Un buen contenido de Syllabus es una promesa que realiza el docente en beneficio de sus estudiantes. Por ello, existe la necesidad de valorar los temas que son expuestos en las diferentes cátedras, ya que los contextos sociales, económicos y productivos son dinámicos y evolucionan de manera constante y sostenida. La investigación propone una metodología para la evaluación y actualización de los contenidos de los Syllabus, a través de 4 diferentes perspectivas: docente, estudiantil, empresarial y tendencial, por medio del análisis de un estudio de caso aplicado para la asignatura de Matemática Aplicada de la carrera de Tecnología en Administración y dictada durante el segundo período académico 2020 – 2021 (diciembre a mayo). La propuesta metodológica se desarrolló por medio de encuestas a los grupos focales determinados (docentes, estudiantes y delegados empresariales), también se realizó un análisis del Syllabus de la asignatura de Matemática Aplicada a la Administración de la carrera de Licenciatura en Administración del Tecnológico Nacional de México y se contrastaron los contenidos del Syllabus en análisis y el perteneciente a la institución mexicana. Cada una de las 4 perspectivas tiene una valoración porcentual del 25 % en relación con el promedio de los promedios en cada uno de los ítems. La semaforización de los resultados finales del estudio de caso determinó que el 65 % de los contenidos (ítems) se deben mantener dentro de los Syllabus de Matemática Aplicada de la carrera de Tecnología en Administración, mientras que el 35 % de dichos contenidos se tienen que reestructurar, de tal manera, que se fomente el desarrollo aplicativo de los contenidos dentro de un contexto laboralproductivo. También existen contenidos temáticos que deben ser incorporados dentro del documento pedagógico. La propuesta es flexible, donde se posibilita la incorporación de otros elementos que ayuden a esclarecer y fortalecer la metodología. Good Syllabus content is a promise made by the teacher for the benefit of their students. For this reason, there is a need to assess the topics that are exposed in the different chairs, since the social, economic, and productive contexts are dynamic and evolve in a constant and sustained way. The research proposes a methodology for the evaluation and updating of the contents of the Syllabus, through 4 different perspectives: teacher, student, business, and trend, through the analysis of a case study applied to the subject of Applied Mathematics of the Technology in Administration degree and dictated during the II academic period 2020 – 2021 (December to May). The methodological proposal was developed by means of surveys to the specific focus groups (teachers, students, and business delegates), an analysis of the Syllabus of the subject of Mathematics Applied to Administration of the Bachelor of Administration of the National Technological Administration of Mexico and the contents of the Syllabus under analysis and that belonging to the Mexican institution were contrasted. Each of the 4 perspectives has a 25% percentage valuation in relation to the average of the averages in each of the items. The traffic lights of the results of the case study determined that 65% of the contents (items) should be kept within the Syllabus of Applied Mathematics of the Technology in Administration career, while 35% of said contents must be restructure, in such a way as to promote the application development of the contents within a labor-productive context. There are also thematic contents that must be incorporated into the pedagogical document. The proposal is flexible, where the incorporation of other elements that help clarify and strengthen the methodology is possible.

This Study entitled as “Livelihood Pattern of the Tibetan Refugees in Nepal” (A Case Study of the Samdupling in Jawalakhel and Khampa Refugee Camp in Boudha- Jorpati) aims to discover the livelihood patterns of Tibetan refugees residing in the Samdupling camp in Jawalakhel and Khampa Refugee’s Camp in Boudha-Jorpati. The paper intends to examine the problems confronted by Tibetan refugees residing in the Samdupling camp and Khampa Refugee’s Camp. The study itself is conducted with the objectives of describing the present socio-economic status of Tibetan refugees dwelling in aforementioned camps located inside the Kathmandu valley and Lalitpur. This write-up not only deals with different livelihood aspects of Tibetan refugees but also compares the livelihood of two camps to list out the social, economic and political problems affecting their livelihood. However, this study is mainly based on the primary information and the data which were collected using the techniques of household survey and sampling survey, along with questionnaire and interview during the several field visits to camps. The paper concludes by stating that government intervention is required to resolve the issues affecting the livelihood of Tibetan refugees. Tibetan refugees’ problems required a political yet humanitarian resolution. The government needs to decide on whether to endow the citizenship or refugee card to the refugees who have been deprived of the both, or opt for the third-party settlement. For that Tibetans refugees also need to cooperate and coordinate with the refugees department under the Ministry of the Home Affair, Government of Nepal

