Li Jin, a contemporary Chinese ink and wash artist, participated in the Eighth Five-Year Movement of Thought in China. Li Jin’s art can be divided into three stages. The first stage is during the Eighth Five-Year Movement, Chinese artists turned to Western modern art and post-modern art. The process of learning, and Li Jin’s artistic style presents expressionism, such as Tibetan group paintings. And the second stage is that after 1989, Chinese art has undergone a new turning point. The lofty and philosophical avant-garde art of the 1980s has declined, because intellectuals throughout China clearly understand that the right to speak is always in the hands of the power, and power is Justice and discourse, the brush for writing history is not for the general public, so after 1989, there was a gap in culture and a decline in spirit. He spoke with a hippie smile and a cynical attitude, so cynical realism, political pop art, female art, with the emergence of gaudy art, the artist’s perspective has changed from a macro perspective to a daily trivial matter, generalized and secularized. At this stage, Li Jin’s art expresses the things of family life, presenting private space. The third stage is after 2000. Due to the changes of the times, market capitalism has allowed Chinese contemporary art to gain some official status. In this modern China where consumerism and pragmatism are popular, Li Jin directly intervenes in his self-image to express his feelings and memories of this social fragment. Even though there are many personal sensibility elements, the artist is using his own eyes and beating heart to feel that it is a kind of reality, not the real nihility in the socalled history textbook. These are the three stages of Li Jin’s art. The main topic of this thesis is Li Jin’s daily expressions based on the theme of gourmet beauties from the 1990s to the present, writing market culture from the first perspective of ordinary people. The thesis is divided into three parts: the first part is to discuss Li Jin’s expression of beautiful food. The second part discusses Li Jin’s perfect integration of traditional ink painting and contemporary society. The third part is to discuss the turning and criticism of Li Jin’s art in the global context.

The article is devoted to the formation of actual scientific thought concerning the process of origin and development of legal regulation of the transfer and relocation of workers in the historical territories of modern Ukraine. The author analyzes the approaches available in the scientific literature to the periodization of the origin and development of various labor-legal phenomena, and also determines a number of regularities in the formation of the author's classifications of the periods of development of the corresponding phenomena. In the process of clarifying the current state of scientific thought regarding the origin and development of the legal regulation of the transfer and relocation of employees in Ukraine, problematic issues of the existing historical and legal thought regarding the legal regulation of these personnel procedures are identified, proposals are formulated to solve such problems. The article substantiates the position according to which it is advisable to determine the formation and development of legal regulation of the transfer and relocation of employees within the framework of three historical periods. The first period was the factory period of legal regulation of the transfer of workers (1835-1918). The second period is the Soviet period of legal regulation of the transfer and relocation of employees, which is divided into three stages: the first (1918-1922) and the second (1922-1970) stages of legal regulation of the transfer of employees by the norms of Soviet labor law; the third stage of legal regulation of the transfer and relocation of employees by the norms of Soviet labor law (1971-1991). The third period is the period of legal regulation of the transfer and relocation of workers during the times of independent Ukraine (since 1991). The conclusions to the article summarize the results of the study.

ABSTRACT Purpose: to assess the knowledge of mothers about the heel prick test, develop contents on this test to make it available on the "Babies’ Portal" website, evaluate and validate the informative material developed. Methods: this study was conducted in three stages, that is, the first stage which is about a descriptive study involving 105 mothers of newborn children before performing the neonatal screening "Heel Prick Test", the second one consisting in the development of the website "Babies’ Portal", and the third stage, the evaluation and validation of this material carried out by 20 parents of children between zero and 36 months old, who underwent the neonatal screening Heel Prick Test by accessing the website “Babies’ Portal”. Results: although the interviewed mothers knew that their children had the right to be tested, they showed no knowledge of the diseases that can be prevented, time of diagnosis, nor the consequences arising from the lack of early diagnosis and treatment. The website creation and validation gathered basic information about the Heel Prick Test, and the participants regarded the content from satisfactory to excellent. Conclusion: it is necessary that families know not only about the procedures their children will undergo, but also the reason they are performed and the consequences of failing in doing so.

