ABSTRACT Parental perception will affect the fulfillment of children’s participation rights. Fullfilment of children’s participation rights will be fulfilled optimally if parents pay anttention to opinions while providing opportunities for children to make and make decisions about the child’s goals and self-interest. The subjects studied consisted of 5 subjects consisting of father and mother who had children aged 9- 12 years. This study uses qualitative research methods, with data retrieval tools in teh form of interviews, observation and documentation. From the research found data were the subjects do not fulfill the right of participation of children up to the maximum ladder where children’s participation rights range from the first ladder to the third ladder. The first ladder to the third ladder is actually a non- participating ladder. This means that children is manipulated, dominated by parents, there is direct communation and the severity of the parent. The children felt disappointed, sad, and angry with the parents but they still tried to hear and obey the parent’s decision. Children from third and fourth subjects experienced excessive fear to speak to their parent (father). Suggestions for parents to be more caring and fulfill the rights of children’s participation so as not to affect the growth and development of children. Abstract. Many Muslims in the Riau Islands do not know the history of the development of Islamic theory from the center of power to spread to various corners. This is as the existence of the Great Mosque of Raja Haji Abdul Ghani (MBRHAG) on Buru Island, Karimun. Thus, to uncover the existence of this mosque, qualitative research methods are used so that history, architecture, and socio-religious functions can be known. Based on the results of the study it was concluded that the establishment of MBRHAG was initiated by Raja Haji Abdul Ghani. He was the first Amir (sub-district level government) of the kingdom of Riau-Lingga on Buru Island, in the 19th century. The architecture is a Chinese. Therefore, on the right side of this mosque is around 200 m, there is also the Sam Po Teng Temple and the Tri Dharma Dewa Bumi. Thus, the close location of the mosque with Chinese and Confucian worship houses's shows a harmonious relationship between Malay Muslims and Chinese Buddhists. In fact, in the continuation of this relationship there was information that a Chinese Buddhist had joined a Muslim friend to fast for half a month of Ramadan.Keywords: Mosque, Malay Muslims, Chinese Buddhists/Confucians, Harmonious RelationsAbstrak. Umat Islam di Kepulauan Riau banyak yang tidak mengenal sejarah perkembangan ajaran Islam dari pusat kekuasaan hingga tersebar ke berbagai pelosok. Hal ini sebagaimana keberadaan Masjid Besar Raja Haji Abdul Ghani (MBRHAG) di Pulau Buru, Karimun. Dengan demikian, untuk mengungkapkan keberadaan masjid ini digunakan metode penelitian kualitatif  agar dapat diketahui sejarah, arsitektur, dan fungsi sosial keagamaannya.  Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa pendirian MBRHAG diprakarsai oleh Raja Haji Abdul Ghani. Ia adalah Amir (pemerintah setingkat kecamatan) pertama kerajaan Riau-Lingga di Pulau Buru, pada abad ke-19. Adapun arsitekturnya adalah seorang Tionghoa. Karena itu, di sebelah kanan masjid ini sekitar 200 m juga terdapat Kelenteng Sam Po Teng dan cetya Tri Dharma Dewa Bumi. Dengan demikian, dekatnya lokasi masjid dengan rumah ibadah umat Tionghoa dan Khonghucu ini menunjukkan hubungan yang harmonis antara muslim Melayu dengan Budhis Tionghoa. Bahkan, dalam kelangsungan hubungan ini terdapat informasi seorang Buddhis Tionghoa pernah ikut temannya yang beragama muslim untuk berpuasa selama setengah bulan Ramadhan.Kata Kunci: Masjid, Muslim Melayu, Buddhis/Khonghucu Tionghoa, Hubungan Harmonis

