The census of the trees and palms was carried out, survey of the phytosanitary and pruning aspects, as well as the calculation of the relative frequency of the species. There was also a survey and quali-quantitative assessment of the equipment and structures found along the square. Concerning the plant health of the species, they do not present associated diseases or pests. Regarding the pruning of trees and palms, approximately 28% of the total needs treatment, either as cleaning pruning, to remove dry leaves and branches or to conduct them. As for the origin, 54,41% of the individuals are of native origin and 45,59% exotic. The square has great diversity with 68 tree and palm trees, distributed in 24 species. The species with the highest relative frequency were Parapiptadenia rigida (13,2%), Ligustrum lucidum (11,8%) and Inga marginata (8,8%). According to the quantitative assessment of the equipment and structures at square Roque Gonzales, it was possible to ascertain that there is a variation between excellent to bad, however, no element showed to be in poor condition. The qualitative analysis of the structures, on the other hand, varied from good to good. Therefore, it can be concluded that the origin of the species is predominantly native, there is no attack by pests and diseases and as for pruning, most species (72%) are in a satisfactory situation, requiring no management. Regarding the qualitative and quantitative analysis of structures and equipment, conditions vary from regular to good. The article considers theoretical and methodological aspects of logistics, namely logistics processes, logistics chain, logistics system, logistics management, logistics risk. A method of logistics management as an integrated process using the so-called network planning is proposed. This method allows a systematic approach to planning and managing the process of developing a new complex system. The process itself is seen as a single, inseparable process of interdependent operations aimed at achieving the ultimate goal. Initially populated by Guayana Indians in the early years of the 17th century, the downtown area of Salto, located in the country of the state of São Paulo, Brazil, has great historical-cultural value and preserves a lush green area. In order to map and assess the afforestation of this area, a census-type survey was carried out from February to September 2017, evaluating all individuals available: trees, shrubs and palm trees planted on sidewalks and flowerbeds. Specimens of all individuals were collected, photographed and georeferenced, and exsicates were assembled to identify the species. The results showed a total of 1,240 individuals belonging to the 35 botanical families, being 39,68% (n=492) native and 60,32% (n=748) exotic. The problems encountered are related to the lack of planning in the street infrastructure, in which 688 individuals are in cemented areas, 232 individuals damaged the sidewalk, 138 have no room for growth and 229 have the canopy in contact with the wiring. This data demonstrates that the afforestation present in this site requires management and lacks infrastructure.

Is it possible to transform stone into a technological and innovative device? The meeting with one of the main stone transformers in Europe produced the intention of a disruptive operation that could affect the strategy of the whole company. A contagious singularity. By intertwining LEAN methodologies and the human-centric approach of design thinking, we mapped the value creation in the company activating a dialogue with the workers and the management, listening to people, asking for ambitions, discovering problems and the potential of production. This qualitative and quantitative analysis conducted with a multidisciplinary approach by designers, architects and marketing strategists allowed us to define a new method. We used it to design a platform that could let all the players express their potential to the maximum. This is how the group's research laboratory was born, with the aim of promoting the relationship between humans and stone through product innovation. With this goal, we coordinated the new team, developing technologies that would allow creating a more direct relationship between man and surface, making the stone reactive. The result was the first responsive kitchen ever.
