Since this study aims to examine the relationship between the motivation levels of teachers working in primary, secondary and high schools affiliated to the Ministry of National Education in TRNC and their views on school climate, a relational scanning model, one of the descriptive research methods, was used in this study. The universe of this study consists of 3868 teachers studying in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, Primary Education and General Secondary Education schools. A total of 208 teachers working in schools in Nicosia, Famagusta, Güzelyurt and Girne were included in the sample group. The data collected with the help of scales in the study were analysed by statistical methods of "Correlation", "Regression", "Kruskal-Wallis H", "Mann-Whitney U" and Spearman correlation techniques. The value of 0.371, calculated as a correlation coefficient between teachers' school climate and teacher motivation, indicates that the relationship between the variables is at a positive and medium level.   Keywords: Organizational Climate, School Climate, Motivation, Teacher

Abstract Background: This study, which is done using 606 nurses working in state hospitals under the Department Of Institutions For In-Patient Treatment Affiliated To Turkish Republic Of Northern Cyprus Ministry Of Health, aims to investigate the effect of manager-employee relationship on job satisfaction and contextual performance of perceived leadership style.Methods: To determine the effect of leadership and job satisfaction on the contextual performance of the research, a screening model was used from descriptive research methods and a questionnaire consisting of four parts was prepared as data collection tool.Results: Results show that age, gender, duration of work and working position were found to affect job satisfaction and contextual performance in general (p <0,05).Conclusions: This study concludes that personal profiles of nurses are essential determinants of how leadership, job satisfaction, and contextual performance is perceived.

The objective of this study was to examine the relationship between organizational commitment and organizational silence of teachers. While there is a lot of work regarding the relationship between organizational commitment and organizational silence, it has been observed that there are few studies on teachers. At this point, the study was considered significant and it was thought that it should be performed. In order to accomplish the purpose of the study, a survey was conducted to the teachers. According to the results of reliability analysis of organizational commitment scale which was used in the research, while Cronbach’s alpha coefficients is 0.745, Cronbach’s alpha coefficients of the organizational silence questionnaire is 0.89.The population of the research consisted of teachers who were affiliated with the Ministry of National Education and Culture and who were working in the elementary schools in Northern Cyprus, in the 2018-2019 academic year. The sample consisted of teachers from 28 different schools in the Guzelyurt, Kyrenia, and Nicosia regions. In this quantitative study, a total of 387 teachers, who were enrolled as participants, took organizational commitment and organizational silence scales. As a result of the analyses, it has been found that there is a significant negative relationship between the two.

This study aimed to determine the relationship between school climate and teacher’s kognitive abilities with motivational in Lebak sectoral Biological teacher Banten Province. Method used in this research was quantitative descriptive method with correlational approach. The subject of this study was SMAN Biology teacher Lebak regency of Banten Province with simple random sampling technique. The data was collected using the school climate instrument, teacher cognitive testing test and teacher motivation instrument with a sample of 60 Biology teachers.The results showed that, 1) There significant correlation between school climate with motivational of Lebak sectoral Biological teacher Banten Province.  From the above research, it can be concluded that school climate are needed to improve teachers' motivation.   Keywords: School climate, motivation Biology  teachers.   Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara iklim sekolah  dengan motivasi guru Biologi di Kabupaten Lebak Provinsi Banten. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional.  Subjek penelitian adalah guru Biologi SMA Negeri Kabupaten Lebak Provinsi Banten dengan teknik pengambilan simple random sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner Iklim sekolah, dan kuesioner Motivasi guru dengan sampel sebanyak 60 guru Biologi. Pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen non tes. Analisis data penelitian menggunakan uji model regresi (α= 0,05) dan uji koefisien korelasi dengan uji Pearson Product Moment (α= 0,05).  Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa terdapat hubungan signifikan antara Iklim sekolah dengan motivasi guru Biologi. Dari hasil penelitian di atas, dapat disimpulkan bahwa iklim sekolah yang kondusif sangat dibutuhkan untuk meningkatkan motivasi guru. Kata kunci: Iklim sekolah dan Motivasi guru Biologi