Esta pesquisa consiste no estudo de caso entre as coberturas da morte do ator mexicano Roberto Gómez Bolaños, o “Chespirito”, feitas pelo canal FOROtv, pertencente ao conglomerado de mídias mexicano Televisa, e pelo Sistema Brasileiro de Televisão. O aspecto cultural merece especial destaque e, por meio da problematização das distinções existentes entre a morte (substantivo) e o morrer (verbo), o presente estudo demonstra que as coberturas da mídia nestes casos se fazem a partir da relevância da personagem para a identidade do público. Conclui-se, por meio do estudo de caso, que ocorreu o ofuscamento do sujeito (Roberto Bolaños) em detrimento da personagem (Chespirito). A cobertura sobre o morrer de Chespirito serviu, na verdade, para reafirmar sua vida e presença na mídia.     PALAVRAS-CHAVE: Morte; Morrer; Roberto Bolaños; Chespirito; Cobertura de mídia; Televisão.     ABSTRACT This research is the case study of the coverage of the death of Mexican actor Roberto Gómez Bolaños "Chespirito" made by FOROtv, news channel belonging to the Mexican media conglomerate Televisa, and the Sistema Brasileiro de Televisão. The cultural aspect deserves special attention, and through the questioning of existing distinctions between death (noun) and the die (verb), this study shows that media coverage in these cases are made from the importance of the character to the identity of the public. So, through the case study, the conclusion is that ocurred the obscuring of the subject (Roberto Bolaños) at the expense of the character (Chespirito). El aspecto cultural merece una atención especial y, a través de preguntas de las diferencias existentes entre la muerte (sustantivo) y la matriz (verbo), este estudio muestra que la cobertura de los medios de comunicación en estos casos se hace de la importancia del carácter de la identidad el público. En conclusión, a través del estudio de caso, que se oscurece el sujeto (Roberto Bolaños) a expensas de carácter (Chespirito). The establishment of oil palm companies let impact on society.  The purpose of this study was to know the social and economic impact of  the establishment of oil palm company on the community. This research was conducted from May to July 2019 in Loleng Village, Kota Bangun District, Kutai Kartanegara District. Oil palm company exists in there namely PT. Prima Mitrajaya Mandiri.  Number of respondents was as many as 44 respondents divided into two parts, namely 22 respondents are residing close to the company and 22 respondents are living far away from the company. The method of data analysis that used was descriptive analysis. The research results showed that oil palm company let  positive impact on the community who live near to the company. The establishment of  company opens employment opportunities,  increases people's living standards, and opens business opportunities.   The company gives many help for community lives near the company such as financial assistance to orphans, school repair assistance, and road repair assistance. People who live far away from the company  did not have the positive impact.

Resumen:A partir del análisis del discurso y tomando como estudio de caso el tema de la propiedad intelectual de las variedades vegetales, así como el control y acceso al germoplasma agrícola, se muestra la manera en que, en las negociaciones internacionales, los actores sociales participantes van modificando sus interpretaciones y reestructurando los contenidos y significados del discurso. El documento muestra de qué forma la presencia de representantes de las empresas trasnacionales han logrado tener una mayor eficacia en la imposición de sus intereses, en menoscabo de los intereses de los estados nacionales, particularmente de los países del sur.Palabras clave : negociaciones internacionales; globalización; agricultura; germoplasma; propiedad intelectual; AGAC; OMC; TRIPS. Abstract:Beginning with the discourse analysis and considering as a case study the subject of the intellectual property of the plant varieties and the control and access to the agricultural germoplasm, it is shown how, in international negotiations, the participating social actors modify their interpretations and restructure the contents and meanings of the discourse. This document shows particularly the way the representatives of the transnational companies have managed to impose their interests,to the detriment of the national states' interests, especially the southern countries.Key words: international negotiations in agriculture; globalization; agriculture; germplasm; intellectual property; GATT; OMC; TRIPS.

The cycle of publications on trends and prospects of major world nations is continued by a piece on Japan prepared at a workshop of the Center of social-economic and social-political studies at IMEMO RAN. Doctor D. Streltsov (MGIMO-University, Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs) spoke on the subject of the party-political system evolution in Japan as well as on the prospects of the social security system reforming. S. Chugrov, editor-in-chief of the "Polis" magazine, focused on tendencies and expectations of the Japanese society, particularly in regard to territorial disputes and historical memory. That issue was also at the center of the presentation of Professor N. Simotaman from Hosey University, Tokyo, while E. Leontieva of IMEMO dealt with new trends in Japan’s economic development, especially the “abenomics”.

