Современные условия развития экономики вынуждают предприятия активнее применять методы инновационного развития, и перерабатывающая промышленность не является исключением. Высокая значимость проблемы поиска и практического внедрения инноваций в сферу рационального использования (переработки) отходов мясоперерабатывающей промышленности подчеркивает актуальность темы настоящего исследования. Оно позволит вывести предприятия мясоперерабатывающей отрасли на качественно новый уровень развития. Решение данной проблемы также тесно связано и с проблемами в сфере экологии и условий жизни населения нашей страны. В данной статье отражены итоги проведенного авторами исследования вариантов практического внедрения инноваций в сферу рационального использования (переработки) отходов мясоперерабатывающей промышленности. Modern conditions of economic development force enterprises to more actively apply methods of innovative development, and the processing industry is no exception. The high importance of the problem of finding and practical implementation of innovations in the sphere of rational use (processing) of wastes from the meat processing industry emphasizes the relevance of the topic of this study. The study of this problem will help bring the meat processing industry to a qualitatively new level of development. The solution to this problem is also closely related to problems in the field of ecology and living conditions of the population of our country. This article reflects the results of the research carried out by the authors of the options for the practical implementation of innovations in the sphere of rational use (processing) of waste from the meat processing industry.

Topicality. The relevance of the study lies in the fact that the specifics of the restaurant business involves not only implementation of innovative management technologies, but also updating the current enterprises business models formats, and elaborating the new ones in the restaurant business sphere. The aim of this research is to analyse the existent situation of innovative updating the nowadays enterprises business models formats, and elaborating the neoteric ones in the restaurant business sphere abroad, and in Ukraine as well. Research methods combine the information systematisation in the innovative updating processes of the restaurant business sphere enterprises. The theoretical and methodological basis of the study are theoretical elaborations and scientific conceptions of blighty and foreign scientists in the field of enterprises activity and marketing researches, and laws of Ukraine. Results. The scientific novelty of the article is in the defining the necessity in innovative renewal of the current enterprises business models formats, and elaboration of the new ones, functioning in the restaurant business sphere, in the use of innovative technologies for improving their work efficiency, in identifying the principles of modern technologies implementation, depending on the type of institution and the kind of innovation. Conclusions and discussion. In this article, it is emphasized that nowadays the sphere of restaurant business is in the process of its formation due to the problems of the current political and economic state of the country. It is noted that in order to stimulate entrepreneurial activity in the restaurant business sphere, the further implementation of innovative management technologies is one of the most powerful competitiveness tool. The efficiency of innovative measures implementation at the mentioned above enterprises is analysed. It was found out that this industry is underdeveloped, which indicates the presence of significant untapped potential for further development, and opportunities for reclaiming new market segments. For effective implementation of innovations, it is necessary to update the existing, and develop some new business models formats of enterprises in the restaurant business. The stages of updating the current and developing the new formats of enterprises business models in the restaurant business, by applying the innovative development strategy, are offered.

This study provides insights into the relevance of research on labor potential as a driver of enterprise innovative development. Labor potential is viewed as a manifestation of the human factor imposing direct effects on enterprise business and economic performance. High environment variability triggers a critical need to explore enterprise labor potential to ensure its further adaptability to changes in modern external environment. From a systemic approach perspective, enterprise labor potential should be considered in the comprehensive framework that includes such subsystems as qualification, personal, physiological, psycho-emotional and others. Summarizing a vast array of research, in the context of this study, labor potential is viewed from the positions of such approaches as socio-biological, functional, structural, resource-based, comprehensive and systemic. It is argued that labor potential is a set of workforce abilities and aptitudes which is characterized by certain personal and professional skills that will ultimately contribute to attaining the overall enterprise goals subject to the level of its technical and technological development as well as industry focus. The structure of labor potential covers intellectual, educational, competence-based, historical, cultural, biological, motivational, economic variables, etc. The research findings have revealed that further enhancement of labor potential has important implications for enterprise innovative development, providing favourable environment for creating opportunities to boost innovations in various areas of its activities and their further implementation; facilitating transformation of novelties into innovations, etc. Given essential effects upon business innovative development, within the scope of this study, enterprise labor potential is presented as a consistent on-going process of generation and further implementation of innovations aimed at ensuring the most rational use of its workforce through an optimal combination of a range of intellectual, educational, economic, professional skills and other competence-based elements. A special focus is put that in the result, the above will contribute to gaining the overall business goal and implementating the enterprise strategic objectives.

