Long-term socio-economic development forecast of the Russian Federation for the period till 2030 specifies that the main barriers in the implementation of innovative and accelerated scenarios are caused by the shortage of world-competitive professional personnel both at the level of corporations and public administration, the inefficiency of coordination mechanisms. This study is aimed at studying the readiness and possibilities of the system of vocational education and training of the Russian Federation to respond to external challenges, taking into account scenarios of the long-term forecast of the social and economic development of the Russian Federation for the period up to 2035. The study is also aimed at creating scientific, organizational and methodological conditions for the positive modernization of the professional education and training system of the Russian Federation on the basis of regional development strategies, which will allow implementing measures to develop infrastructure, personnel potential, create modern conditions for the implementation of professional educational programs. The study presents predictive scenarios of the development of secondary vocational education, gives their characteristics, and identifies risks and advantages. The presented scenarios allow us to determine the socio-economic potential of vocational education, to determine the goals and objectives in its development.

Este artigo tem como objetivo examinar o mobiliário destinado ao ensino de desenho técnico, que compõe o acervo do Centro de Memória da Escola Técnica Estadual Cônego José Bento, detendo-se, de modo mais específico, na carteira de desenho. A investigação sobre essa peça do mobiliário escolar procura rastrear pistas dos processos de aquisição, da utilização desse tipo de carteira nas práticas escolares e do seu percurso no interior da Escola Profissional Agrícola Industrial Cônego José Bento, entre as décadas de 1930 e 1950, em paralelo com as mudanças curriculares. O trabalho arqueológico proposto visa capturar vestígios sobre peças de mobiliário que sobreviveram às várias mudanças pelas quais passou essa instituição, criada em Jacareí em 1935, no âmbito do plano de expansão do ensino profissional, elaborado pela Superintendência do Ensino Profissional e Doméstica. Procura-se, por essa via, contribuir com os esforços dos historiadores da educação, com vistas a compreender a cultura material da escola como uma dimensão significativa da cultura escolar.Palavras-chave: Cultura material. Carteira de desenho.Furniture for vocational education: notes on the drawing deskABSTRACTThis article aims at analyzing the furniture designed for the teaching of technical drawing, which is part of the collection of the Memory Center of the State Technical School Cônego José Bento. It focuses specifically on the drawing desk. The investigation on this piece of school furniture aims at tracing evidence of the acquisition process and the uses of this kind of desk in school practices and its itinerary within the Agricultural Industrial Professional School Cônego José Bento, between the 1930s and the 1950s, alongside curricular changes. This archeological work tries to capture traces of the pieces of furniture that survived the multiple changes that influenced this institution, created in Jacareí in 1935, as part of the expansion plan for professional education, developed by Superintendency for Professional and Householding Education. In the context of continuing educational modernization, the paper identifies the areas of productive interaction between subjects of general, complementary and professional education in the expanding space of university cluster. The authors show the system-forming role of a modern university in the formation and development of the information environment of educational integration. The paper also presents a long-term experience of the Association “Orenburg University (Academic) District”, which is an assignee of the Orenburg Educational District, – on the development and implementation of innovative forms and methods of regional educational cooperation, the realization of the educational potential of networking in the pedagogical support of gifted children, the information development of students’ personality, the promotion of teachers’ professional development, the formation of schoolchildren’s and students’ research culture.

The article deals with the problem of professional reliability and efficiency. The prerequisites for the development of grounds for the study of this psychological category on the example of engineering specialties are indicated. Special attention is paid to laying of structure of professionally important qualities and professional competences (knowledge, abilities, skills) at a stage of vocational education in a higher educational institution. A number of labor fields are given, for whose specialists this characteristic is especially significant. An attempt is made to clarify the criteria for the professional reliability of an organization employee in the work of domestic scientists. It has been established that psychophysiological, individual-psychological, personal and moral parameters are most often mentioned. The methods most often used by numerous authors in revealing the mechanisms of reliability of activity within the framework of labor psychology are listed. It is noted that the initial achievements were carried out on professional activities related to the operation of complex technical means and systems (engineering). Lists the traditional types of engineering activities and modern trends in the dynamics of engineering professions. Based on theoretical analysis and the professional method, universal psychological reliability indicators are derived for engineers of different professional orientations. On the basis of the center for psychological support of the Tver State Technical University, psychodiagnostic tools are selected and the corresponding student contingent (students in technical areas) are examined. The results of the study are described and conclusions are formed. A general opinion on the article is drawn up.

The hydraulic press PRO-60 has been developed at the Gomel State Technical University named after Pavel Sukhoy. It is designed to press fine softwood and hardwood waste into bricks, which might be used for heating dwelling houses, public buildings and working areas. Efficient briquetting modes making it possible to obtain bricks for long-term storage have been established.

The article discusses the process of the digitalization of the educational organization of secondary vocational education. When automating routine processes, at some point, problems may arise in the transition from solving local accounting problems to submitting regulated reports. Often, digitalization becomes the only possible solution to the problems of combining the performance of job tasks based on data from various departments. This is especially evident when implementing integration with external federal information systems. The development of digital services for students with the help of the information service “NaLentu!” (”Go to a Class!”) is shown. Based on it, the mailing of the schedule, the “digital student’s record-book”, and the order of documents are implemented. It is described how one of the federal systems became the reason for the digitalization of processes in social accounting, the appointment and accrual of grants. The problems of the implementation of the accounting system on the part of employees, in particular, the perception by some of them of digitalization as a threat to their interests, are indicated. Further automation trends after the implementation of information systems in the decision of the central tasks of the educational organization are demonstrated. The stages of the introduction of information systems for accounting for vocational training and additional professional education are described, the analysis of the results of their implementation on the basis of College of Oil and Gas in Achinsk is given.
