This paper presents the results of a research aimed at examining attitudes of the students from the faculties involved in teaching (pedagogical faculties), future educators in preschool institutions, about the potential giftedness of preschool children and working with them. The research was conducted on a sample of 174 students, future preschool educators. It was implemented at the Faculty of Educational Sciences of Pula (Croatia) and at the Faculty of Education of Jagodina (Serbia). The results of the research confirm: that future educators are sufficiently and qualitatively educated to work with gifted children; that future educators would like to have gifted individuals in their preschool groups and would love to work with gifted children; that the relationship between gifted and other kindergarten children is harmonious and gifted children should not be separated into special kindergarten groups; gifted children are a valuable resource for the community, they do not have any difficulties in socialization and they do not waste time in a regular kindergarten, and they are not bored with such kindergarten.

The article presents the theoretical analysis and empirical research on preschool children’s creative development by means of art. We are convinced that art practices as an innovative technology should be used in order to develop children's abilities and creativity, the creativity of adults working with children. After all, the basis of art practices is art as an activity that reveals the reality in specific sensory images. We have determined that the productive activities that are most interesting for preschool children are drawing and fairy-tale situations. The empirical study used drawing and fairy-tale techniques. We selected and described the art practices to be used in work with preschool children with the aim to develop such qualities as observation, attention, memory, imagination, fantasy. These qualities contribute to the development of preschool children’s independent creative activities, which form all the best human qualities and reveal their, often hidden, talents, skills and abilities. The children from the experimental group showed more creative elements and did it clearly during tasks solving compared to the control group. They offered more original options in addition to the standard vision of objects and phenomena. Modern preschool children are characterized by decreased activity, poorer imagination. Preschoolers’ creative development lags far behind their peers from the previous century. In addition, modern children have either high or low creative development (only few children showed medium development). Children’s awareness of modern electronic devices makes them dependent on gadgets, computers and television. At the same time, the number of gifted children has increased dramatically, as well as indigo children, who are characterized by super-abilities and changes in their psyche. All these facts point to problems and contradictions existing at modern older preschoolers. Participating in art practices, preschool children can reveal their potential for the development of their creativity. Children learn to solve various creative tasks, express themselves artistically and develop hidden talents. Art promotes children's abilities, motives, knowledge and skills, so that they create something new, original, unique. The proposed art practices opens the space for educators, psychologists at children's educational institutions to develop children’s creativity, because humanity has not yet invented a better creative tools than fairy tales, drawing, games, stories. From the first years of life, children have a natural need to show their own uniqueness, individuality, to reveal their talents and creative abilities. In kindergarten, children love to draw, sing, dance, having great fun. There is no doubt that art is the language of children’s souls. It is an efficient tool for the development of preschooler’s abilities, skills and creativity. Art practice for preschool children is an interesting and bright game.

The study focused basically on measuring the relationship between the material cost of the students benefits program and the benefits which are earned by it, which was distributed on college students in the initial stages (matinee) and to show the extent of the benefits accruing from the grant program compared to the material burdens which matched and the extent of success or failure of the experience and its effect from o scientific and side on the Iraqi student through these tough economic circumstances experienced by the country in general, and also trying to find ways of proposed increase or expansion of distribution in the future in the event of proven economic feasibility from the program. An data has been taking from the data fro the Department of Financial Affairs and the Department of Studies and Planning at the University of Diyala with taking an data representing an actual and minimized pattern and questionnaires to a sample of students from the Department of Life Sciences in the Faculty of Education of the University of Diyala on the level of success and failure of students in the first year of the grant and the year before for the purpose of distribution comparison. The importance of the study to measure the extent of interest earned in comparision whit the material which is expenseon the program of grant (grant of students) to assist the competent authorities to continue or not in the program of student grants for the coming years.

Background: The research objective of the study is to determine the differences in the manifestation of the motor status of normally fed preschool test subjects, classified into groups according to foot status. Methods: This is a simple, comparative observational study. Preschool children included in this study have been subjected to anthropometric measurements in order to determine BMI, tests for motor skills assessment (running at 20 m from a high start, standing broad jump, backwards polygon, rectangular seated forward bend, plate tapping, sit-ups for 60 s, and bent arm hang), and a determination of foot status. The total sample was comprised of 202 test subjects who attended a regular sports program, aged 3.9 to 6.5 years of decimal age (M = 141; Age = 5.3 ± 0.74; Height = 117.3 ± 7.1; Weight = 22 ± 3.7; F = 61; Age = 5.1 ± 0.73; Height = 114.9 ± 7.4; Weight = 21.2 ± 3.8), of which 153 (75.7%) were normally fed, 6 (3%) were undernourished, 30 were overweight (14.9%), and 13 were obese (6.4%). Results: In the total sample, 30 (14.9%) subjects had normal arch feet, 90 (44.6%) high arched feet, and 41 (20.3%) flat feet. We found 41 (20.3%) subjects who had different left and right foot statuses within this sample. The data were processed by means of nonparametric tests (the Kruskal–Wallis and Mann–Whitney U tests) at a significance level p ≤ 0.05. Conclusion: The results show that there is a statistically significant difference between groups of subjects with different foot statuses in the manifestation of motor status in most tests, with a significance level of p ≤ 0.01, and in tests of sit-ups for 60 s and the bent arm hang, there is a statistically significant difference, the level of which is p ≤ 0.05. It is only in the inclination test of rectangular seated forward bend that no statistically significant difference was displayed.

The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between the language learning strategies of freshman students and their learning styles. This study is a descriptive research and employs a relational screening model. Participants of the study were 328 freshman students majoring in different fields at Necmettin Erbakan University Ahmet Keleşoğlu Faculty of Education in Turkey. Data were collected via Turkish version of “Strategy Inventory of Language Learning (SILL)”, originally developed by Oxford (1990) and adapted into Turkish by Cesur and Fer (2007) and “Big 16 Learning Modality Inventory” by Şimşek (2002). Data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics and the Pearson’s correlation coefficient. The research results revealed that learning styles have a significant effect on language learning strategy use. The results and implications of the study are discussed and suggestions for future research are offered.
