The objective of this study was to determine the effect of organizational culture and commitment to employee performance at the Education Office of Pematangsiantar City. This study used literature and field research designs. The research method used was the causality method with a quantitative approach. The type of data used in this study was qualitative data and quantitative data. The data sources consisted of primary data and secondary data. The population and sample used in this study were 81 permanent employees. The data collection was carried out by questionnaire, interview and documentation. The analysis technique used was qualitative descriptive and quantitative descriptive analysis consisting of multiple linear regression, correlation test and determination and hypothesis tests. The results of this study concluded that the organizational culture, commitment and employee performance were good. Besides, the organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, the commitment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

The purpose of this study is: to determine the effect of consumer perceptions on purchasing decisions at Perum Bulog Sub Divre Pematangsiantar. This study uses a library research design and field research. This type of data uses qualitative and quantitative data. Data sources are primary data and secondary data. Data collection was carried out by means of questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Test the research instrument using the validity test and reliability test. The data analysis technique used is normality test, qualitative descriptive analysis, and quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study can be concluded as follows: Consumer perceptions have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions either simultaneously or partially. There is a strong and positive relationship between consumer perceptions of purchasing decisions. The level of purchase decisions can be explained by consumer perceptions. Consumer perceptions have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Perum Blog Sub Divre Pematangsiantar

This study aims to determine the effect of discipline on the performance of employees of the Community Health Center (Puskesmas) of Raya Pematangsiantar City. This research used the design of literature and field research. The research method used was the causality method with a quantitative approach. The type of data used in this study was qualitative and quantitative data. Data sources consisted of primary and secondary data. The population and sample used in this study were 34 permanent employees. Data collection was done by questionnaire, interview, and documentation. The analysis technique used was qualitative descriptive and quantitative descriptive analysis consisting of multiple linear regression, correlation test, the test of determination and hypothesis. The results of this study concluded that employee discipline and performance was good. Regarding the results of the hypothesis, it shows that discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

This research is intended to know the impact of PBBP2 acceptance to the regional tax. This research uses primary data from the results of interview with the collecting division of PBBP2, meanwhile the secondary data are report target and the realization of PBBP2 acceptance and regional tax of BPPRD of Muba 2014 to 2018. Technique of data analysis used is quantitative descriptive analysis technique by calculating target ratio and realization of PBBP2 acceptance, regional tax and graphic data presentation. The result of this research shows that the performance of BPPRD Muba in collecting regional taxes, especially PBBP2 is not optimum since the decision of PBBP2 acceptance target is not based on SPOP and is not appropriate with the tax potentiality, so PBBP2 target is not accurate. This gives the impact of low acceptance of regional tax from PBBP2 22.44%, so the regional tax acceptance from PBBP2 is relatively small, the average is only 15.07%. Thus, the realization of PBBP2 is very low during 2014 to 2018 only 64%. This is caused by the system and procedures of tax objects data collection are not accurate, the payment system is not online and just through the regional bank, lack of socialization and low awareness of tax obedience.

The purpose of this research is to find out the operational budget and revenue budget affect the level of financial performance at the crocs tm counter in Malang City. The design of this research is to use a quantitative descriptive method, in this research the data sources used are secondary data and primary data. The data collection techniques used in this research are interviews and observation. The data analysis technique used is quantitative descriptive analysis. It was found in the results of this research that operational variables can have a significant effect on the change ratio, while the revenue budget has no significant effect on the change ratio in Counter Crocs TM in Malang City, Malang City

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bank Mandiri Cabang Daya Makassar. Jenis penelitian ini, yaitu penelitian asosiatif. Ada beberapa variabel yang dihubungkan dalam penelitian ini adalah variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan (X1), Motivasi (X2), Disiplin Kerja (X3), dan Kinerja Karyawan (Y). Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder . Data primer merupakan data yang diperoleh langsung dari responden dan data sekunder merupakan data yang diperoleh dari dokumen yang didapat dari PT. Bank Mandiri Cabang Daya Makassar untuk mendukung penelitian. Teknik analisis penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif dan regresi linier berganda dengan populasi dan sampel yang berjumlah sama, yaitu 31 orang. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan Pada PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, Cabang Daya Makassar. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style, motivation, and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Bank Mandiri Branch Daya Makassar. This type of research, namely associative research. There are several variables that are linked in this study, namely the variable Leadership Style (X1), Motivation (X2), Work Discipline (X3), and Employee Performance (Y). The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data is data obtained directly from respondents and secondary data is data obtained from documents obtained from PT. Bank Mandiri Daya Makassar Branch to support research. The analysis technique of this research uses descriptive analysis techniques and multiple linear regression with the same population and sample, namely 31 people. The results of this study indicate that leadership style affects employee performance, motivation affects employee performance and work discipline affects employee performance at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, Daya Makassar Branch.