Abstract: Druwe Desa land is a customary whose management is implemented and belongs to desa pakraman. Although it has been acknowledged juridically, but the existence of Druwe Desa land in Bali is experiencing a vacuum related to the legal subject. On that basis, desa pakraman is appointed as subject of rights with respect to its land through the Decree of the Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial/Head of National Land Agency Number 276/Kep-19.2/X/2017. The purpose of this research is to: (1) Make map of distribution of Druwe Desa land; (2) Describe the importance of strengthening the right to Druwe Desa land; (3) Describe the procedures for strengthening the right to Druwe Desa land; (4) Describe the benefits of the strengthening of Druwe Desa land rights. To achieve these objectives, qualitative research methods with ethnographic approach are used to understand the efforts of the community in maintaining the existence of Druwe Desa land. The results of this study indicate the potential shifting of the status of Druwe Desa land ownership that can indirectly threaten its existence. For that reason, it is necessary to strengthen the right to Druwe Desa land so that there will be no problems that can reduce the existence of asset of desa pakraman. Steps that need to be taken is the process of certification to obtain legal certainty.Keywords:   Druwe Desa land, desa pakraman, Existence, Tri Hita Karana, Awig-Awig  Intisari: Tanah Druwe Desa merupakan tanah adat yang pengelolaannya dilaksanakan dan menjadi milik desa pakraman. Meskipun sudah diakui secara yuridis, namun keberadaan tanah Druwe Desa di Bali mengalami kekosongan terkait subjek hukumnya. Atas dasar itulah, desa pakraman ditunjuk sebagai subjek hak berkenaan dengan tanah miliknya melalui Keputusan Menteri Agraria dan Tata Ruang/Kepala Badan Pertanahan Nasional Nomor 276/Kep-19.2/X/2017. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk: (1) Membuat peta sebaran tanah Druwe Desa; (2) Mendeskripsikan pentingnya penguatan hak atas tanah Druwe Desa; (3) Mendeskripsikan tata cara penguatan hak atas tanah Druwe Desa; (4) Mendeskripsikan manfaat hasil penguatan hak atas tanah Druwe Desa. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, digunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan etnografi guna memahami upaya masyarakat dalam menjaga eksistensi tanah Druwe Desa. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya potensi pergeseran status kepemilikan tanah Druwe Desa yang secara tidak langsung dapat mengancam eksistensinya. Untuk itu perlu dilakukan penguatan hak atas tanah Druwe Desa agar tidak terjadi permasalahan yang dapat mengurangi keberadaan aset desa pakraman tersebut. Langkah yang perlu diambil adalah proses pensertipikatan untuk mendapatkan kepastian hukum.Kata Kunci:    Tanah Druwe Desa, desa pakraman, Eksistensi, Tri Hita Karana, Awig-Awig Pendah

This study aims to find out how to study the Nani Wartabone statue in terms of visuals, to provide knowledge to the people of Gorontalo the meaning of the Nani Wartabone statue and to describe the background study and visualization of the Tilongolo Nani Wartabone monument statue. This research was written using descriptive qualitative research methods, the authors observed in detail the background and visualization of the Tilongolo Nani Wartabone monument, the results of this study allow the writer to know the historical background of the Tilongolo Nani Wartabone monument statue and the writer can also know the visual meaning of the Tilongolo Monument statue Nani Wartabone. The research results obtained by the author are quite good because there are two sources who are quite helpful in the process of writing this research, the conclusion or the final result of this study is that the writer and the public can find out the background of the Nani Wartabone statue made to commemorate his services in fighting the invaders and the meaning of the visualization of the statue of the struggle of Nani Wartabone, namely: (1) The pointing hand has a meaning, namely his birthplace, Bube Village, Suwawa District, Bone Bolango Regency, Gorontalo Province; (2) Bayonet in the left pocket is made by Suwawa which has the mystical power to protect Nani Wartabone in certain situations; (3) The pistol in the right pocket is used as a helper for the main weapon in the left hand of Nani Wartabone; (4) The weapon in the left hand of Nani Wartabone is a long rifle (hunting rifle) that can be used on the battlefield; (5) The Safari uniform used by Nani Wartabone has patriotic meaning and strength; and (6) Base of 2 and the curve of base of 3 represents the number 23 celebrated as patriotic day by the people of Gorontalo.

This COVID-19 case can affect macroeconomic aspects in general. In this journal, aspects of previously published by McKibbin and Wilcoxen will be developed of Warwick McKibbin and Roshen Fernando. In this Journal will analyze sharia management on transactions using money by the Central Bank, nominal wages and financial policy. The journal uses qualitative research methods with natural research methods because the research is conducted in natural conditions. The findings of this study are First, transactions using the central bank. The concept of Islamic economics, transactions using official money issued by the government. money is used in transactions for activities that work and works as a precaution in an emergency conversation. Second, the nominal payment has been realized properly in accordance with the Islamic economy, it can be seen from the policies set by the government and related ministries. The third concerning economic policy has objectives related to Islamic economics. For further research, it is expected to conduct research on asset accounts and fund flows and the merging of two different models between households and companies so that aspects of McKibbin and Wilcoxen can be full analyzed.