This research was purposed to identify the relationship among the facility, service quality, price and location toward the agrotourism visitors in Tambi Plantation Factory, Wonosobo Regency. The location was selected purposively (purposive) with a consideration that Tambi Plantation Factory was one of the biggest Private Plantation Factory which owned an agrotourism factor in Central Java Province. The research started from January to February 2019. This research was a quantitative descriptive research which done through survey. The sampling technique used in this research was non probality sampling by accidental sampling. The number of respondents involved in this research were 50 respondents of Tambi Tea Agrotourism visitors. The research result showed that facility (X1) had positive and medium level of relationship and significantly correlated to the visitor’s satisfaction (Y), service quality (X2) showed positive and strong level of relationship and significantly correlated to the visitor’s satisfaction (Y), and price (X3) had positive and medium level of relationship and not significantly correlated to the visitor’s satisfaction. Whereas location (X4) had low level of relationship and not significantly correlated to the visitor’s satisfaction (Y).

This research was conducted to analyze the influence of HR competence and organizational climate on work motivation, the influence of HR competence, organizational climate, and work motivation on job satisfaction, and work motivation as a mediation for the influence of HR competence and organizational climate on job satisfaction. Descriptive research method with a quantitative approach to causality was used. Simple random sampling technique and Slovin formula were used to determine the number of respondents and obtained 167 respondents. The research instrument was a questionnaire with a 5-point Likert scale. The path analysis method and the Sobel test with the help of SPSS software were used to test the hypothesis. The results of this study indicate that human resource competence and organizational climate have a positive and significant effect on work motivation. Organizational climate and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, while HR competencies do not have a significant effect on job satisfaction. Then work motivation can mediate the relationship between HR competencies on job satisfaction and the relationship between organizational climate and job satisfaction.

In this study it is aimed to examine social studies textbooks of Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus and Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus 6th and 7th grade students in terms of content analysis. The population of the research model is constituted by social studies textbooks of 6th and 7th Grades of 5 secondary schools that were found appropriate by Republic of Turkey Ministry of National Education Board of Education and the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus Ministry of Education Board of Education. In the research, the books were evaluated on the scale by using the content analysis evaluation scale. The scale consists of three likert. The rating of the scale was calculated as’ Yes ‘option 2 points,’ partially ‘option 1 point and’ no ' option 0 points. The data obtained in the study was evaluated by scoring between 1 and 10. As a result of the study, it was determined that the 7th grade social studies textbook of Republic of Turkey received the highest rate. The lowest rate was observed in the 7th grade,  1st and 2nd Social Studies textbooks, taught in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus. The study aimed to investigate the relationship and effect of organizational climate to conflict management among personnel in Wangsaphung Hospital, Wangsaphung district, Loei province, Thailand. A total of 181 personnel who have worked more than one year in this particular hospital were selected as respondents. A cross-sectional descriptive research design was employed in this study. Descriptive statistic like frequency, percentage, mean score, and standard deviation while inferential statistic such as Pearson product moment correlations and stepwise multiple regression were utilized in this study. Results indicated that the level of conflict management of respondents was at the average level (  = 3.23, SD = 0.29). In addition, those dimensions of organizational climate namely structure, responsibility, warmth, standard of performance, conflict and unity have showed significant positive and average relationships to conflict management at significant level of 0.01. However dimensions of organizational climate like reward, risk, and support also showed positive, significant but low relationships to conflict management at significant level of 0.01. Finally, finding also revealed that there are four significant predictors namely conflict, warmth, structure, and responsibility dimensions contributed 34.6 percent of variances at the significant level of 0.05. As conclusion, these four organizational climate dimensions are able to predict the conflict management among the personnel in Wangsaphung Hospital. Keywords: Organizational climate; conflict management; personnel

The problem of competition and the demands of changing times towards globalization and modernization are quite dynamic, so that demands high performance and high performance can be realized by the conducive organizational climate and organizational culture that is open to technological and information changes. This study aims to determine the extent of the role and influence of organizational culture and climate on service performance. This research method uses descriptive and verification research. Descriptive research tries to provide an overview of research variables that are able to provide information on current conditions, while verification research to draw a conclusion to provide an explanation of the relationship between variables, so that by doing verification analysis can provide an explanation of the contribution of the magnitude of the relationship or influence and the results of hypothesis testing that was submitted. The results of the study prove that the organizational culture, organizational climate and service performance variables are descriptive in the good category. While the results of the verification study prove that organizational climate has a greater effect on service performance when compared to organizational culture. The results of this study provide recommendations to the PD. BPR Sukahaji should always maintain, maintain and even improve the creation of climate and organizational culture, especially for the creation of a work environment related to organizational climate.