Objective: This article identifies and provides the reader with the basis for evaluating the innovations proposed in healthcare organizations and highlights determinants to consider when implementing them. Bibliographic review: There is no complete, exhaustive, and absolute definition of health evaluation. Several evaluative approaches and tools were identified. They can be adapted and used according to the evaluator's evaluative objectives, paradigms, and theoretical influences. Moreover, essential concepts regarding the implementation of innovations were considered and synthesized, allowing the reader to understand the complexity of this phase and its impact on the success of innovations. Final considerations: Although the evaluative field is broad and has several distinct concepts, this article presents a synthesis of concepts that would support decision-makers in evaluating their organization's innovation process. Furthermore, the present paper enables a better understanding of the risks of success or failure of interventions (or innovation) from a comprehensive perspective of the critical determinants in the implementation phase.

The article considers the role of innovation management in the enterprise on the experience of foreign companies. The essence of innovation management, its tasks and functions are substantiated. Innovation management - is one of the areas of strategic management, carried out at the highest level of the organization. Its purpose is to determine the main directions of production and scientific and technical activities of the enterprise. This is primarily the development and implementation of new technology and products, modernization and improvement of products and technology, further development of production of traditional products and withdrawal from production of obsolete products. Innovation management is characterized by goal setting and strategy selection, as well as four stages of the cycle: planning, setting conditions and organization, implementation, leadership. The allocation of functions in innovation management is due to the diversity of management activities in the chain idea - research - development - design - production - implementation of innovations. Under the functions of management means the type of activity that is necessary for the implementation of the general objectives of innovation management. On the example of foreign companies: Whirlpool, General Electric, DuPon, Visa the results of the introduction of innovation management are shown. The practice of the leading companies of the developed countries of the world shows that their success is connected with the development of a holistic system of innovation management, which is in constant and continuous development in accordance with changes in both the organization and the external environment. These companies create such an innovative structure and management culture in which the directions of innovative development are integrated into general strategic plans related to the constant development of promising new products and the creation of new business areas. Innovation management creates a long-term advantage if it meets one or more of three conditions: innovation is based on a new principle that challenges the orthodoxy of management; system innovation, covering a number of processes and methods; and this is part of the current program of the invention, where progress is combined with the passage of time.

Innovative ways of the development of libraries is a topic that has a sufficient degree of elaboration. However, the documents that provide regulatory and strategic support for the creation and implementation of innovations, as well as the boundaries of their applicability in the library sphere, are not sufficiently examined. The article presents the regulatory legal acts and documents of the strategic planning system that influence the development of libraries and can be used to create and implement sectoral library development programs. Most of these documents have status of regulatory legal acts. They can be used as a conceptual and methodological basis for creating programs and strategies for the development of libraries, given that the availability of such documents has already become mandatory for many branches and organizations, not only in the industrial or commercial spheres of the economy.

Physical services in several libraries had to be stopped and closed in order to prevent the transmission of the Covid-19 virus. This is done as the responsibility of the library in protecting library staff and library users. Due to the closure of library services, it becomes difficult for people to access information. This condition requires libraries to look for innovations or other alternatives to help people who need information. The purpose of this article is to determine the implementation of innovations in the service sector carried out by the Banten Provincial library during the pandemic to help people who need information. This research was conducted using descriptive qualitative methods, namely methods that utilize qualitative data and described descriptively. This article examines the innovations made by the Banten Provincial Library in the face of the Covid-19 pandemic. No direct observations were made because the library was closed and following government advice to avoid crowds. As a substitute for the direct observation method, then taking another alternative, namely conducting an interview with the Head of the Banten Provincial Library Division via the WhatsApp application. Data analysis was obtained through the results of these interviews and by reviewing journals related to library services during this pandemic. Based on the research results, it can be obtained information that the policy of the Banten Province library during this pandemic is not to provide crowd services and there is no contact between librarians and users so that services in the library have to be closed. As an alternative to discontinuing physical services, the Banten Province library is looking for new innovations, namely by optimizing digital library services implemented through the Banten Province digital library application, namely iBanten, online registration through the Online Registration System (SIPANON) application, opening website services, online book review, and webinar program.Keywords: Covid-19 Pandemic; Library Services; InnovationABSTRAKLayanan fisik di beberapa perpustakaan terpaksa dihentikan dan ditutup dalam rangka mencegah penularan virus Covid-19. Hal tersebut dilakukan sebagai tanggungjawab perpustakaan dalam melindungi staff perpustakaan dan pengguna perpustakaan. Akibat ditutupnya layanan perpustakaan, masyarakat menjadi kesulitan untuk mengakses informasi Kondisi ini mengharuskan perpustakaan untuk mencari inovasi atau alternatif lain untuk membantu masyarakat yang membutuhkan informasi. Tujuan dibuatnya artikel ini adalah untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan inovasi dalam bidang layanan yang dilakukan perpustakaan Provinsi Banten selama pandemi untuk membantu masyarakat yang membutuhkan informasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, yaitu metode yang memanfaatkan data kualitatif dan dijelaskan secara deskriptif. Artikel ini meneliti tentang inovasi yang dilakukan oleh Perpustakaan Provinsi Banten dalam menghadapi pandemi Covid-19. Observasi secara langsung tidak dilakukan karena perpustakaan tersebut ditutup dan mengikuti anjuran pemerintah untuk menghindari kerumunan. Sebagai pengganti metode observasi secara langsung, maka mengambil alternatif lain, yaitu melakukan wawancara dengan Kepala Bidang Perpustakaan Provinsi Banten melalui aplikasi WhatsApp. Analisis data diperoleh melalui hasil wawancara tersebut dan dengan mengkaji jurnal yang berkaitan dengan pelayanan perpustakaan selama pandemi ini. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat diperoleh informasi bahwa kebijakan perpustakaan Provinsi Banten selama pandemi ini adalah tidak menyediakan layanan yang bersifat kerumunan dan tidak ada kontak antara pustakawan dengan pengguna sehingga layanan di perpustakaan terpaksa ditutup. Sebagai alternatif dari dihentikannya layanan fisik, perpustakaan Provinsi Banten mencari inovasi baru yaitu dengan mengoptimalkan layanan perpustakaan digital yang dilaksanakan melalui aplikasi perpustakaan digital Provinsi Banten yaitu iBanten, pendaftaran online melalui aplikasi Sistem Pendaftaran Online (SIPANON), membuka layanan website, bedah buku daring, dan program webinar.