Despite the growing interest in extreme sports around the world, researchers have rarely investigated the complex factors that have led to a developed commitment to extreme sports in recent years. Precisely, the social identity of ultramarathoners remains a research niche. The aim of the article is to analyze the impact of a sports event on shaping social identity of ultramarathon runners on the example of Karkonosze Winter Ultramarathon (held in Poland). The qualitative method used in the article—interviews with runners—made it possible to examine the factors that create social identity, among which the motives for participation, sports subculture, and the authenticity of the experience play a key role. The first part of the article describes the theoretical aspects of social identity in sport. The second, empirical part presents the research results supplemented by the statements of the contestants. In this case, the subject of analysis is the motives for participation in a winter ultramarathon and their characteristics. Lastly, the article analyzes the subculture of ultramarathoners and the experience of contestants’ authenticity. The investigated winter ultramarathon created the perfect space for creation, deepening and celebrating the social identity of ultramarathoners assessed as a value in itself. The article enriches the present knowledge about the motivation of ultramarathoners because, unlike the results of quantitative research, it presents in-depth responses of runners who were not always concerned by existing research questionnaires.

Purpose This paper aims to highlight the contribution of ecological fairs to the promotion of sustainability in university campuses, based on a case study carried out at the University of Passo Fundo, located in Southern Brazil. Design/methodology/approach Producers and consumers of the ecological fairs were interviewed to analyse how the social, economic and environmental spheres of sustainable development are impacted by these fairs. In total, 24 interviews were conducted. Findings The results showed how fairs positively impact the academic and local community while bringing sustainability into university campuses. Research limitations/implications The main limitations of this study were the number of interviews and the short period during when the study was conducted. Practical implications This case study demonstrated how the promotion of ecological fairs on a university campus plays an important role in the implementation and practice of sustainability and can serve as an example for other institutions that intend to work on similar projects. Originality/value This paper contributes to the literature by providing a discussion on how ecological fairs represent a good addition in the process of universities to become more sustainable and which aspects of each sustainability sphere are involved.

<p>Trata-se de estudo de caso, objetivando-se pôr à prova a suspeita de características de altas habilidades/superdotação (AH/SD) em um adolescente de 12 anos, do sexo masculino, realizando-se dez sessões de avaliação psicopedagógica. Após anamnese detalhada com a mãe e com o adolescente, foram empreendidos testes psicopedagógicos e um de eficiência intelectual, aplicado por uma psicóloga colaboradora, como forma de avaliação multirreferencial e multimétodos. O adolescente foi avaliado com bons recursos intelectuais; todavia, características de AH/SD foram vistas apenas pela mãe, e não pelos professores participantes. Después de anamnesis detallada con la madre y el adolescente, se realizaron tests psicopedagógicos y uno de eficiencia intelectual, aplicado por una psicóloga colaboradora, como forma de evaluación multirreferencial y multimétodos. El adolescente fue evaluado como teniendo buenos recursos intelectuales; aun considerando esto, características de AH/SD fueron vistas solo por la madre y no por los profesores participantes. Se prescribió acompañamiento asistido en actividades y ofrecimiento de enriquecimiento del plan de estudios en las áreas de interés del adolescente (dentro o fuera del aula) y en el nivel de su desempeño.</p><p><strong>Palabras clave: </strong>Evaluación Asistida, Alumno con Altas Habilidades/Superdotación, Interacción Profesor-alumno.</p><p> </p><p><strong>The adolescent in the context of high ability/giftedness: psycho-pedagogical evaluation</strong></p><p>This is a case study aiming to test suspected characteristics of high ability/giftedness (HA/G) in a 12-year-old male adolescent, comprising ten psycho-pedagogical assessment sessions. After a detailed anamnesis with the mother and the adolescent, a collaborating psychologist applied psycho-pedagogical tests and one of intellectual efficiency as a form of multi-referential and multimethod assessment. The adolescent was evaluated as having good intellectual resources. However, HA/G characteristics were seen only by the mother, and not by the participating teachers. Assisted monitoring of activities and offering of curricular enrichment in the areas of interest (inside or outside the classroom) and at the level of his performance were prescribed<em>.</em></p><p><strong>Keywords: </strong>Assisted Assessment, Student with High Ability/Giftedness, Teacher-student Interaction.</p>