Abstrac The aim of this research is to dscribe concept of the position of women in the worship according to 1 Thimothy 2:11-12 and to formulated what can be reflected in this time? Is the interpretation of this chapter still relevant in the midst of contemporary life? This research is used by descriptive qualitative research methods with using literature (library research). The interpretation that is use in this research is exegesis method with the right step to get the right interpretation. With the literature that have a relation with the title, the writer try to review 1 Thimothy 2:11-12 to get the clear meaning, point out view that was said by the writer of this hook about the position of women in the worship. In this chapter Paul said a women can't teach and she is better keep silence. Paul said these case have a corelation with the patriarch culture at the time. Paul aim to prevent women from teacher heretical at the time. This teaching is actually addressed to the woman who was involved in the heresy/ false, who have abuse the ercercise of power that is true in the church. So Paul said that such matter is not to be understood universally. From this research or exegesis the writer conclude that the woman also be used in God's work, a woman also can be a servant of God because nor only man can serve God woman also called to do the same thing. Proper or not is not about gender. Because man or women are same in the presence of God So. it's not true when this chapter be a reason to limiting the space of woman in the service both in the church and in the family and society. PurposeThe purpose of the study is to review some of the existing gaps in the third-generation of critical environmental justice (EJ) research and then propose promising combinations of theoretical concepts by adjoining (EJ) literature with other bodies of work with the use of qualitative research methods.Design/methodology/approachThis paper is a critique of the third-generation of critical EJ literature. It demonstrates how the scope of this scholarship, particularly the third world EJ studies, can be expanded further by deploying various combinations of other theories and qualitative research methods.FindingsConceptually, this paper provides insights into the new directions that third world EJ theory can take by drawing from other bodies of work including the developmental state, caste, waste, informal sector and labor studies within its fold. Methodologically, the paper shows why and how qualitative research methods including single and multiple case study, participatory action research and ethnography can assist in developing these new integrations between theories.Research limitations/implicationsThis research calls for the need to conduct studies in each of the new research dimension suggested in this paper in novel empirical spaces. Such studies will enable the practice of EJ and will help to advance the field of EJ scholarship forward.Social implicationsAnalysis of new research combinations with qualitative research methods in new empirical spaces might create scope for practicing EJ in such spaces where various forms of environmental injustices prevail.Originality/valueThis paper identifies gaps in the third-generation of critical EJ research and proposes new research directions by combining other theories and qualitative methods.

The results of this study indicate that organizations can use star communication patterns and chain communication patterns, Star communication patterns are used to communicate in general, where superiors directly communicate with subordinates and subordinates directly communicate to superiors without intermediaries from others. For the chain pattern in the organization is used to provide information that is announcement from one division to all employees that must be submitted through the division. Motivation as an effort to arouse or encourage inmates to do something in order to achieve their goals. One form of the motive for the crime is done again, namely the lack of motivation in prisoners to repent. In this case the Penitentiary has the duty and responsibility in the successful implementation of guidance for inmates who have a variety of cases. The boarding school guidance program provided to inmates must be implemented, but prisoners who sit in the middle to back row do not pay attention to the explanation given by the speaker. Because he considered the boarding school program aims to fulfill the obligation only. From this problem, it is necessary to carry out activities to motivate prisoners to participate in the program voluntarily and seriously. This is done in order to be able to provide good skills and mindset for Prisoners so that they have attitudes and principles of life that are filled with goodness. As well as changing and shaping convicts for the better and returning to the right path and do not have the thought of returning to commit crimes. This research was conducted with qualitative research methods by distributing questionnaires to determine the results of increased motivation in prisoners. It can be concluded that increasing motivation in inmates following the boarding school program requires innovation and new ways.

Da'wah means encouraging people to do good and preventing them from doing evils according to Allah's instructions. In a broad sense, da'wah is not only intended to convey the message of Islam to non-Muslims in order to convert to Islam, but it also to lead someone who has bad morals (naughty people) to return to the right path of Allah Swt. This article examines the role of the Majelis Dzikir of Islahul Ummah in West Lombok in conducting da'wah. Using descriptive qualitative research methods and in-depth interviews, this study concludes that this majelis dhikr is able to preach effectively to Gerung community. It can be seen form the provided data that number of followers of this majelis dhikr has continued to increase around 700 worshipers. In terms of the quality, the majority of the congregation admitted that have experienced the quality of positive changes: from bad to good; from good to better.
