terbimbing yang layak untuk menumbuhkan minat dan hasil belajar siswa SMPN Satu Atap. Kelayakan perangkat pembelajaran diperoleh dari deskripsi validitas, kepraktisan dan keefektifan perangkat pembelajaran.Penelitian ini tergolong penelitian pengembangan, yaitu mengembangkan perangkat pembelajaran yang terdiri dari Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP), Lembar Kegiatan Siswa (LKS), Buku Ajar Siswa (BAS), instrumen penilaian dan angket minat belajar siswa. Pengembangan perangkat mengikuti rancangan model 4-D.  Perangkat  pembelajaran yang telah dikembangkan diuji coba pada siswa kelas 7B SMPN 4 Singosari Satu Atap dengan menggunakan rancangan one group pretest posttest design.Hasil validasi perangkat pembelajaran oleh dua orang pakar menunjukkan bahwa RPP, LKS, BAS, instrumen penilaian dan angket minat belajar berkategori valid dan layak digunakan dengan sedikit revisi. Kepraktisan perangkat pembelajaran ditinjau dari keterlaksanaan RPP berkategori baik. Pembelajaran berbasis inkuiri terbimbing terlaksana cukup baik pada fase I dan II (merumuskan pertanyaan dan hipotesis), serta terlaksana dengan baik pada fase III, IV dan V (merancang & melakukan percobaan, mengumpulkan & menganalisis data dan menarik kesimpulan). Keefektifan perangkat pembelajaran dapat diketahui dari tumbuhnya minat belajar siswa dari 44,55% menjadi 84,20%  serta peningkatan ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa dari 8% menjadi 100%.

The learning of microbiology needs the learning materials as a learning resource based on basic competencies to be achieved, so that the learning can be easyly. The purpose of this study is to develop the learning material as microorganism morfology based scientifc approach. The learning material developed with Thiagarajan development model consisting of; stage defne, design, develop, and disseminate. However, disseminate stage is not implemented. The research data is a validation questionnaire scores the learning material and it is converted in the form of a percentage of the validity criteria. The results showed that the learning material is valid. In conclusion, the learning material as microorganism morfology is valid and viable, so it can be used in the learning of microbiology.

This research was conducted based on students’ diverse learning outcomes. To maximize learning outcomes, a supportive learning resource is needed. 8th grader students of Junior High School 12 Bandung have used the internet in social science subject learning. Given the limitations of school facilities and infrastructure, all students access the internet in social science subject learning using personal data connection. The internet is used by teachers and students in finding learning materials and seeking completion of school assignments. The internet helps students to get up to date and relevant learning resources. The method used for collecting the data in this study was through observation, interview, and documentation. The research target was students. The findings of this study indicated that by using the internet, students are easier to find learning material and it helps them to work on school assignments completion, and it helps them to obtain scores that tend to increase. The use of the internet as a learning resource makes students better understand the subject matter, makes it easier to find learning material as well as to find answers for their assignments. However, the barrier to the use of the internet as a source of learning for students was when the learning materials sought are combined with other learning materials.

This research was done by developing learning materials (lesson plans, student’s worksheets, textbooks students, test understanding of the concept, Thinking skill and Social Skill) nested models based guided inquiry by using 4D development model to improve the understanding of the concept, thinking skills and social skills on the subject of light. The objective of this research is trial learning materials for 32 of junior high school’s students with the design of the one-group pretest-posttest design. Result was analyzed by descriptive quantitative - qualitative with: (a) validity of learning material is very valid category; (b) learning realization with good category; (c) the students response are positive; (d) student’s understanding of the concept is increased (high criteria); (e) thinking skill is increased (high criteria); (f) social skill increased in every meeting. In conclusions of this research, the nested model based learning guided inquiry concepts can improve the understanding concept, thinking skills, and social skill of junior high school

Learning material is one of the facilities needed by students to help them find concepts and answers to their problems. There are various types of learning materials, one of which is a practical guide. Based on observations on learning materials and the learning process of Biochemistry courses at IKIP Budi Utomo Malang shows that there are no practical manuals developed and students' scientific workability is low. The aim of the research is to improve students' scientific work abilities through the implementation of guided inquiry-based biochemistry practicum books. The research method used was Classroom Action Research. Stages of Classroom Action Research include planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. The research instruments used were interview sheets, observations, and observations of scientific work capabilities and camera documentation. The results showed that there was an increase in students' scientific work abilities through the implementation of guided inquiry-based biochemistry practicum books from cycle I to cycle II in the amount of 36.18% to 88.8% and N-gain values ​​of 0.84 (high criteria). Thus, this research concludes that there is an increase in students' scientific work abilities through the implementation of guided inquiry-based biochemistry practicum books.

The objective of this research was to produce a learning instrument based on inquiry in ecosystem with Betok Lake as learning resource were valid and viable to used. The model of development on this research was using Borg and Gall’s model. The result of this research is the learning instrument consist of syllabus, design learning, assessment instrument, students’ worksheet, and handout showed was valid with the validity 96.2 percent. The test result showing that the scientific attitude were 83.33 percent with good criterion, scientific skill were 81.79 percent with good criterion, and knowledge students were 79.30 are fill the KKM. The implementation assessment showed 93.7 percent value which is means that learning instrument was applied so well. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menghasilkan produk perangkat pembelajaran berbasis potensi wilayah yang valid dan layak digunakan. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan Borg & Gall (1983). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah perangkat pembelajaran yang berupa silabus, RPP, instrumen penilaian dan bahan ajar (LKS dan handout) yang valid dengan nilai validitas 96,2 persen. Hasil uji coba perangkat pembelajaran menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata sikap ilmiah sebesar 83,33 persen dengan kriteria baik, keterampilan ilmiah sebesar 81,79 persen dengan kriteria baik, dan rata-rata nilai pengetahuan sebesar 79,30 sehingga memenuhi KKM (Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal). Hasil penilaian keterlaksanaan pembelajaran menunjukkan nilai 93,7 persen yang artinya perangkat pembelajaran terpakai dengan baik.

The purpose of this research is to produce learning materials of  science bases on guided inquiry model intgrated with PhET media valid to excercise  science process skills of Junior High School Student. The learning materials development model used is Research & Development (R&D) with ten steps are related. Learning materials that developed was validated by experts and  try out II toward 30 students of VII grade students on academic year 2016/2017 by using One Group Pre-test and Post Test Design. The results of this research : 1) The validity of the materials is very valid category; 2) the realization of the lesson plan categorized very good  with percentage 98%, students response towards the learning material, 3) student activities highest in the activity of doing experiments and perform tasks LKS, 4) implementation learning reaches over 80% categorized as very strong; and 5) the increase in science process skills with N-gain 0.80, high criteria. It was concluded that learning material of science bases on guided inquiry model intgrated with PhET media that developed is eligible for increasing Junior High School students science process skills.
