Indonesia adapted a new change in the education system since Pandemic COVID-19, especially for having online learning. The purpose of this study was to examine students' perceptions toward the use of Quizizz as an online learning media in English courses during the COVID-19 pandemic. The design of the study was descriptive qualitative. The subjects of the study were 89 Information Systems students of STMIK Jayanusa. The data was collected through a questionnaire on Google Forms and they were analyzed by using the Likert Scale. The study revealed that students responded to Quizizz use positively; they strongly agreed about the use of Quizizz in distance learning

The COVID-19 pandemic has had a profound impact on all areas of life, including education. The education system, which was originally face-to-face, had to be replaced with online learning. Various problems arise related to the implementation of the Distance Learning or PJJ system. This system makes parents have to participate more in supervising as well as being a substitute for teachers at home in the learning process of their children. In addition, homeschooling also raises problems where students find it difficult to understand the material given by the teacher. The decrease in enthusiasm for learning becomes a problem when the PJJ system seems monotonous and boring. To support the government's program in breaking the chain of the spread of COVID-19 without reducing the effectiveness of online learning implemented by the Ministry of Education and Culture, this activity was carried out. This activity is expected to help reduce the anxiety of parents who are afraid that their children are not serious and have difficulty in learning. In addition, it is hoped that this activity will help participants to easily understand the material that has not been mastered. The methods of socialization, demonstration, and mentoring are carried out directly. The success of this activity can be seen from the assistance of the participants in solving the problems faced and the enthusiasm of the participants during the activity.

Technology development have affected educational delivery around the world. The utilization and implementation of online learning is rising at a staggering manner. Online Distance learning has become an urgent need recently. The use of distance learning has appeared in the past ten years, the learning has been extended by the technology from classrooms in the schools into online learning. Online Learning adopted in various universities, educational institutions and schools worldwide. Recently, with the emergency situations due to the epidemic of COVID -19, and according to the recommendations by World Health Organization for social distance, most of the educational institutions worldwide tend to utilize the online learning instead of traditional learning. Although the online learning has been implemented years ago, still it faces challenges. The author of this research paper aim to explore the key challenges that reported while implementing Online Distance Education System as Systems of Systems. The author then outlines research agenda that identifies 11 research themes that can be considered as a solution for the current Online Distance Education System implementations challenges.

The purpose of this study was to explore on strengthening character education through e-books for online or distance learning in the times of COVID-19. The present study employs a descriptive qualitative with the aim of being able to provide clear, objective, systematic, analytical descriptions and information, and critical aspect of Character Education-Based E-book for learning during the Covid 19 era in higher education. There were several steps such as collecting the required data, then classification and description were carried out. The sources of data in this study were government policies, books and articles concerning the implementation of distance learning during the covid 19 period and character education. The method used to collect research data is in the form of literary data that has been selected, searched, presented, and analyzed. The application of Indonesian e-books based on character education is a solution that can be done to overcome the problems of character education during the COVID-19 crisis, especially regarding the use of diction and literature. Findings suggests that in utilizing E-book, character values ​​can be inserted in the introduction, materials, and assignments to induce character values to students. Additionally, the e-book was developed based on the curriculum and the values ​​of character education. E-books are provided in online learning and can be studied by students from their homes both online and offline. In order to attract the attention of students, the e-book must be designed to be visually attractive so that the material within can be learned and easily understood by students.

This study aims to determine the learning strategies during the pandemic at SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Taman, namely learning from home or distance learning. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of online learning during the Covid19 pandemic has various problems experienced by teachers, students, and parents. The problems of teachers are in the form of weak mastery of IT and limited access to supervision of students, from students in the form of inactivity in participating in online learning, limited supporting facilities and internet network access, while parents have limited time to accompany their children during online learning.

Abstrak: Sistem pendidikan di Indonesia sejak awal tahun 2020 telah mengalami perubahan yang cukup signifikan akibat pandemi Covid-19. Pembelajaran daring menjadi solusi untuk mengurangi kemungkinan menyebarnya virus ini dengan menggunakan media online. Edmodo adalah salah satu media online yang dapat digunakan pada pembelajaran, termasuk pada mata kuliah Evaluasi Program Kepelatihan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi pembelajaran daring berbasis edmodo yang digunakan untuk pembelajaran daring pada mata kuliah Evaluasi Program Kepelatihan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Pemilihan edmodo sebagai media pembelajaran daring pada mata kuliah Evaluasi Program Kepelatihan didasarkan pada analisis kebutuhan mahasiswa dengan alasan kemudahan dan penguasaan aplikasi. (2) Perencanaan pembelajaran daring berbasis edmodo tergambar di rencana pembelajaran semester (RPS); (3) Implementasi pembelajaran daring berbasis edmodo dilaksanakan berdasarkan RPS dengan baik dan lancar; (4) Edmodo membantu pelaksanaan evaluasi pembelajaran untuk mengukur hasil belajar mahasiswa.Kata Kunci: implementasi, pembelajaran daring, edmodo, covid-19 Abstract: The education system in Indonesia since the beginning of 2020 has undergone significant changes due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Online learning is a solution to reduce the possibility of spreading this virus by using online media. Edmodo is an online media that can be used in learning, including in the Coaching Program Evaluation course. This study aims to analyze the implementation of edmodo-based online learning which is used for online learning in the Coaching Program Evaluation course. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The results showed that (1) The selection of Edmodo as an online learning medium in the Coaching Program Evaluation course was based on an analysis of student needs on the grounds of ease and mastery of applications. (2) Edmodo-based online learning planning is reflected in the semester learning plan (RPS); (3) The implementation of edmodo-based online learning is carried out well and smoothly based on RPS; (4) Edmodo helps implement learning evaluations to measure student learning outcomes.Keywords: implementation, online learning, edmodo, covid-19