The article examines the components of management technologies for the mechanism of sustainable innovative development of the national economy. The purpose of the article is to highlight the basis and components of management technologies for the mechanism of sustainable innovative development of the national economy.As part of the management technologies of the mechanism of sustainable innovative development of the national economy, the study of the goals of sustainable innovative development of the national economy is substantiated. The basis for sustainable innovative development of the national economy is an innovative infrastructure, the institutions of which are able to qualitatively perform the function associated with the production and implementation of innovations. Despite the significant achievements of domestic economic science, the problem of defining management technologies for the mechanism of sustainable innovative development is very relevant. The market segment of the innovation infrastructure deserves special attention, since the innovation market in many areas of economic activity is underdeveloped. A characteristic feature of the innovation infrastructure is the lack of a clear management system for the process of innovative development of the national economy.As a result of the study, we proposed our own vision of a promising innovative infrastructure, which will allow us to implement the tasks of innovative development of the national economy. The innovation infrastructure of sustainable innovative development of the national economy should include institutions related to the production and implementation of innovation, and which are an integral part of the innovation process.

The main purpose is to determine the main aspects and features of the implementation of innovations in the professional training of teachers. Now all over the modern world standards, technologies of vocational education and training of specialists are being revised, updated. Indeed, the reform of professional pedagogical education requires the approval of fundamental pedagogical education, the harmonization of methodological, didactic and psychological knowledge, which will allow a specialist to fully realize the humanitarian, cultural functions of education, master innovative technologies of teaching and upbringing. The formation of a new education provides for natural processes of the development of pedagogical practice, a purposeful control effect on the training system, retraining of pedagogical personnel, significant adjustments to the content, style of activity of pedagogical institutions, future teachers, that is, the transition of the educational system to functioning on a new basis. The current state of the training of future teachers in higher educational institutions dictates the need to look for new ways to improve the quality of their theoretical training, the ability to independent creative work, and professional self-development. The methodological training of future teachers should be based on modern teaching technologies, which graduates should have flawlessly. Based on the results of the study, the key features of the implementation of innovations in the professional training of teachers were identified.

The implementation of pedagogical innovations becomes a required condition to enhance the quality of the education and competitive potential of an educational institution at the market of educational service, and it requires qualified management of its innovation activity. However, pedagogical employees stand against innovations, and in scientific literature it is called an anti-innovation barrier.The purpose of the paper is to consider the issue of overcoming anti-innovation barriers as a component of managerial activity in educational institutions.The work is aimed at coping with psychological barriers in educational institutions that can be made in the following directions: the change of value orientation of educators; the correction of motivation of the members of the teachers’ staff; the creation of new exemplars of individual behavior of educators; the formation of readiness of the members of the teachers’ staff for innovation activity.Systematic monitoring of educators’ readiness to accept innovations, its step-by-step studying should precede the implementation of all the mentioned directions. The administration of an educational institution is to organize explanatory and educational work on a regular basis, to provide pedagogical employees with comprehensive information about the performance of the educational institutions where successful implementation of innovations has taken place. A keystone of a successful introduction of innovations is the creation of “an innovation climate” – an external environment that forms educators’ attitude to innovations, to attract those educators who do not accept innovations to the planning of the stages of their introduction. The organization of the measures directed towards the increase of the professional competence of those educators who are involved in the implementation of innovation activity is a vitally important component in the management that is aimed at overcoming anti-innovation barriers. The task of the administration of an educational institution is to create the conditions, which will motivate teachers to improve their professional skills and to study an advanced experience.
