This research was conducted to analyze the influence of HR competence and organizational climate on work motivation, the influence of HR competence, organizational climate, and work motivation on job satisfaction, and work motivation as a mediation for the influence of HR competence and organizational climate on job satisfaction. Descriptive research method with a quantitative approach to causality was used. Simple random sampling technique and Slovin formula were used to determine the number of respondents and obtained 167 respondents. The research instrument was a questionnaire with a 5-point Likert scale. The path analysis method and the Sobel test with the help of SPSS software were used to test the hypothesis. The results of this study indicate that human resource competence and organizational climate have a positive and significant effect on work motivation. Organizational climate and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, while HR competencies do not have a significant effect on job satisfaction. Then work motivation can mediate the relationship between HR competencies on job satisfaction and the relationship between organizational climate and job satisfaction.

This study aims to determine the effect of job stress and organizational climate on turnover intention. In addition, this study also tries to prove whether job satisfaction can be used as an intervening variable in the research model. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study. This research was conducted on the employees of STMIK STIE Mikroskil. The sample selection using proportional random sampling technique shows that the research sample is 95 people. The data analysis method used in this research is path analysis which is carried out with the help of SPSS software. The results showed that job stress and organizational climate have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at STMIK STIE Mikroskil. Job stress has no effect on turnover intention, while organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. Job satisfaction has no effect on turnover intention. Meanwhile, the intervening variable, namely job satisfaction, is not able to interview the effect of job stress and organizational climate on turnover intention of STMIK STIE Mikroskil employees. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an effect of career development on job satisfaction mediated by work motivation. The object of research at PT Tenma Indonesia Surya Cipta Karawang Industrial Estate. The research was conducted using quantitative methods with SEM Smart PLS software as an analysis tool. The number of samples obtained by sampling technique with saturated samples amounted to 92 respondents. Data collection was carried out using Google Forms in filling out online surveys. The data analysis method used is the R-square test, Bootstrapping, Path Coefficient, and Specific indirect effects. The results of this study indicate that career development has an effect on job satisfaction, career development has a positive and significant influence on work motivation, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, work motivation can have a positive influence in mediating the relationship between career development and job satisfaction in employees. The purpose of this study was to obtain information on the relationship between the free variable that organizational climate (X1) and competence (X2) with the dependent variable is employee performance (Y), either partially or simultaneously, This study used survey research methods with the correlational approach and predictive, which aims for the relationship and influence between independent and dependent variables. The sampling technique can be done randomly (simple random sampling) of 852 employees, which is considered to resprentatif is 89 people. And to solve problems, to analyze and examine the relationship and influence between the independent variables on the dependent variable used models kausalistik through regression analysis with SPSS 14.0

The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an effect of compensation on job satisfaction mediated by job satisfaction. The object of research at PT ISS Cikarang. The research was conducted using quantitative methods with SEM Smart PLS software as an analysis tool. The number of samples obtained by using a random sampling technique using the Slovin formula totaled 97 respondents. Data collection was carried out using google form in filling out online surveys. The data analysis method used is the R-square test, Bootstrapping, Path Coefficient, and Specific indirect effects. The results of this study indicate that compensation has an effect on employee performance, compensation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction affects employee performance, job satisfaction is able to provide a positive influence in mediating the relationship between compensation and employee performance in PT ISS Cikarang.

This research objective to determine the satisfaction, discipline, and motivation of employees of PDAM Tirta Bhagasasi Bekasi, and also to determine satisfaction and discipline of influence on work motivation the employee of PDAM Tirta Bhagasasi Bekasi. There are 90 employees of PDAM Tirta Bhagasasi Bekasi as a sample in this study. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling techniques. Observation and questionnaire methods are used in collecting the data. The data analysis technique uses multiple regression analysis with the SPSS program. The results of the descriptive analysis show the good realization of job satisfaction (average score 3.63) and employee work discipline (average score 3.61) so that it has a positive impact on employee work motivation (average score 3.57). These results are supported by Bekasi Tirta Bhagasasi PDAM data in 2018 which obtained a level of realization of workforce satisfaction of 61.38% (sufficient category), the value of realization of employee work discipline at 5.80% (sufficient category), and the level of realization of labor motivation of 60.71% (sufficient category). t value calculated job satisfaction (b1) = 9,133 with a significance of 0,000 (<= 0.05) then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that job satisfaction has a significant effect on the work motivation of PDAM Tirta Bhagasasi Bekasi employees. T value is calculated work discipline (b2) = 5.535 with a significance of 0,000 (<= 0.05) then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that work discipline has a significant effect on the work motivation of PDAM Tirta Bhagasasi Bekasi employees.