Sunghir 1, 2, and 3 retain most of their maxillary and mandibular teeth, although those of Sunghir 1 are heavily worn and those of Sunghir 2 and especially Sunghir 3 were developing at the times of their deaths. As a result, the two immature individuals provide extensive data on their dental crown discrete morphology and crown metrics, but there are limited data on the third molars of Sunghir 2 and on the premolars and second molars of Sunghir 3 (and none on her third molars beyond their calcification stage; see chapter 6). In addition, although they retain none of their teeth, Sunghir 5 and especially 6 preserve alveolar bone, and they thereby provide limited dentoalveolar data. The Sunghir dentitions and alveoli thus have the potential to provide paleobiological data on their crown configurations, crown dimensions, some root lengths and configurations, in addition to wear patterns. The condition and salient aspects of each are provided first, followed by comparisons of their dimensions and shapes in a Late Pleistocene context. As noted in chapter 4, Sunghir 1 retains 31 of his original 32 teeth, and the one missing tooth, the left I2, was probably lost shortly before death. All of the teeth are heavily worn, thereby limiting morphological and morphometric observations principally to the M3s. But the other teeth provide considerable information regarding their wear patterns. The right I1 consists of worn dentin with a partial thin enamel ring around the labial margin of the crown. The dentin is occlusally flat to convex, the convexity produced mostly by a rounding of the lingual edge of the crown. There is a small area of secondary dentin exposed in the middle of the occlusal dentin. Note that the protruding nature of the tooth is a postmortem artifact, and it probably was originally at the same level as the left I1. There is no unusual wear in the mandibular incisors to match its procumbent state. The left I1 has similar wear, except that it retains more of the thin enamel ring around the lingual side and hence lacks the lingual rounding evident on the right one.

In the times of the Partitions, the Austrian authorities permitted, in the year 1856, that a Polish association of craftsmen combining mutual aid with cultural and educational activity be established. Within the scope of the activity of 'Skała', two periods are distinguished: paternalistic, until the year 1889, and also democratised, after making changes in the articles of association in this latter year. In the first period of its activity, only be craftsman apprentices being bachelors enjoyed the right to become the full members, and women were not permitted to join the Association. The members of it had no say in the aspect of electing the governing bodies, or the decisions made by them. The reason for that fact was that the organisation was more like a brotherhood of people sharing the same religious convictions. Making changes in the articles of association in the year 1889 introduced the democratic rules of functioning the Association. Since that time on, anyone who was a male follower of catholic faith, be it a cratfsman or an industrialist, was permitted to join it. All the authorities of the organisation were elected. The objective of the Association was to educate catholic youths, nurturing religious spirit among them and educating them to become good craftsmen. The leading forms of the activity were general and vocational further training. The cultural sphere included the activity of own groups of artists: a choir, an orchestra and a theatre ensemble. A significant role in Polish patriotic upbringing was that played by the celebrations of national anniversaries: the Constitution of the Third of May, the national uprisings and the Polish-Lithuanian Union. The means of attaining this objective was also literary soirées dedicated to poets and writers having merits for Polish nation: Adam Mickiewicz, Kornel Ujejski, Józef Ignacy Kraszewski and Henryk Sienkiewicz.

Abstract. The aim of this study was to know the influence of the players’ serve tactical position and its relationship with the direction, the side of the court and the point outcome in elite padel. The sample included a total of 1071 points corresponding to nine matches with 36 male players of 1st National Category. Variables related to the serve tactic position (conventional or Australian), serve direction (side wall or "T"), court side (right or left) and point outcome (serve pair win or lose) were analyzed. The results showed that padel players serve between 75% and 85% of the times to the side wall on the left side of the court (advantages side). On the right side, the percentage of serves to the "T" is increased, especially using an Australian tactical position. Furthermore, serving pair win a higher percentage points when they use traditional tactic. However, these differences are not significant when the players serve to the "T" or the side wall, from both sides of the court. Finally, the percentage of points won by serving pair decreases as the padel match progresses, especially with Australian tactic from the second to the third set. These data have an important practical application in the design of padel exercises based on the specific technical-tactical competition demands.

