The covid-19 resulted in broad range of spread throughout the world in which India has also became a prey of it and in this situation the means of media is extensively inϑluencing the mentality of the people. Media always played a role of loop between society and sources of information. In this epidemic also media is playing a vital role in shaping the reaction in ϑirst place for both good and ill by providing important facts regarding symptoms of Corona virus, preventive measures against the virus and also how to deal with any suspect of disease to overcome covid-19. On the other hand, there are endless people who spread endless rumours overs social media and are adversely affecting life of people but we always count on media because they provide us with valuable answers to our questions, facts and everything in need. Media always remains on top of the line when it comes to stop the out spread of rumours which are surely dangerous kind of information for society. So on our side we should react fairly and maturely to handle the situation to keep it in the favour of humanity and help government not only to ϑight this pandemic but also the info emic.

This study aims to identify knowledge sharing and its dimensions (Donating knowledge & Collecting knowledge) and its impact on competitive priorities: (Cost, Flexibility, and Quality) and the role of social media as a moderating variable in Jordanian telecommunication companies. The study population is consisted of (3) Jordanian Telecommunication Companies: (Zain, Orange, and Umniah). The study used equal stratified random sample. To collect the primary data a questionnaire survey was distributed to (134) managers. The questionnaire consisted of (30) items of close ended response type.The study reached set of findings; there is a significant statistical impact of knowledge sharing (donating knowledge & collecting knowledge) on competitive priorities in Jordanian telecommunication companies at level (a£ 0.05(; and there is a significant statistical impact at level (a£ 0.05(of social media on improving the impact of knowledge sharing on competitive priorities in Jordanian telecommunication companies. The study recommended increased knowledge sharing among employees and between departments through encouragement and practicing of knowledge sharing activities among companies' staff. And the need to motivate employees who are use social media for knowledge sharing in a work environment.

The study aimed at identifying trends in public opinion about the role of social media in spreading rumors, rumors and clarify the concept of types and causes of its spread, and detect cognitive effects, emotional, and behavioral on individuals as a consequence of rumors across social networking sites, and learn ways to cope with rumors. In order to achieve the objectives of the study were using descriptive survey and questionnaire is designed as a tool to collect data from a sample study, which consisted of 346 211 female and male users of social networking sites in Saudi Arabia. The study has several results, including: that the majority of users of social networking sites pertain to intensively up to 7 hours or more per day 35. 1%, the application (what's app August) got first place in terms of its use by 76, 9, followed by the site (Twitter) by 70, 1,And reasons for use of social networking sites, primarily the ' quick access to information, the study showed the dependency of individuals on social networking sites as a source of information, first degree approval (often) 54, 3,Social networking sites have played a great role in spreading rumors, anonymous news came out in front as the main methods of spreading rumors, and show cognitive effects access, emotional, behavioral and on individuals as a consequence of rumors, respondents emphasized the importance of addressing rumors in various ways. In the light of the results of the study, a set of recommendations and proposals to maintain the trends in public opinion and the rationalization of the role of social media in dealing with rumors, including: leveraging social media in alarm the seriousness of rumors, a culture of awareness of the need to explore information and news right before posting.

This research aims to explain about to examine about the role of social media in making public decisions ahead of the legislative election 2019 in the district of Aceh Jaya. The data that is required in writing is obtained through library research and field. Library research done with how to read text books, legislation, and other reading material related to this research. While field research done by interviewing informants. The results of the study showed that the process of forming public opinion cannot be formed by itself. The process of forming public opinion consists of several stages, namely Phase I which is caused by several factors: cultural background, past, espoused values and news that develops. Stage 2 the formation of perception in the community, the third stage is formed, the fourth stage is the consensus, namely the last and last process or agreement on a public opinion. Through Facebook media, the process of forming public opinion is very fast. This happens to the maximum extent possible for people who use social media

The main purpose and objective of the study is to examine the role of mainstream and social media during corona virus scourge in Pakistan. The study used the media dependency theory for analysis and used the survey method for the data collection. The researcher collects a sample of 200 men and women by using purposive sampling. Study advocates that most of the respondents believe that mainstream media provides the needed awareness and authentic information for the prevention and control of Covid-19 they believe that mainstream media is reliable to acquire knowledge about corona virus as compare to social media study reveals that there is a need to improve the standards of communication of social media because results of the research suggest that social media not proving itself responsible to play a part for the prevention and control of deadly corona virus research it spreads fake news, misinform about corona and propagate conspiracy theories as well.
