The pace of innovative development of the machine-building complex and its structural changes are largely determined by the processes of automation, digitalization, improvement of machinery and equipment. Thepresented article discusses innovative technologies in mechanical engineering. The main trends in the innovative development of industrial production are: development of high-tech foreign economic activity, formation of an innovative space, digitalization of economy, creation of a unified database of innovative developments, formation of a new scientific base working on solving urgent problems, creation of markets for innovative products. It is determined that at all stages of the product life cycle, digital technologies are included, such as virtual reality, additive manufacturing, the industrial Internet of things, and a virtual trading platform. The definition of innovative and technological development of the machine-building complex is given. Despite the fact that innovative technologies ensure efficiency, agility and cost-effectiveness of production, in Russia the digital transformation process is in its infancy and is a promising necessity for the development of all industrial production. The transition to digital production technologies is associated with the solution of a number of problems. Such as modernization of the material and technical base, training and advanced training of personnel, preparation of the legislative framework, standardization, certification of innovative digital production technologies, search for investment resources.

The work is devoted to the analysis of the development of machine-building complex in the Orenburg region. The main problems of regional engineering are associated with a constant investment deficit and the scarcity of financing programs aimed at modernization and innovative technical and technological updating of the engineering complex. The potential of small enterprises in high-tech industries is very high. These industries require the use of highly skilled labor, including researchers and scientists, which is very important for the preservation and development of the intellectual capital of the region. Small business in mechanical engineering is able to make a powerful leap forward in improving the business sector as a whole. A significant problem of regional engineering is the marked predominance of industrial engineering products and the extremely weak availability of engineering products for the population. In order to correct this imbalance, it is necessary to place engineering industries in small and medium-sized cities: Buzuluk, Buguruslan, Sorochinsk, Kuvandyk, Sol-Iletsk, Abdulino, which have a favorable transport position and favorable conditions for specialization and cooperation. In these centers at small enterprises, it is possible to organize the production of consumer engineering products, as well as components based on cooperation with larger engineering enterprises.

The aim of the article is the theoretical justifcation and development of the organizational and economic mechanism for the formation and development of a regional intentional complex, where innovative components dominate. It should be noted that in recent years in the region there have been trends in the deepening of the newest forms of relations and interconnections based on the expansion of inter-sectoral and sectoral integration of industrial enterprises, the progress of the formation of forms of regional industrial systems is traced, prerequisites are created for the emergence of new forms of integrated cooperation of the subjects of the innovation process. In modern conditions, the current model of the competitive development of the industrial complex of the region is based on the broad and effective interaction of various participants in the development and commercialization of innovations, which requires a search for forms and directions of its strengthening. The need to strengthen the innovative component of the industrial complex, contributing to its innovative development, involves the search for new modifed organizational and economic mechanisms for the innovative development of the industrial system based on the assessment of trends and development features of new system interactions. Meanwhile, the process of transition to a model of innovative development is objectively closely related to the need to concentrate efforts on the formation of a systematic methodology for managing the innovative development of the region. The article focuses on the development of organizational and economic mechanisms for the innovative development of the regional industrial complex. In particular, attention is paid to the intensive factors of industrial production growth. To achieve the goal, several main tasks were set and solved in the article.. The state of fxed assets for the development of industrial production in the region has been studied. The region was also evaluated based on the influence of innovation and investment factors. The current state and trends in the development of industry in the Tashkent region are analyzed, the basic prerequisites for the creation of an innovative industrial system in the region are studied, and trends in the innovative development of industry in the Tashkent region are evaluated. In conclusion, recommendations are given for eliminating the imbalance between the existing regions, as well as for accelerating the development of new high-tech industries of the industrial complex

Purpose. The purpose of the study is to analyse the development trends of Ukrainian industry and identify ways to solve existing problems based on the intensification of innovation processes. Methodology of research. During the research methods generally accepted in economic science were applied, in particular: statistical and graphic – for definition of Ukrainian industry development tendencies; comparative analysis – to compare the Ukrainian industry and the world; system generalization – in substantiating the directions of industry innovative development intensification. Findings. The current trends in the development of industrial production in Ukraine, which are characterized by falling production volumes and negative changes in the structure of the industry, are revealed. The reduction of industrial production is revealed, which occurs mainly due to the curtailment of the processing industry enterprises activity. Negative changes in the structure of the industry are revealed, among which the increase in the share of low-tech productions with a significant decrease in medium-tech and moderate –high-tech ones are highlighted. Based on the correlation between industrial production indicators and GDP dynamics, it is proved that industry forms the foundation of the country`s social and economic development. It was found that the Ukrainian economy lags far behind the development of the world`s leading countries in terms of its material, resource, and energy intensity. The article proves that the issue of industrial development based on the intensification of innovation processes in Ukraine needs radical changes in reforming the management mechanisms of innovation processes and relations between science, society, business, and government to intensify investment activities support the technological development of industry, the introduction of environmentally friendly production. Originality. The analysis of the state of Ukraine`s industry and substantiation of the need for its innovative development was further developed, in the context of which measures were proposed to intensify innovation processes, which, in addition to existing ones, provide for the formation of a managing mechanism for innovative industrial development; coordination of industrial sector development policy with the goals of sustainable and inclusive development; introduction of environmentally friendly industrial production; expansion of cross-border economic and environmental cooperation; development of the strategy of development of the industry of Ukraine taking into account the European experience. Practical value. The results of the study are the basis for solving practical problems of improving the situation and the transition to innovative industrial development in Ukraine. Subject. The cross-industry transformation is viewed from perspectives of the cross-industry interaction in industrial complexes and the integration of industrial technologies, which can be used directly in unrelated industries, with the multiplicative effect giving an impetus to S&T development of the nation. Objectives. We identify key aspects and new technological trends in the industry and analyze the innovative activity as a driver of structural changes in the economy. Methods. The study is based on methods of systems, structural-functional, comparative, economic-statistical and comprehensive approaches to analyzing the safe and sustainable operation of industries. Results. The article reviews issues of the integration or intellectual and information technologies into business structures of the industrial production for profit-making and competitive advantages in the market. We determined versatile indicators of the sustainable industrial development as there technological changes induce the large transformation. We display the structure of the industrial sector over time by type of economic activity, analyzing the degree and dynamism of the innovative activity in high-tech, mid-tech and low-tech production. Despite the positive dynamics of the Industrial Production Index, the percentage of the industrial sector in GDP has been shrinking for several years in a row, with the major portion being contributed by the servicing sector. Conclusions and Relevance. The digitalization of the industrial sector is one of the principal trends in the global economic development, with digital cross-industrial technological processes prevailing in all industries, reshaping their structure and bringing innovations and modernization. The use and broad integration of digital technologies gives enterprises a competitive advantage for sustainable development, which is indispensable without additional financial injections into such technologies.

