Subject. Today, nanoparticles of chemical elements that make up the body are of particular interest. Such nanomaterials usually do not cause allergic reactions, they can potentially be broken down and removed from it, and, for example, drugs can be placed in the pores of these materials. At the Department of Prosthetic Dentistry of V.G. N.N. Burdenko together with Voronezh State University developed a polymer modified with nanosized silver particles, which was successfully tested on patients in the manufacture of removable plate prostheses. However, there is no data on the effect of this polymer in patients with complex jaw pathology in combination with somatic pathology, in which visible changes occur in the oral cavity. Goal ― to consider the problem of prevention of toxic-allergic reactions when using complex-jaw prostheses and devices. To study the state of the oral microbiocenosis and the cytological characteristics of the mucous membrane in patients with apparatus bases made of a polymer modified with nanoscale silver. Materials and methods. 80 people were examined and 60 patients were treated for complete absence of teeth with various degrees of atrophy according to A.I.Doynikov (1967) I, II, III, IV, V, with a uniform quantitative distribution in groups. Methodology. 80 people were examined and 60 patients were treated for complete absence of teeth with various degrees of atrophy according to A.I.Doynikov (1967) I, II, III, IV, V, with a uniform quantitative distribution in groups. Results. The dynamics of the inflammatory processes of the mucous membrane of the prosthetic bed under the bases of removable jaw devices made by the known method and with bases from modified materials was studied. A complex of personalized prevention of complications associated with the action of basic polymers has been developed. Conclusion. Obtained by analyzing the results of the study, it was possible to create, on the basis of the use of modified acrylic polymer as the material of the bases of removable prostheses and devices, a program for individual prevention of the inflammatory complications induced by them from the mucosa of the prosthetic bed, the efficiency level of which is at least 60 %. This predisposes to recommendations for the further implementation of the modified nanosilver acrylic polymer in practical dentistry.

Inflammation is a physiological process involved in the defenses of the body and the repair of tissues. It is acutely activated by infections, trauma, toxins, or allergic reactions. However, if it becomes chronic, inflammation can end up stimulating the development of diseases such as cardiovascular disease, autoimmune disease, neurological disease, or cancer. Additionally, during aging, inflammation becomes increasingly more chronic. Furthermore, we found that certain foods, such as saturated fats, have pro-inflammatory activity. Taking this into account, in this review we have discussed different diets with possible anti-inflammatory activity, the commonly ingested components of each diet and their active compounds. In addition, we have proposed some dietary guidelines, as well as a list of compounds present in foods with anti-inflammatory activity, outlining how to combine them to achieve optimal anti-inflammatory effects. Therefore, we can conclude that the compounds in our diet with anti-inflammatory activity could help alleviate the inflammatory processes derived from diseases and unhealthy diets, and thereby promote healthy aging.

м.н. Каливраджияна Э.С. The development of technologies based on the use of low-toxic materials will make it possible to begin their application in medicine in the near future. The use of nanoparticles of silver, copper, silicon, zinc, titanium, cobalt as a modifying additive will make it possible to actively influence the structure of the starting materials and change their properties, namely, improve the physicomechanical, physicochemical and toxicohygienic properties of materials. Nanosized silicon particles introduced into fixing dental materials lead to an improvement in the physicochemical, physicomechanical properties of crystallizing materials, and the low thermal conductivity of silicon can increase its working time and reduce heat generation during the crystallization reaction. Since the volume of manipulations depends on these characteristics, when fixing orthopedic structures on abutment teeth, it would be advisable to bring the working time of hardening to a pure hardening time, which will increase the volume of manipulations with the prepared mass without deteriorating its properties. The development of high-strength, biocompatible, high-tech nanoplastics for the bases of removable plate prostheses is an urgent problem to improve the quality of life of patients. Modification of acrylic polymer with nano-sized particles of silver and silicon will improve such physical and mechanical properties as impact strength, strength, temperature resistance, barrier properties, and reduce polymer shrinkage at the stage of polymerization, in contrast to the already known domestic and expensive imported polymers. Nanosized particles of silicon, silver are cocatalysts of methyl methacrylate, affecting the reduction of the amount of residual monomer after the polymerization process, thereby increasing the sanitary-chemical and toxic-hygienic characteristics of the polymer. All of the above made it possible to formulate the goal of research on nanostructured materials under the guidance of the professor …dedicated to the memory of the professor, d.m.s. : Fluoro-edenite (FE) is an asbestos-like amphibole present in the bentonitic lavas extracted from a stone quarry in Biancavilla, a village sited in the Etnean Volcanic Area (Italy). : Thoracic pathologies are the results of excessive inflammatory processes that are the early response of the immune system to inhaled fibers. As demonstrated for asbestos, fibers may trigger immune system cells in an acute and/or chronic manner. This review aims to clarify the pathways of inflammation in workers exposed to FE fibers. : Based on the articles reviewed, it seems that a permanent stimulus created by repeatedly inhaling the FE fibers and their persistence in the body can act as trigger both in promoting inflammatory processes and in immunological induction of autoimmune disease.