<p><em>The number of medical personnel in the Padang City is still a shortage of the amount required is 83 people, but this time medical personnel numbered 53 people. This research was carried out by combining two types of research are mixed method, preceded by a quantitative research with cross sectional approach, followed by qualitative research. The study was conducted in Primary Health Care Padang City. The population in this study are all medical personnel in the Padang City with a sample of 38 people, with a sampling technique is simple random sampling. The bivariate analysis known there are significant relationship between work (p = 0,023), compensation (p = 0,001), supervision (p = 0,001) and the relationship between employees (p = 0,000) with job satisfaction. But there is no relationship promotion with job satisfaction (p = 0,208). The conclusion of the study there are significant relationship between work, compensation, supervision and the relationship between employees with job satisfaction.</em></p>

The poor performance of candidates in external examination between 2014 and 2018 could be an indication of low productivity of teachers. The research study examined the influence of working conditions and salary on teachers’ productivity in government owned secondary schools in Emure Local Government Area of Ekiti State, Nigeria. The descriptive research of the survey type was employed for the research study. The population for this research study was seven government-owned secondary schools while the sample was four government-owned secondary schools. The research study found out the relationship between working conditions and teachers’ productivity; salary and teachers’ productivity in government-owned secondary schools in Emure Local Government Area of Ekiti State, Nigeria. Validated instruments tagged, “Working Conditions and Salary Questionnaire” (WCSQ) and “Teachers’ Productivity Questionnaire” (TPQ) were used to collect data from sample of 80 respondents. Simple random sampling technique was used to select four secondary schools while, proportional sampling technique was used to select 80 teachers. The research study revealed that there was significant relationship between working conditions and teachers’ productivity; salary and teachers’ productivity. This research study has shown that working conditions and salary had influence on teachers’ productivity.

This study aimed to analyze the effects of job stress and work motivation on employee satisfaction on Air PT.Sriwijaya Makassar. This research data obtained from questionnaires, literature studies and interviews with relevant parties in accordance penelitian.Teknik destination using multiple regression analysis to test the hypothesis, the F test and t test. Total sample of 53 employees using simple random sampling method.The data analysis method is used in hypothesis testing Multiple Regression Analysis.The results showed that the stress of work and work motivation simultaneously influence and significant impact on job satisfaction of employees at Air PT.Sriwijaya Makassar. Partially, variable work motivation is the most influential variable on job satisfaction.

Lecturers are educators at universities who are specially appointed for the purpose of teaching. The main mission of higher education is to develop and establish knowledge through the experience of the three dharmas of higher education. This study aims to determine whether work motivation, work discipline, and work environment affect the performance of lecturers with job satisfaction as a moderating variable at the Faculty of Economics, Prima Indonesia University. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire. This sampling technique data collection using simple random sampling a total sample of 105 from a total population of 143 permanent lecturers at the Faculty of Economics at the University..The results obtained in this study show 1) there is a significant effect between work motivation variables on lecturer performance, 2) there is a significant influence between work discipline variables on lecturer performance, 3) there is no significant effect between work environment variables and lecturer performance, 4) lecturer satisfaction variable is not a moderating variable that can weaken work environment, strengthen work discipline, and work motivation.

The background of this research is the low performance of Paket C tutor in PKBM Karang Taruna Kembang Delima. This is allegedly due to the low satisfaction of the tutor's work. The purpose of this research is to make the job satisfaction of tutor, to describe the performance of the package tutor, and to see the relationship of job satisfaction with the performance of the Paket C tutor in PKBM Karang Taruna Kembang Delima. This research is correlational research, with population is tutor of Paket C which amounted to 33 people, sample taken 90% from population that is 30 people with sampling technique that is simple random sampling. Data collection techniques used questionnaires, and data collection tools using questionnaires. Data analysis techniques to describe job satisfaction and performance tutor using the formula percentage, and to see the relationship of job satisfaction with the performance tutor technique data analysis using product moment correlation formula. The results of this study indicate that (1) the satisfaction of Paket C tutor in PKBM Karang Taruna Kembang Delima is low category, (2) the performance of tutor of Paket C package in PKBM Karang Taruna Kembang Delima category low, and (3) there is a significant relationship between job satisfaction with the performance of Paket C tutor in PKBM Karang Taruna Kembang Delima. It is suggested to the manager to improve the work satisfaction of tutors in terms of feelings of pleasure in work and a good working environment for the performance of tutors can increase.