Industry of Ukraine requires cardinal changes both for overcoming of the current crisis phenomena and for providing of favourable conditions for dynamic and effective increase in a long-term prospect. Actuality of problem grows under impact of scale transformations in geopolitical and geoeconomical landscapes. The key trends of industrial development in the world are determined by the processes of introduction of innovative technologies of fourth industrial revolution (4IR). However, at present starting positions of national economy and industry in particular are unfavorable for realization of such projects. The problem of disparity of necessity and possibilities transition of industrial production to the new technological level must be settled by continuous adjustment of industry development strategy and state tactics to the specific national aims and conditions (macroeconomic, institutional, foreign-policy) The aim of this article is to accent attention on actual directions, mechanisms, and instruments, which are most accessible, acceptable (economical and institutional measuring) and effective for realization of industrial development strategy under existing conditions in Ukraine. In the article the "road map" of becoming modern industrial production in Ukraine is offered. It covers five purposeful directions (blocks): science and innovation, finance and investment, institutional, structural changes, and market demand. Within each of them tendencies are analysed and priorities for public industrial policy are formulated. The significance and arguments for the urgent formation of national scientific and innovative potential as a factor in reducing the dependence of production and reproduction processes in industry on external influences are presented. The institutional block covers the issue of uncertainty of strategic prospects of industrial development in Ukraine as a deterrent factor to the necessary transformations. The importance of realization of the strategic role of the state at the present stage of industrial transformations is argued. The objective need to involve big business in the intensification of innovation processes based on various forms of partnership with the state is revealed. Emphasis is placed on the priority tasks of structural and sectoral development in the context of accelerating the implementation of modern technological solutions and product innovations. In particular, the importance of the manufacturing sectors of defence and ICT is accented. The importance of expansion and diversification of domestic and foreign markets for the development of high-tech sectors of in national industry is considered.

A meaningful characteristic of modern industrial production is given and prospects for the modernization of the Belarusian industry through new industrialization are identified in the paper. In this regard, the objectives of the study have been determined: to consider modern concepts of the transformation of economic systems under the influence of technological progress, to substantively characterize the new industrialization, including to describe the technological and organizational features of the new intentional production, to identify its distinctive features, to determine the prospects for using the concept of new industrialization for modernization of the Belarusian industry. The methodological basis was the general scientific methods and principles of сognition, namely: the method of deduction and induction, the method of comparative analysis, historical approach. The author considers the new industrialization as an economic structure that has developed as a result  of the spread of digital technologies in a modern socially-oriented, predominantly market economy. The technological basis  of the new industrial production is cyber-physical production systems that operate through the industrial Internet of things,  the Internet of services and network mechanisms of interaction between all participants in the value added chain. The development of digital production and digital services entails the digitalization of business models. The result is flexible, adaptive, individualized industrial production through the triad of digital production, digital services and digital business models. When modernizing the Belarusian industrial complex, aimed at developing high-tech and knowledge-intensive industrial production and increasing the efficiency of traditional industries through the use of a wide variety of new technologies, the priority should be the comprehensive digitalization of production, services and business models.

Today's idea of the living environment is inextricably linked with the high-tech development of the construction industry, the result of which is the creation and transformation of areas into a spatial system of comfortable living and successful business. Innovative development of the construction complex involves the implementation of national, regional, sectoral and corporate innovation programs and projects, the development of innovation potential and innovation culture of enterprises in the industry. Currently, Ukraine faces the task of modernizing the national economy and its transition to an innovative path of development. One of the most important sectors of the economy is the construction industry, which also needs innovation and technological re-equipment. Creation and introduction of innovative technologies in construction, new building materials, management systems of innovative activity will allow to modernize a building complex that in turn will promote increase of rates of economic growth of our country. Despite the development and use of new technologies, the construction industry is slow and reluctant to respond to innovation. One of the factors hindering the innovative development of the construction industry is conservatism in relation to the introduction of innovations. The article considers the main directions of innovative development of construction, the theoretical foundations of innovations in construction, analyzes the state of the construction industry of Ukraine over the past five years. The main advantages and disadvantages of the construction industry are identified, the innovations used in construction are considered, the problems that hinder the innovative development of the construction industry are highlighted. It is established that the development and implementation of innovative technologies, materials, systems are conditioned by the need to solve problems of modern construction, which affect the development and improvement of the entire construction industry and increase the economic growth of the construction industry. For successful activity and innovative development of construction enterprises it is necessary to create such conditions that promote further implementation of innovations.
