The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of motivational leadership and job satisfaction on the performance of South Kalimantan Police Biddokes personnel. The benefits obtained from this study are providing input or additional information that is meaningful to organizations, companies and further research on leadership, motivation, and job satisfaction with employee performance as a reference for further research.This research variable consists of indentpent variables and dependent variables. The independent variable consists of leadership, motivation and job satisfaction. Whereas the dependent variable consists of employee performance. The analysis technique used is multiple regression (multiple regression) with the help of SPSS 20.0 software.The results of the Leadership, Work Motivation, and Job Satisfaction research of the South Kalimantan Police of Biddokkes went well. Leadership, work motivation, and job satisfaction have a partial effect on the performance of the South Kalimantan Regional Police Biddokkes. Leadership, work motivation, and job satisfaction simultaneously influence the performance of the South Kalimantan Police Biddokkes. Leadership has a dominant effect on the performance of the South Kalimantan Regional Police Biddokkes compared to work motivation and job satisfaction.

<em>The problem of the sewing department of PT Sai Apparel Industries Semarang was it never reached the production target in 2019. This purposes of this research are to find out influence of leadership style and work motivation on employee performance at PT Sai Apparel Industries Semarang. Dependent variabels in this reseach is leadership style and work motivation while dependent variables is employee performance. Data collection used are questionnaires, interview, and literature review. The sample in this study are 95 employees of the sewing devision at PT Sai Apparel Industries Semarang. The data analysis technique used multiple regression. The result of multiple regression indicated that leadership style and work motivation all of them had positive influence on employees performance. The most dominant variable that influence the employee performance is the work motivation. While from the result of determination coeffiecient (Adjusted R Square) indicated that leadership style and work motivation affects employee performance 0.597 or 59.7%. While 40.3 or 40.3% influenced by other variables not examined in this research</em>

In this study, there are results that contradict the theory which states that the higher the level of training and motivation, the employee's performance should increase.  In this study, training had no effect and motivation had no positive effect. This study aims to determine the effect of training and work motivation on employee performance in Kopiloka 3.0.  The population in this study were all employees at Kopiloka 3.0, which amounted to 15 people with a sample of 15 people using saturated sampling.  The data analysis technique in this study used SPSS 24 software, which consisted of data quality test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. By using multiple regression analysis, the results of the study show that training has no effect on employee performance.  Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance.  Simultaneously (together) the independent variables of training and motivation have an effect on employee performance.

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the work motivation and job satisfaction to employee performance either partially or simultaneously. This type of research is associative with the method of analysis used are simple and multiple regression analysis. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to all employees of Mutiara Bunda Hospital. The results showed that there are positive and significant influence between motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance

This study aims to determine: (1) the influence of the compensation variable on job satisfaction (2) the influence of the variable work discipline on job satisfaction (3) about the effect of work motivation on employee job satisfaction at PT. PP Perkebunan Jember Widodaren . This research is a causal associative study using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were employees of PT. PP Perkebunan Jember Widodaren amounting to 69 people. The sampling technique in this research is census. Data were collected using a questionnaire that had been tested for linearity, multicolonierity and heteroscedasticity tests. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression. The results of this research are at the significant level 5% indicates that: (1) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. This is evidenced by the beta coefficient (β) 0.227 (p <0.05; p = 0.042) and the effect of compensation on employee job satisfaction with a significant level of 0.003 (2) Work motivation has a positive but not significant effect on employee job satisfaction as evidenced by the level of significance of 0.394

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to examine whether the effect of motivation, job satisfaction and work discipline on employee performance on PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk. Padang units. This study uses quantitave methods, the population in this study were 50 employees of the production departement at PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk. Padang Units. The sample technique used is saturated sampling technique, so that a sample of 50 people is obtained. Data retrieval is done by distributing questionnaires to the employees of PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk. Padang Units. The data analysis technique multiple regression. The result of the three variable tests show, motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.Keywords : Motivation, Job Satisfaction, work discipline, employee performance.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work culture and work motivation on employee performance through job satisfaction at OJK Malang. The population in this study were all employees at OJK Malang as many as 55 respondents using the census method. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis technique using path analysis equation model. The results of this study Work Culture and Work Motivation have a significant effect on Job Satisfaction at the Malang OJK Office, this means that the higher the Work Culture and Work Motivation, the Job Satisfaction will increase. Job Satisfaction has a significant effect on Employee Performance at the Malang OJK Office. Work Culture and Work Motivation have a significant effect on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction at the Malang OJK Office, this means that the higher Job Satisfaction caused by high Work Culture and Work Motivation, it can improve Employee Performance