The purpose of the work was to establish in a model experiment the allergenic activity and danger of the extracts obtained from the dust of dry products of cow's milk processing (DPMP), containing complexes of soluble whey (WMP) or casein milk proteins (CMP), as a stage of hygienic regulation of the content of dust DPMP in the air of the working area. Experiments on albino guinea pigs sensitized by the intradermal injection of standard doses of WMP and СМР solutions into the ear revealed the development of severe allergic reactions in the animals of the experimental groups with the prevalence of mixed mechanisms of immediate anaphylactic and delayed cell-mediated types. According to the criteria for the classification of industrial allergens, the WMP and СМР complexes have a strong allergenic activity and are differentiated to the 1-st class of allergenic hazard, which determines the classification of the DPMP dust containing them as extremely dangerous industrial allergens. This is confirmed by the established high levels of indicators of allergic-diagnostic reactions in vivo and in vitro when testing sensitized WMP and СМР animals with a solution of skim milk powder dust, indicating the presence of antigenic determinants of whey and casein milk proteins in it and a real ability to form cross-allergic reactions in the body of workers to dust from all dry milk processing products containing these proteins.

The aim of the study is to determine the role of geochemical factors (the content of Mg, K, Ca, Zn, Pb in soils and natural waters of the plain zone of Dagestan) in the prevalence of essential arterial hypertension (EAH) among the population of children. Materials and methods of research: an observational cross-sectional (one-step) study of the prevalence of EAH in the child population was carried out. The prevalence rates of EAH among children in the plain zone of the Republic of Dagestan are calculated for 100,000 children 0–17 years old, without taking into account gender differences. The content of elements (Mg, K, Ca, Zn, Pb) in the environment (soil, natural waters) was determined by atomic absorption spectroscopy. Results: one-way analysis of variance (One-Way ANOVA) of indicators of the content of metals (Mg, K, Ca, Zn, Pb) in the regions and objects (soils, natural waters) of the study revealed a statistically significant difference in the data (for soils: F=81,06772, p<0,0002; for natural waters: F=58,86451, p<0,00001). The dependence of children's EAH on the content of chemical elements in the objects of the biosphere of Dagestan was determined, which was expressed in an increase in the number of patients with EAH when Pb content exceeded (r=+ 0,576, r=+ 0,759) and with the decrease of Mg (r=–0,668, r=–0,173), K (r=–0,440, r=–0,636), Ca (r=–0,693, r=–0,533), Zn (r=–0,051, r=–0,827) in soils and natural waters. Conclusion: when assessing the pathogenesis of EAH in the population of children, the content of Mg, K, Ca, Zn, Pb in soil and water should be taken into account, since these microelements, entering the body with water and food, affect the elemental status of child's body.

The author has long noted that the first months of pregnancy are characterized by a peculiar mobility of the cervix in relation to the body, so that the portio vaginalis can move sideways, forward and backward without the participation of the uterine body. In this case, one must beware of confusion with cases where the imaginary mobility may depend on the accidental mobility of the swollen mucous membrane covering the portio.

David McNally styles this book as beginning in a polemic and ending in a “materialist approach to language” much indebted to the German critic Walter Benjamin. The charge is that “postmodernist theory, whether it calls itself poststructuralism, deconstruction or post-Marxism, is constituted by a radical attempt to banish the real human body—the sensate, biocultural, laboring body—from the sphere of language and social life” (p. 1). By treating language as an abstraction, McNally argues, postmodernism constitutes a form of idealism. More than that, it succumbs to and perpetuates the fetishism of commodities disclosed by Marx insofar as it treats the products of human laboring bodies as entities independently of them. Clearly irritated by the claims to radicalism made by those he labels postmodern, McNally thinks he has found their Achilles' heel: “The extra-discursive body, the body that exceeds language and discourse, is the ‘other’ of the new idealism, the entity it seeks to efface in order to bestow absolute sovereignty on language. To acknowledge the centrality of the sensate body to language and society is thus to threaten the whole edifice of postmodernist theory” (p. 2).

This paper examines the dynamics of changes in the indicators of the psychophysiological state of students of the Siberian State University of Railway Transport. The indicators of motor activity, vital index (ZHI) and respiratory system were considered. The purpose of the study is to identify the physical and functional capabilities of the body of first-year students, as well as to analyze the level of health. The objectives of the study are to determine the level of psychophysiological state of students in dynamics. Research hypothesis: the source of physical education should be on motor activity that is appropriate for development, in order to promote self-efficacy and pleasure, as well as encourage continuous participation in physical activity; through the acquisition of motivational experience by students in physical education and sports, physical and functional development is achieved, as well as self-esteem, goal orientation and tasks; the effectiveness of physical development can be achieved by changing the approaches to the implementation of FC programs, sports facilities, recruitment, as well as the organization of school-university continuity. Research methods: analysis, systematization, generalization. The results of the research showed a decrease in physical fitness and activity in general, as well as the need to develop motor abilities and improve the level of physical health of students.
