Employee performance is the work of an employee, a management process or an organization as a whole, where the results of the work must be demonstrated concretely and measurably (compared to predetermined standards). Factors suspected of affecting employee performance are leadership, motivation and organizational culture. This study aimed to explain the relationship between leadership, motivation and organizational culture on employee performance. A quantitative method was used with data collection in the form of a questionnaire and supported by secondary data in the form of interviews. Subjects in this study were permanent employees at PT X. Research subjects totaling 119 employees were sampled in this study. The analysis technique used was multiple regression path analysis. Leadership did not have a significant effect on employee performance while motivation and organizational culture did. Based on the results of this study, PT X is expected to maintain the condition of employees who already have high work motivation and good organizational culture, so that it will improve employee performance. The company is also expected to pay attention to providing training, especially leadership training, to improve employee leadership abilities or competencies, and rewards to each employee as a means of increasing employee performance. The objective of this study was to determine the effect of organizational culture and commitment to employee performance at the Education Office of Pematangsiantar City. This study used literature and field research designs. The research method used was the causality method with a quantitative approach. The type of data used in this study was qualitative data and quantitative data. The data sources consisted of primary data and secondary data. The population and sample used in this study were 81 permanent employees. The data collection was carried out by questionnaire, interview and documentation. The analysis technique used was qualitative descriptive and quantitative descriptive analysis consisting of multiple linear regression, correlation test and determination and hypothesis tests. The results of this study concluded that the organizational culture, commitment and employee performance were good. Besides, the organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, the commitment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and motivation on the performance of the employees of the Ministry of Religion of South Sulawesi Province. This research uses a quantitative approach, primary and secondary data sources. Collecting data through field research by means of questionnaires and documentation. As for the population in this study were all employees totaling 232 civil servants. To determine the minimum required sample, the Slovin formula is used. By calculating the sample size, 69 samples were obtained. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that there was a partially positive and significant influence between leadership style and motivation on employee performance. The most dominant factor of leadership style influences employee performance. Leadership and work motivation are in the good category, and this condition should be maintained and improved. Quality human resources are a determining factor in improving the performance of a business organization. The performance of a business organization is largely determined by the performance of its employees, and this is the main reason for this research. This study aims to determine the effect of discipline, organizational culture and work motivation on employee performance. This research approach is a descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The data used in this study are primary data obtained directly from respondents through questionnaires in the field and secondary data obtained in finished form, has been collected and processed by other parties. The number of samples taken in this study were 74 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis show that the variables of discipline, organizational culture and work motivation have a significant effect on employee performance both simultaneously and partially. The results of this study indicate that the variables of discipline, organizational culture and work motivation are the determining variables in an effort to improve employee performance Keywords : Discipline, Organizational Culture, Work Motivation, Employee Performance.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of motivational leadership and job satisfaction on the performance of South Kalimantan Police Biddokes personnel. The benefits obtained from this study are providing input or additional information that is meaningful to organizations, companies and further research on leadership, motivation, and job satisfaction with employee performance as a reference for further research.This research variable consists of indentpent variables and dependent variables. The independent variable consists of leadership, motivation and job satisfaction. Whereas the dependent variable consists of employee performance. The analysis technique used is multiple regression (multiple regression) with the help of SPSS 20.0 software.The results of the Leadership, Work Motivation, and Job Satisfaction research of the South Kalimantan Police of Biddokkes went well. Leadership, work motivation, and job satisfaction have a partial effect on the performance of the South Kalimantan Regional Police Biddokkes. Leadership, work motivation, and job satisfaction simultaneously influence the performance of the South Kalimantan Police Biddokkes. Leadership has a dominant effect on the performance of the South Kalimantan Regional Police Biddokkes compared to work motivation and job satisfaction.

This research aims to analyze the direct relationship between leadership, organizational culture on performance, and to analyze the indirect relationship that is mediated by work motivation. The study used a quantitative approach, namely explanatory research, using a sample of 110 research that were taken randomly from certified teachers at junior high schools in Malang Regency. The data were collected using a questionnaire with a 5 point Likert scale, while the data analysis technique used Path Analysis. The research findings showed that performance was influenced by leadership and work motivation, but the leadership was not proven to affect work motivation. Another research finding is that organizational culture does not significantly contribute to performance, but contributes to work motivation, work motivation only mediates the relationship between organizational culture and performance. The research implication is that to improve performance, effective leadership and work motivation are needed, further increasing work motivation can be achieved from strengthening organizational culture. The next researcher is suggested to test the role of leadership on organizational culture.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work culture and work motivation on employee performance through job satisfaction at OJK Malang. The population in this study were all employees at OJK Malang as many as 55 respondents using the census method. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis technique using path analysis equation model. The results of this study Work Culture and Work Motivation have a significant effect on Job Satisfaction at the Malang OJK Office, this means that the higher the Work Culture and Work Motivation, the Job Satisfaction will increase. Job Satisfaction has a significant effect on Employee Performance at the Malang OJK Office. Work Culture and Work Motivation have a significant effect on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction at the Malang OJK Office, this means that the higher Job Satisfaction caused by high Work Culture and Work Motivation, it can improve Employee Performance

