Purpose of the study: The purpose of this study was to determine the role of teacher communication in early childhood. Methodology: This research is descriptive qualitative research. The methods used in this research are observation, interview, and documentation, for data analysis using: data reduction, data presentation, and data verification, in checking the data through credibility, transformability, and conformability. Main Findings: From the results of the overall findings can researchers conclude that the role of teachers, parents with children often occur imbalances or "miscommunication" so unwittingly the negative impacts arise when the child is out of the house or at school. This condition can look into the child itself introspection, because by knowing yourself then the child will be easy to know other people. Applications of this study: This research was conducted in Jombang City, with the consideration that PIAUDBina Karya is located in Jombang City. Novelty/Originality of this study: give to the child to communicate as widely as possible, order to be able and dare to express an opinion according to their age.

The aim of this study was to explore the role of teachers’ Pancasila and Civic Education (PPKn) as motivator in political education. The research was conducted at State of Senior High School 1 (SMAN 1) and State of Senior of High School 10 (SMAN 10) at Padang City. This research had employed a qualitative research with comparative studies. The data were analyzed using data analysis techniques, data presentation, and concluding. The validity of the data was tested by source triangulation. The result showed that the role of Teachers’ Pancasila and Civic Education not only educating the character of the nation's generation but emphasize the role of Teachers’ Pancasila and Civic Education as motivators in political education. Where the teacher as a motivator plays a role to give encouragement, enthusiasm, and intelligence to students in understanding political education. ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to find out the role of PAI teachers in shaping the character of class learners VII SMP Muhammadiyah Ambon and to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors of PAI teachers in shaping the character of class learners VII in SMP Muhammadiyah Ambon. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. This research was conducted from September 22 to October 22, 2020. The subjects in the study were 1 principal and 1 PAI teacher, SMP Muhammadiyah Ambon. The research instruments used are observation sheets and interview guidelines. Data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation and inference. The results showed that Teachers of Islamic religious education in the formation of the character of class learners VII SMP Muhammadiyah Ambon has played a good role, where islamic education teachers have performed their role such as teachers as teachers, namely teachers of Islamic Religious Education has taught about honesty, discipline, manners and accuracy. Keywords: The Role of PAI Teachers, Shaping The Character of Learners ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran guru PAI dalam membentuk karakter peserta didik kelas VII SMP Muhammadiyah Ambon dan untuk mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat guru PAI dalam membentuk karakter peserta didik kelas VII di SMP Muhammadiyah Ambon. Tipe penelitian adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dari tanggal 22 September sampai dengan 22 Oktober 2020. Subjek dalam penelitian adalah 1 orang kepala sekolah dan 1 orang guru PAI, SMP Muhammadiyah Ambon. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah lembar observasi dan pedoman wawancara. Analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Guru pendidikan agama Islam dalam pembentukan karakter peserta didik kelas VII SMP Muhammadiyah Ambon sudah berperan cukup baik, dimana guru Pendidikan Agama Islam sudah melakukan peranannya seperti guru sebagai pengajar yakni guru Pendidikan Agama Islam telah mengajarkan tentang kejujuran, kedisiplinan, sopan-santun dan keteladanan. This researh is about the implementation of extracurricular activities (ikrohist) for guide students’ attitude in SMK Penerbangan Techno Terapan Makassar. This research method is a qualitative research using of normative theology, pedagogic, physicologic, and sociologic. The research instruments used interview, observation, and documentation. Informant consisted of principal, refresentative of the school, and teachers. Data collection was done by observation, interview and documentation techniques.  Data analysis by means of data reduction, data presentation, conclusion and data verification.  The result of this research, there are: 1) Students’ attitudes in SMK Penerbangan Techno Terapan Makassar, after joining the extracurricular activities showed good attitudes. 2) Students’ Attitudes in SMK Penerbangan Techno Terapan Makassar based on the observation and interview that give awardness, discipline, extracurricular activities (Ikrohist) in SMK Penerbangan Techno Terapan Makassar consisted of three parts, they are dayly/weekly activities, monthly activities and annual activities.

This study aims to describe the role of teachers as educators in developing the discipline character of students in class IV A 01 Kota Bengkulu Elementary School. This type of research is qualitative research, with descriptive research methods. The subjects of the study were the principal, grade IV A teachers, and grade IV A students. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was performed by data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Testing the validity of the data using extended observations, increasing perseverance and triangulation. The results of this study indicate that the role of the teacher as an educator in developing the character of student discipline has been carried out in class IV A. The role of the teacher in developing the character of student discipline consists of as motivators, facilitators and evaluators. As a motivator the teacher has given encouragement to students to always be disciplined in the classroom, as a facilitator the teacher has provided the facilities needed by students to develop the character of their discipline and as an evaluator the teacher has also conducted an evaluation to see the extent of the development of the discipline character of students in the class.