This research aims to analyze and determine 1) The application of income tax article 21 on business subject to final income tax at CV RPT, 2) The potential for underpayment of article 21 income tax after calculating according to applicable tax regulations. CV RPT is a company engaged in the construction service business. For taxpayers who are subject to final income tax, benefit in kind given to employees is the object of income tax article 21. The data used in this research are secondary data obtained through observation and documentation. This research uses a quantitative descriptive analysis. Based on the results of the research, there is a potential for underpayment of income tax article 21 on CV RPT, amounting to Rp9.212.540 for permanent employees and Rp2.750.000 for final income tax article 21 on pension benefits. Besides, it also resulted in the potential for the imposition of administrative sanctions in the form of interest due to the still unfulfilled income tax article 21 obligation, namely Rp1.289.756 for underpayment of article 21 income tax for permanent employees and Rp385.000 for final income tax article 21 on pension benefit.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh karakteristik individu terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Pematangsiantar yang dilakukan dengan pendekatan parsial. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Uji instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Teknik analisis data terdiri dari uji normalitas, analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil dari penelitian dapat dijabarkan sebagai berikut: Disiplin kerja, karakteristik individu dan kinerja pegawai sudah baik. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara dari karakteristik individu terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Pematangsiantar. Terdapat hubungan yang kuat dan positif antara karakteristik individu terhadap kinerja pegawai The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of individual characteristics on employee performance at the Pematangsiantar Department of Population and Civil Registration both simultaneously and partially. Data collection was carried out by means of questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The research instrument test used was the validity and reliability test. The data analysis technique consisted of normality test, qualitative descriptive analysis and quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of the research can be described as follows: Work discipline, individual characteristics and employee performance are good. There is a positive and significant influence between individual characteristics on employee performance at the Pematangsiantar Office of Population and Civil Registration. There is a strong and positive relationship between individual characteristics and employee performance.

The purpose of this study was to analyze motivation, organizational culture and performance. This research is conducted in Community and Village Empowerment Office, it used sample of 33 ASN consist of Office Secretary, Head of Section, Head of Subdivision, Section Head and Staff, data is collected using questioners. This research is to analyze motivational variable data, organizational culture and performance using quantitative descriptive analysis. Data is divided into primer data and secondary data. The scoring of this research uses a Likert scale. To describe the figure of each variable studied, the data is tabulated and uses a statistical descriptive analysis by calculating the mean (mean). The analysis result present that variable motivation of State Civil Apparatus in the Office of Community Empowerment and Village of Sleman Regency generally get a good category with mean 3,79. While organizational culture variables generally also get a good category with mean 3,83. The ASN Performance variable in the Community and Village Empowerment Service, although it is not yet maximal, it also has a good category with mean 3, 49. Even though the performance variable obtains the lowest mean compared to the motivation variable and organizational culture variable, it remains in the good category. Program pembangunan ekonomi nasional berbasis perikanan dan pedesaan secara langsung maupun tidak langsung diharapkan dapat menanggulangi permasalahan ketimpangan wilayah dan keterbatasan modal usaha perikanan. Sejak tahun 2010, Kementerian Kelautan dan Perikanan Indonesia telah melaksanakan program pemberdayaan kepada kelompok nelayan dan kelompok pembudi daya ikan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kinerja program pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui skema Program Nasional Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Mandiri Kelautan dan Perikanan (PNPM Mandiri KP) pada perikanan tangkap dan budi daya di Kabupaten Lombok Timur. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada tahun 2016 di Kabupaten Lombok Timur. Data primer dikumpulkan dengan cara survei dan informan dipilih secara purposive sampling dilengkapi dengan data sekunder dari berbagai sumber. Analisis deskriptif kuantitatif digunakan untuk melakukan analisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aspek penentuan lokasi bantuan harus diprioritaskan untuk lokasi yang sebagian masyarakatnya bermata pencaharian utama usaha perikanan. Program bantuan perikanan tangkap memiliki peluang keberhasilan yang lebih besar dibandingkan dengan program bantuan perikanan budi daya. Since 2010, Ministry for Marine Affairs and Fisheries (MMAF) of Indonesia had implemented the empowerment program for fishermen and farmer groups. This study aimed to analyze the performance of community empowerment program namely the National Program for Community Empowerment in Marine and Fisheries (or PNPM Mandiri KP) for capture fisheries and aquaculture in East Lombok Regency. West Nusa Tenggara Province. This research was conducted in 2016. Primary data were collected through a survey and key informants were selected purposively, and supported by secondary data from various sources. Quantitative descriptive analysis was used for data analysis. The results shows that the aspect of location should be prioritized for the community who have major livelihood activity in fisheries sector. The program in capture fisheries have a greater opportunity of successful compared with aquaculture programs. It can be seen from impac of the program and potency of the program sustainability.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction PT. Automobil Jaya Mandiri Wuling Surakarta partially and simultaneously. Primary data sources were obtained from questionnaires distributed to consumers with a sample of 95 people, while secondary data were obtained from PT. Automboil Jaya Mandiri Wuling Surakarta. The analytical tool used is quantitative descriptive analysis. Based on the results of the t test, it can be concluded that there is a partial effect between tangible and assurance on customer satisfaction at PT. Automobil Jaya Mandiri Wuling Surakarta. F test results show that there is a simultaneous influence between tangible, reliable, responsible, assurance, empathyvvariables on customer satisfaction at PT. Automobil Jaya Mandiri Wuling Surakarta. The results of multiple linear regression tests obtained by the equation Y = 1,219 + 0.763 X1 - 0.064 X2 + 0.130 X3 + 0.748 X4 - 8.644X5 €. From the regression equation it can be seen that the most dominant variable influencing consumer satisfaction is the physical evidence variable with a coefficient of 0.763. R2 (R Square) test obtained a result of 0.609 or 60.9% which means that customer satisfaction with the Dealer of PT. Automobil Jaya Mandiri Wuling Surakarta is influenced by variable tangiable, reliable, responsible, assurance, empathy of 60.9%. And other factors that influence customer satisfaction at PT. Automobil Jaya Mandiri Wuling Surakarta. of 0.391 (39.1%) expected by PT. Automobil Jaya Mandiri Wuling Surakarta needs to implement and develop aspects of service to consumer satisfaction which include tangible (physical evidence), reliability (reliability), responsiveness (responsiveness), assurance (empathy), empathy (empathy), so as to obtain a more market share well.
