The article examines the components of management technologies for the mechanism of sustainable innovative development of the national economy. The purpose of the article is to highlight the basis and components of management technologies for the mechanism of sustainable innovative development of the national economy. As part of the management technologies of the mechanism of sustainable innovative development of the national economy, the study of the goals of sustainable innovative development of the national economy is substantiated. The basis for sustainable innovative development of the national economy is an innovative infrastructure, the institutions of which are able to qualitatively perform the function associated with the production and implementation of innovations. Despite the significant achievements of domestic economic science, the problem of defining management technologies for the mechanism of sustainable innovative development is very relevant. The market segment of the innovation infrastructure deserves special attention, since the innovation market in many areas of economic activity is underdeveloped. A characteristic feature of the innovation infrastructure is the lack of a clear management system for the process of innovative development of the national economy. As a result of the study, we proposed our own vision of a promising innovative infrastructure, which will allow us to implement the tasks of innovative development of the national economy. The innovation infrastructure of sustainable innovative development of the national economy should include institutions related to the production and implementation of innovation, and which are an integral part of the innovation process.

The aim of the article is to study the resource provision of the effectiveness of strategic management of innovation infrastructure in the formation of competitive advantages and socio-economic guarantees in the context of economic globalization. In the conditions of transformation of the national economy, there is a need to form such objects of innovation infrastructure that will stimulate the implementation of the innovation process at any stage of production. Such facilities must support the most promising business idea, innovative projects or ideas, in order to turn them into a product or service. The main purpose of economical use of innovation potential is to create and maintain the existing innovation infrastructure, able to position itself as a communicative channel for the transfer and exchange of knowledge, resources, ideas and technologies between stakeholders of innovative entrepreneurship. Proposals for further development of innovation infrastructure as a determining driver of positive changes in the institutional environment and a source of formation of positive synergy of innovative development of entrepreneurship have been developed. The stages of formation of such infrastructure according to the life cycle of the innovation project are marked, in the course of which due to achievement of complementarity of infrastructural elements impulses for the further stimulation of the economy based on diffusion of innovations are formed. This allows the state, as the initiator of regulation, to determine the directions of renewal of innovation infrastructure taking into account modern conditions. The necessity of reserve accumulation of resource potential of innovative entrepreneurship is noted and the directions of its use according to the stages of realization of the innovative project are determined. These actions are important for increasing innovative development at the macro level and forming a further strategy for innovative development of business stakeholders. The conclusion is made about the need for rational and economic use of resources. This need is due to the rapid involvement of resources in periods of transformation of the national economy, as well as the emergence of crisis trends in the domestic business environment.

To achieve the required level of competitiveness of the country's economy, the development of a national innovation system, identification and updating of factors that influence the national innovation system and its successful functioning is required. Of the many factors affecting innovative development, it is necessary to distinguish the main and secondary. The article discusses the main characteristics of the innovation process, the mechanisms of interaction between economic entities and science. The models of endogenous growth and imitation innovative development and intensive innovative growth are considered. When considering two approaches to the nature of the origin of innovation: the technology-push model and the market-pull model, the authors put forward and confirm the hypothesis that the factor of development of the national innovation system is, first of all, the implementation of technological innovations. The authors prove that special attention should be paid to the development of scientific and technical innovation infrastructure. The development of national innovation systems can be of a sectoral nature: the application of appropriate economic policies that stimulate the development of science, technology, innovation in individual sectors of the economy and clusters, in which under the influence of various factors the most favorable conditions for development in the field of technology have developed.

An abstract-logical method was used to formulate conclusions and theoretical generalization of the results of the study. Findings. The subject of strategic management interaction in the innovation processes of the region is "innovation development", which takes into account the interests and goals of the subjects in the innovation process of the region. Strategic interaction management is carried out by defining goals on a conceptual basis to ensure the value of interaction, which involves the implementation of certain stages. Adherence to the proposed sequence of stages will ensure the required level of interaction value in regional systems for all participants in the innovation process on a strategic basis. The central apex of the "goal tree" is a strategic goal, in our context - ensuring the value of interaction in innovation processes. This strategic goal is deployed in tactical goals that capture large blocks of action to achieve a strategic goal, namely; block of rational use of innovation resources of the region, block of ensuring the usefulness of interaction, block of optimization of the cost of establishing interaction, block of increasing the productivity of innovation processes in the region, block of development of innovation infrastructure of the region. Practical implications. An obligatory stage in the formation of regional cooperation systems is the coordination and harmonization of the interests of potential participants on the basis a rational compromise to achieve the goals of regional development. The specified strategic goal is developed by the authors into tactical goals, which fix large blocks of actions to achieve the strategic goal, namely the block of rational use of innovation resources of the region, the block of ensuring the usefulness of interaction in regional interaction systems, the block of optimizing regional interaction, block of development of innovation infrastructure of the region. The need for improving regional management of the development interaction systems in innovation processes is due not only to its national importance for the development of NIS, but also the economic content - the formation of the economic base and support drivers of social and economic development of regions. It was proved that regional government institutions should fully support the development of the economy on market principles, while assuming the main responsibility for comprehensive overall regulation and strategic planning of economic development and direct support of the innovation process. Originality/value. For each of these blocks of strategic goals, the article substantiates a set of socio-economic tools for implementing tasks in regional interaction systems, which differ in the components of interaction systems, scope, nature of direction, duration, complexity of use, level of consistency, purposes of use, source of funding, direction raising funds. Summarizing the substantiation of strategic goals for interaction systems development in innovation processes of the region, it is necessary to emphasize harmonization and coordination of goals of interaction system formation with goals of innovative development of the region and individual goals for potential participants of interaction systems. After all, the development of interaction systems takes place through the maximum involvement of market stakeholders in cooperation and ensuring the value of their coordinated joint work on innovative projects and programs.

The article gives a rationale for rebuilding the country’s innovation capacity as a key task of the current economic policy of the state, since it is the use of innovations that is extremely important for successful business activity and for obtaining competitive advantages in the world market. The subject matter of the study is the role of banking system, whose lending activity can serve as a powerful source for funding innovation, which, in turn, is seen as a key driver for investment and economic growth. The purpose of the research paper is to substantiate the appropriate theoretical and methodological approaches to understanding the role of the banking system within the framework of stimulating innovative development of the economy. The article critically analyzes the current state of innovation activity in Ukraine and systematizes the main factors restraining the innovative development of the economy. Particular attention is paid to the lack of funding for innovation, the ineffective structure of the national economy, and insufficient state financial support. The lack of an adequate level of funding for innovation activities of enterprises is identified as one of the main constraints on the introduction of innovations and enhancement of innovation potential. It is stressed that the limited amount of own funds and the objective difficulties in attracting foreign financial resources of investors are usually the main reasons for the low degree of innovation activity of enterprises in Ukraine. It is argued that it is the banking system that can act as the main institutional element of the innovation infrastructure, which has the proper organizational, technological and financial potential, sufficient for accumulation and redistribution of those investment resources that are necessary for activating the innovation process in the national economy. The advantages of banks in comparison with other participants of the financial market are determined, which determines the key role of the banking system in the innovative development of the economy. The author articulates a set of organizational, institutional and economic measures at the macro- and micro-levels which can contribute to incorporating the banking system into the framework of stimulating innovation processes.