The COVID-19 pandemic outbreak has had a serious impact on the education system. Usually, learning is done face-to-face, but with the COVID-19 pandemic learning must be done remotely. Changes in learning patterns require a learning innovation. By carrying out an innovation, it is hoped that the quality of learning can be improved. In this study, observing the implementation of geography learning during the pandemic. The research location was conducted at SMAN 1 Subang, SMAN 2 Subang, and SMAN 1 Pagaden. This research is qualitative descriptive, meaning that this research seeks to find interactive patterns of relationships and to gain understanding of meaning. The findings in SMAN 1 Subang, learning that was done virtually was considered less effective, while in SMAN 2 Subang online learning showed better results when compared to face-to-face learning. Online learning at SMAN 1 Pagaden shows good results with the implementation of a project based learning model using google earth media and the whatapps group. As a solution to the problems that arise is to implement the offline model of distance learning as well as the visiting teacher model.

Abstract Online learning in the pandemic took place as an emergency situation in which the quality and comfort of life were affected by loneliness, social distancing, risks, stress, fear, anxiety and automatically by a negative perception of the virtual environment. The Romanian education system has become aware of the need to resize the education process and a large number of students have gained knowledge through new online learning methods, which have prompted teachers to redesign their courses and teaching strategies to improve learning effectiveness. The article presents the general characteristics of online learning, which serve distance learning in this time of pandemic crisis. The research is applied to university education and highlights the advantages, challenges and limitations of online learning. The ultimate goal of the research is to identify the perception of participants in this type of virtual education and their participatory guidance through effective communication.

This article depicts a slightly different educational pattern due to the outbreak of the disease, which came into Indonesia since the beginning of last March. Analysis of the quality of learning is crucial in the teaching and learning process, to ensure the quality of learning is well maintained. Learning quality assurance instruments are one of the tools to improve quality in education through evaluations produced by studies of students. This research was conducted to test the quality of online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research aims to evaluate Internet-Based Distance Learning which was carried out during the Work From Home (WFH) period. The learning analysis step is carried out through 1) Formulation of the need for quality analysis of learning, 2) Compiling quality analysis instruments, 3) Distribution of questionnaires, 4) Data processing, 5) Data analysis and 6) Compilation of results. The data analysis technique used descriptive qualitative analysis. The data that has been processed will then be analyzed using descriptive qualitative methods to find conclusions about the quality of learning in the Department of Electrical Engineering (JTE) during the 2020 pandemic. From the analysis, results obtained information that the Quality of Learning with Internet-Based Distance Learning during the COVID-19 Pandemic at JTE it can be said that it is good from a student's point of view, while from a lecturer's point of view, It can be concluded that online learning is very good. The implementation of this research is a consideration for JTE to improve the quality of Internet-Based Distance Learning

Present status and use for educational purposes, technology is fulfilling an ever increasing role in both the traditional education field, and in other fields which are utilizing technology for educational purposes. Within the educational field we can see technology as a means of removing barriers for students and teachers alike. First, technology can remove financial and geographical barriers through distributed learning. This allows students and teachers to experience educational opportunities that they might have otherwise never been able to encounter. Second, technology is bringing about a new focus on problem and skill based learning. Information databases are being used to assist teachers in the acquisition of new knowledge and provide professional support outside of the traditional professional development seminar. In regards to future action, we should continue to utilize the successful trends in education as a means to fulfil their developmental potential and see increased impacts on our field. In particular, we should continue the use of distance learning as a means of professional development for teachers, by providing more opportunities aimed at improving their job related performance. Distance learning for students should also be an area of focus by providing software that allows for increasing authenticity in simulations, multimedia content, and social connections. We should continue to focus on technology that allows students to interact with other students and environments located outside of their current environment, locality, and culture. Information systems are also in need of continual investment. Information systems perform two important roles for the educational system: Focus on this paper, technology has already served an important role in education in multiple fields. Specifically, technology has been of great use to the educational field in terms of its focus on improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the educational experiences of both students and teachers. Continued use and development of technology can serve to further benefit the educational field and recommendations based on the development of existing trends in education should be pursued for great gains in educational achievement..