A 55-year-old woman was referred because of diffuse pruritic erythematous lesions and an ischemic process of the third finger of her right hand. She was known to have anaemia secondary to hypermenorrhea. She presented six months before admission with a cutaneous infiltration on the left cubital cavity after a paravenous leakage of intravenous iron substitution. She then reported a progressive pruritic erythematous swelling of her left arm and lower extremities and trunk. Skin biopsy of a lesion on the right leg revealed a fibrillar, small-vessel vasculitis containing many eosinophils. Two months later she reported Raynaud symptoms in both hands, with a persistent violaceous coloration of the skin and cold sensation of her third digit of the right hand. A round 1.5 cm well-delimited swelling on the medial site of the left elbow was noted. The third digit of her right hand was cold and of violet colour. Eosinophilia (19 % of total leucocytes) was present. Doppler-duplex arterial examination of the upper extremities showed an occlusion of the cubital artery down to the palmar arcade on the right arm. Selective angiography of the right subclavian and brachial arteries showed diffuse alteration of the blood flow in the cubital artery and hand, with fine collateral circulation in the carpal region. Neither secondary causes of hypereosinophilia nor a myeloproliferative process was found. Considering the skin biopsy results and having excluded other causes of eosinophilia, we assumed the diagnosis of an eosinophilic vasculitis. Treatment with tacrolimus and high dose steroids was started, the latter tapered within 12 months and then stopped, but a dramatic flare-up of the vasculitis with Raynaud phenomenon occurred. A new immunosupressive approach with steroids and methotrexate was then introduced. This case of aggressive eosinophilic vasculitis is difficult to classify into the usual forms of vasculitis and constitutes a therapeutic challenge given the resistance to current immunosuppressive regimens.

Choice of profession is a social phenomenon that every person has to face in life. Numerous studies convince us that not only the well-being of a person depends on the chosen work, but also his attitude to himself and life in general, therefore, the right and timely professional choice is very important. Research about factors of career self-determination of students of higher education institutions in Ukraine shows that self-determination is an important factor in the socialization of young person, and the factors that determine students' career choices become an actual problem of nowadays. The present study involved full-time and part-time students of Institute of Philology and Mass Communications of Open International University of Human Development "Ukraine" in order to examine the factors of career self-determination of students of higher education institutions (N=189). Diagnostic factors of career self-determination of students studying in the third and fourth year were carried out using the author's questionnaire. Processing of obtained data was carried out using the Excel 2010 program; factorial and comparative analysis were applied. Results of the study showed that initial stage of career self-determination falls down on the third and fourth studying year at the university, when an image of future career and career orientations begin to form. At the same time, the content of career self-determination in this period is contradictory and uncertain, therefore, the implementation of pedagogical support of this process among students is effective.

ABSTRACT Parental perception will affect the fulfillment of children’s participation rights. Fullfilment of children’s participation rights will be fulfilled optimally if parents pay anttention to opinions while providing opportunities for children to make and make decisions about the child’s goals and self-interest. The subjects studied consisted of 5 subjects consisting of father and mother who had children aged 9- 12 years. This study uses qualitative research methods, with data retrieval tools in teh form of interviews, observation and documentation. From the research found data were the subjects do not fulfill the right of participation of children up to the maximum ladder where children’s participation rights range from the first ladder to the third ladder. The first ladder to the third ladder is actually a non- participating ladder. This means that children is manipulated, dominated by parents, there is direct communation and the severity of the parent. The children felt disappointed, sad, and angry with the parents but they still tried to hear and obey the parent’s decision. Children from third and fourth subjects experienced excessive fear to speak to their parent (father). Suggestions for parents to be more caring and fulfill the rights of children’s participation so as not to affect the growth and development of children. Keywords: participation rights, children, parents

Critics have argued that Elizabeth Gaskell's first novel, Mary Barton (1848), is split by a conflict between the modes of realism and romance. But the conflict does not render the novel incoherent, because Gaskell surpasses both modes through a utopian narrative that breaks with the conflict of form and gives coherence to the whole novel. Gaskell not only depicts what Thomas Carlyle called the ‘Condition of England’ in her work but also develops, through three stages, the utopia that will redeem this condition. The first stage is romantic nostalgia, a backward glance at Eden from the countryside surrounding Manchester. The second stage occurs in Manchester, as Gaskell mixes romance with a realistic mode, tracing a utopian drive toward death. The third stage is the utopian break with romantic and realistic accounts of the Condition of England and with the inadequate preceding conceptions of utopia. This third stage transforms narrative modes and figures a new mode of production.

Ameloblastic fibroma is an uncommon mixed neoplasm of odontogenic origin with a relative frequency between 1.5 – 4.5%. It can occur either in the mandible or maxilla, but predominantly seen in the posterior region of the mandible. It occurs in the first two decades of life. Most of the times it is associated with tooth enclosure, causing a delay in eruption or altering the dental eruption sequence. The common clinical manifestation is a slow growing painless swelling and is detected during routine radiographic examination. There is controversy in the mode of treatment, whether conservative or aggressive. Here we reported a 38 year old male patient referred for evaluation of painless swelling on the right posterior region of the mandible associated with clinically missing 3rd molar. The lesion was completely enucleated under general anesthesia along with the extraction of impacted molar.