This study aimed at determining the role of teachers and principals in improving the quality of learning in elementary school of Pulau Rimau. The sample in this study were 40 teachers from Pulau Rimau. The data were collected using 1) interviews, 2) observations, and 3) documentation. Research data analysis techniques include 1) data reduction, 2) data presentation, and 3) data verification. The results showed that teachers and principals have a role in improving the quality of education of SD Negeri in Pulau Rimau.

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan kedisiplinan belajar Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam meningkatkan pelaksanaan ibadah salat zuhur berjamaah peserta didik di SDN 166 Laburawung Kecamatan Lalabata Kabupaten Soppeng. Penelitian ini termasuk kategori penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan teologis, pedagogis, dan psikologis. Sumber data pada penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, para pendidik, tenaga kependidikan, dan peserta didik. Adapun metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah pengamatan, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik pengolahan dan analisis data yang digunakan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan kedisiplinan belajar Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam meningkatkan pelaksanaan ibadah salat zuhur berjamaah peserta didik di SDN 166 Laburawung Kecamatan Lalabata Kabupaten Soppeng cukup baik. Hal tersebut sesuai dengan pengamatan yang dilakukan bahwa peserta didik yang disiplin dalam belajar Pendidikan Agama Islam bisa lebih paham tentang ajaran Islam sehingga dapat mengamalkannya terutama dalam hal pelaksanaan ibadah salat zuhur berjamaah.AbstractThe aim of this research was to determine the implementation of learning discipline of Islamic Religious Education subject in improving the midday prayer together to the students of SDN 166 Laburawung, Lalabata District, Soppeng Regency. This research applied qualitative research using theological, pedagogical, and psychological approaches. Data sources of this research were the principal, educators, staffs, and students. Observation, interview, and documentation were used in collecting the data as instruments. Data analysis techniques used were data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. Therefore, the result indicated that the implementation of learning discipline of Islamic Religious Education in improving midday prayer together to the students of SDN 166 Laburawung, Lalabata District, Soppeng Regency was quite good. This finding was in line with the result of observations that the students who were discipline in learning Islamic Religious Education could understand more about the teachings of Islam so that they could apply it especially in terms of the implementation of midday prayer.

The Objective of this research is to determine the role of teachers in counseling guidance dealing with students who are victims by risak at SMA Negeri 4 Palu. This research is classified as qualitative research, and the data were described both in written and spoken. This research was conducted in order to see the role of counseling guidance teacher in overcoming the risak victims at SMA Negeri 4 Palu. Furthermore, the data collection methods used in this reasearch are observation, interviews, and documentation. Then the data processing and analysis techniques were carried out through three stages, namely: data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. This study was conducted to check the validity of the data using trigulation techniques.

Community participation is the main asset in achieving the government's program goals. This study aims to determine community participation in development at Baringeng Village, Soppeng regency. Therefore, to find out the objectives of this study, the researcher used descriptive qualitative research. The informants in this study were (7 peoples) using data collection techniques that were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data obtained from the research results were processed using data analysis techniques consisting of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that community participation in development at Baringeng village, Soppeng regency was in the high category. This can be viewed from several indicators, including thought participation, energy participation, property participation, skills participation, and social participation.

Violence cannot be separated from the role of humans as the perpetrators. One of the many cultural activities owned by Madurese tribe in Kaliboto Kidul, Jatiroto, Lumajang is carok, a deeply rooted culture that has become a tradition. Inspired by A Latief Wiyata's thoughts, the problem that will be raised in this research is how the role of local ulama to resolve such problem. This study employs qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Its orientation is to understand the meaning of the indications and phenomena that occur in Kaliboto Kidul, Jatiroto, Lumajang. In the process of retrieving data, researchers uses observation, interview and documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of the study shows that carok in this area is described as an attempt to kill each other which is committed by men using sharp weapons in the form of celurit. The causing issues are self-esteem harassment, inheritance and revenge actions. Key words: Ulama, Carok, and Criminal Law

This study aims to know the role of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDES) in society economic empowerment at Mas-mas Village, Batukliang Utara District, and Central Lombok Regency. This study was descriptive qualitative approach. The study was conducted from June to July at Mas-Mas Village, Batukliang Utara, and Central Lombok. The data collection techniques used interview, documentation, and observation with study subjects, namely the Head of Village, BUMDES management and some society of Mas-mas. The researcher used techniques of source triangulation. Data analysis in this study uses an interactive analysis model that is analysis using data reduction, data presentation, and verification and conclusions. The results of this study indicated that the role of BUMDES Lintang Mas had not been maximized in society economic empowerment at society of Mas-mas Village; it can be seen from the types of businesses run by BUMDES. In addition, the level of society participation was still low.
