Career guidance is given to the student in planning, developing and career problem solving. Therefore the implementation of career guidance management needed to be formatted as right and true as planning of career guidance program, organizing, implementation and program evaluation has been conducted in order to assist the school to improve graduate students quality in state vocational school in Bogor city. This study aims to describe the function of student career guidance management regarding to planning, organizing, implementation and supervising. The data is collected through observation, interview and documentation. The study used qualitative approach through case study method. The data validation uses in this study credibility test of data triangulation, technical and time. This study have result the representation about the function of student career management in state vocational school 2 Bogor city consisted of : 1) planning of career guidance was conducted in beginning of school year in agency meeting. 2) organizing of guidance career consisted of some personnel and have main duty and various function. 3) implementation of career guidance had run well through some planned program in agency meeting even there was still obstacle. In form of classical and individual. 4) program evaluating was implemented by principle in the end of material of arranging program in the next year

The study aims to test the effectiveness of career guidance program to develop vocational identity of students. The study uses a quantitative approach with quasi experimental methods and non-equivalent pretest-posttest control group design. The study was conducted in SMK Muhammadiyah Imogiri Yogyakarta by taking a research subject that is a class XI student who is determined by random cluster sampling technique. An instrument which is used is the scale of vocational identity and observation guidelines. Results showed empirically career guidance program interventions based theory of Super effective to develop vocational identity of students. This research can be a reference for school counselor in developing vocational identity of students in the school especially those who are in adolescence

The study tested the functionality of Automated Class Scheduling System in terms of speed, data handling, accuracy, security, stability and adaptability in making class schedules. This study was conducted in Bohol Island State University Main Campus, Tagbilaran City during the second semester of school year 2010-2011. The respondents of this study were the 6 expert instructors in the field of computer programming. They tested and evaluated the functionality of the program in terms of its design, accuracy, data handling, security, stability and adaptability. Another 8 instructors who are in charge of making class schedules determined the functionality of the system in terms of speed, accuracy, data handling, stability and adaptability of the software. Separate set of questionnaires were given to two groups of respondents. The study concluded that the manual and the automated class scheduling systems are both functional. However, the automated system is more functional because of its extra features which solve the primary problems in creating class schedules.  In French language, articles play an important role and one of the basic French skills is mastery of article usage. The objective of this study is to describe students’  performance and mastery of French articles. The research used descriptive research method. Data of the study were obtained by giving written tests of French language articles to French Language Education Program students enrolled in the 2018/2019 school year. The research instrument consisted of questions in the form of loose questions and questions in the form of text / short discourse. Data analysis used descriptive statistics analysis. Study result shows that students’ mastery of French article is quite low (Mean=48.28). However, there is difference in performance of each article type. Mastery of definite article is the highest (Mean=60.78)Keywords: definite article; indefinite article; partitive article; performance; mastery

The article is focused on the problem of educational programs modernization on the basis of principles of project-oriented training and students’ involvement in solving scientific-research and industrial-technological tasks relevant for the region. Special attention is paid to the multilevel career guidance work at Oreburg State University (special projects such as pre-university education centre “Applicant”, University Computer School, University physics and maths school, “University Saturdays”). The task of creating a complex of educational and intellectual products that ensure high competitiveness of university graduates is considered. For this purpose, the University reali- zes two educational projects: “School of leadership” and “Going to study at OSU”. These projects implement project-oriented training, involve employers in educational process. As a result, students present their own business projects with financial support. Special course of technological entrepreneurship is aimed at development of business thinking, business planning, management skills, key competences to start a business or to conduct innovation projects at companies. Modernization of educational practices gives considerable topical relevance to the question of young teachers and researchers retention at the University, their integration in academic community.

Career success is the achievement and self-actualization of the individual in his chosen career path. Understanding self-potentials and self-weaknesses, choice suitability, readiness and decisions, and understanding career development are expected to support individual career success. Facilitating the preparation of individual career development needs to be pursued for individual careers optimal development to benefit themselves and many others. Vocational high school students armed with relevant job competences, prepared for working after graduation. On the other hand, vocational high school graduates are still in their adolescent age with the development stage of search for identity, not yet thinking about career, so they needed more intensive career insight briefing through career guidance. Career guidance in vocational high school should be able to build students’ career readiness, and the maturity in their adolescent age which is relatively unstable in their socio-emotional. This review of career guidance program evaluation is conducted qualitatively through surveys, interviews and leiterature studies to provide an overview of evaluation program and its relevance to the necessity. Understanding the quality, weaknesses, obstacles to service implementation, and potential utilization are expected to improve career guidance effectiveness services in vocational high school. An evaluation on the overall career guidance program, will provide feedback for ongoing improvement. Various evaluation models are available, it needs to be selected about the relevance to the career counseling program characteristics, so that evaluation feedback is more optimal.