The aim of this research to determine the relationship between organizational culture (OC) and employee performance (EP) mediated by work engagement (WE); and to make the proposed conceptual model on these three variables based on the prior literature review. In addition, this research focuses on airline business (AirAsia Berhad) which is one of the most famous and affordable airline companies in the Asia region. From the secondary data of AirAsia Berhad, it is demonstrated that for AirAsia succeed and to be a leading airline organization in Asia, employees are the main asset and contributor for succeed goal with a competitive advantage. Research has shown that AirAsia Berhad comes to this position due to the supported of leadership, organizational culture, employee’s engagement and overall relay on employee’s performance. However, the contribution of this study is two way explainable; one is theoretically – first of all, this research is proven the relationship among these three variables (OC, WE, EP) and determined the mediator role of work engagement between organizational culture and employee performance. Secondly, this research is developed the conceptual framework supported the previous literature that will facilitate the researcher for further study on this field. Another way is practical- this research will help the superior manager to induce plan to manage employees to succeed their goal with a competitive advantage. Secondly, it will help the manager to understood with concern; why employees have to be compelled to engage and, why solid organizational culture is vital for work engagement and employee performance. Hence, this research is not out of limitation, which is described in the conclusion paragraph, consequently, these gaps need to fulfil by the future study.

This study aims to determine and analyze the description of transformational leadership, organizational culture, motivation and performance, and the relationship between the four variables at the Jambi District Court employees. This study uses descriptive and verificative research methods that aim to describe research variables systematically and in accordance with the facts investigated, as well as knowing the relationship between variables through testing hypotheses. The study sample used as many as 74 employees of the Jambi District Court, The results of the descriptive analysis show that the overall level of transformational leadership quality and organizational culture in the Jambi District Court are at a good level of quality. While for work motivation and employee performance are at a high level of quality. The results of hypothesis testing through path analysis prove that transformational leadership and organizational culture both partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on work motivation and employee performance. For the indirect effects of transformational leadership and organizational culture on employee performance through work motivation, it shows that the application of transformational leadership and good organizational culture can increase employee motivation at a higher level, which indirectly has an impact on improving employee performance. However, on the other hand work motivation partially does not affect employee performance.

The study aims to: (1) determine and analyze simultaneous influence of work motivation and compensation on employees’ performance at PT. Balindo Manunggal Bersama of Palu City; (2) determine and analyze partial influence of work motivation on employees’ performance at PT. Manunggal Bersama of Palu City; (3) determine and analyze partial influence of compensation on employees’ performance at PT. Balindo Manunggal Bersama of Palu City. This research uses quantitative approach to explain the relationship between two or more variables studied with a sample of 42 employees. Data analysis technique is multiple linear regressions. The results show that (1) the sig. F value of 0.002 < 0.05 means that work motivation and compensation simultaneously have significant influence on employee performance; (2) the sig. t value of 0.013<α 0.05 means that work motivation partially has significant influence on employee performance. (3) the sig. t value of 0.821>α 0.05 means that compensation has non-significant influence on employee performance.  Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu: (1) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja dan kompensasi secara serempak terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Balindo Manunggal Bersama Kota Palu. (2) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Balindo Manunggal Bersama Kota Palu. (3) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Balindo Manunggal Bersama Kota Palu. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif yang merupakan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk menjelaskan hubungan antara dua variabel atau lebih dengan sampel 42 karyawan dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian dengan menggunakan regresi linear berganda, disimpulkan: (1) berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh sig. F sebesar 0,002 < 0,05, yang dapat diartikan bahwa variabel motivasi kerja dan kompensasi secara serempak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan. (2) berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh variabel motivasi kerja memiliki tingkat signifikasi t sig. 0,013 < α 0,05, yang dapat diartikan bahwa variabel motivasi kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. (3) berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh variabel kompensasi memiliki tingkat signifikasi t sig. 0,821 > α 0,05, yang dapat diartikan bahwa variabel kompensasi secara parsial berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Villages and sub-districts in Jayapura city are public organizations that provide service to the community. Villages and urban organizations require leadership, organizational culture and strong work motivation to support performance improvement. This research was conducted in 39 villages and sub-districts in the city of Jayapura. The population of this study was permanent employees in the villages and sub-districts in the city of Jayapura, which numbered 96 employees. All populations were chosen as research respondents, this research was census research. The analytical tool used in the research is Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of the study show that, first, direct leadership has no significant effect on employee performance, second, organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance, third, leadership has a significant effect on work motivation, fourth, organizational culture has a significant effect on work motivation, fifth, work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance, sixth, work motivation is a perfect mediator of the influence of leadership on employee performance, seventh, work motivation as a partial mediator of the influence of organizational culture on employee performance.