One concept to maintain corporate image is employee performance. A concept that seeks to create a good and reliable Human Resources within the company to achieve the goals of the company itself. When the company has committed to maintain employee performance improvement will encourage companies to pay attention to the level of work discipline experienced by employees and the provision of proper work motivation to see the level of job satisfaction of each employee will make employees feel more eager in completing the work. The population of this study were non-permanent employees of Hotel ASTON Jember and the sample was set by 50 respondents. The variables analyzed in this research are work discipline, work motivation and job satisfaction as independent variable, and employee performance as dependent variable. The sampling method used is simple random Sampling in which all permanent employees have the opportunity to be sampled in this study. This type of research is an explanatory research.Research is a study that tries to explain a subject matter and there is a hypothesis testing and perform  analysis  of  data  obtained.  Methods  of  data  analysis  using  Multiple  Linear Regression Analysis.The results of this study indicate that discipline, motivation and satisfaction simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Hotel ASTON Jember, partially work discipline has a positive and significant impact on employee performance at Hotel ASTON Jember, partially motivation of work has a positive and significant impact on performance Employees at Hotel ASTON Jember and job satisfaction have a negative and insignificant effect on the performance of Hotel ASTON Jember's employees. This research is motivated by the performance of PDAM employees in Banten Province which is not yet optimal. One of the factors is the low level of employee satisfaction which is caused by the lack of transformational leadership, the low of organizational culture and the low of employee work motivation. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of transformational leadership, organizational culture and employee work motivation on employee satisfaction and its implications on the performance of PDAM employees in Banten Province. This study use descriptive and verification approach. The sample used in this research is 284 PDAM employees in Banten Province with population size 1,092 employees. The analysis method of this study is the Path Analysis. The results of this study found that there is a direct influence of transformational leadership on employee satisfaction (23.32%), the direct influence of organizational culture on employee satisfaction (8.12%) and the direct influence of employee work motivation on employee satisfaction (10,28%). Simultaneously, the influence of independent variable on employee satisfaction is 69,02%, and the other factors that is not studied in this research but also affect the employee satisfaction is 30.98%. The effect of employee satisfaction on employee performance is 81.70%, while the other factors that is not studied in this research but also affect the employee satisfaction is 18.30%.Keywords: Transformational leadership, organizational culture, work motivation, job satisfaction, employee performance.

The Influence of Organizational Culture, Work Motivation and Transformational Leadership Styles on Employee Performance With Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable in the Mining Support Division of PT Kaltim Prima Coal.This study aims to test the influence of organizational culture (X1), work motivation (X2) and transformational leadership style (X3) on employee performance (Y2) through job satisfaction (Y1) in the Mining Support Division of PT Kaltim Prima Coal. This study took a sample of 62 respondent. While the data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistical analysis and path analysis.The results show the influence of organizational culture on positive but insignificant job satisfaction, the influence of transfomasional leadership motivation and style on positive and significant job satisfaction; the influence of organizational culture on employee performance is insignificant and positive; the influence of motivation and transformational leadership style on employee performance is significant and positive; and the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance is significant and positive.Keywords: Job Motivation, Work Discipline, Organizational Culture, Employee Performance

Guidance by the principal in the employees, especially on SD Negeri 2 Sumber Jaya Kecamatan Waway Karya Kabupaten Lampung Timurhas been regulated in the Act, Rules and Regulations Regional Government and its implementation, but many still encountered obstacles that cause problems with various effects in order to apply principles Work Motivation principle, in order to improve employee performance such as teacher discipline, dedication, loyalty, and others. It attracted writers for further research and study a research topic "Effects of Leadership Style and Work Motivation Against Employee Performance on SD Negeri 2 Sumber Jaya Kecamatan Waway Karya Kabupaten Lampung Timur". The focus of research on leadership, motivation Work, and employee performance.This research was conducted using a survey method. The population is All staff of 30 people, in which samples were taken using saturated sample. The reliability of the instruments is calculated by the formula product moment correlation, while the reliability of the instruments is calculated by the formula Alpha crobach, and using multiple regression analysisThe result showed leadership style and work motivation have a great influence (97.2%) on employee performance with variable work motivation as the dominant variable affecting employee performance with the effect of (96.2%) but can not eliminate the variable leadership style despite having contributed negatively due valid.
