Abstract: The aim of this study is to analyze the influence of leadership, work motivation, and organizational culture on organizational commitment and employee performance in higher education institutions. Using the purposive sampling technique, the sample consisted of 136 respondents, who were employees of STEM Akamigas Cepu. Data were analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis, run by the SPSS program, and path analysis. The results showed that leadership, work motivation, and organizational culture had a significant direct effect on organizational commitment; leadership, work motivation, and organizational culture had a significant indirect effect on employee performance through organizational commitment as an intervening variable; and organizational commitment had a direct significant effect on employee performance.Keywords: Leadership, Work Motivation, Organizational Culture, Organizational Commitment, and Employee Performance.Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitiaan adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, dan budaya organisasi pada komitmen organisasi dan kinerja pegawai di institusi perguruan tinggi. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 136 responden, yang merupakan pegawai STEM Akamigas Cepu, yang diambil dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data dianalisis dengan analisis regresi linear berganda menggunakan program SPSS dan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh langsung signifikan pada komitmen organisasi; kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh tidak langsung signifikan pada kinerja pegawai melalui komitmen organisasi sebagai variabel interverning; dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh langsung signifikan pada kinerja pegawai.Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Kerja, Budaya Organisasi, Komitmen Organisasi, dan Kinerja Pegawai.

AbstrakTujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dampak motivasi kerja, beban kerja, dan komitmen organsiasional terhadap kinerja pegawai. Sampel yang digunakan sama dengan jumlah yang ada pada populasi sebanyak 31 pegawai dengan menggunakan teknik sampling total (sensus). Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner yang diberikan langsung kepada responden.Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dan analisis koefisien determinasi (R2). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja, beban kerja, dan komitmen organisasional memberikan dampak positif terhadap kinerja pegawai baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan.Kata kunci: Motivasi, Beban Kerja, Organisasional, Kinerja Pegawai  AbstractThe purpose of this research is to determine the impact of work motivation, workload, and organizational commitment on employee performance. Organizational commitment is a level or awareness of a person to recognize the extent of an organization and is bound to its goals so as to accelerate the organization to achieve its objectives. Competence is knowledge, skills, and abilities that are mastered by someone who has become a part of him, so he can do cognitive, affective, and psychomotor behaviors as well as possible. Employee performance is the result of work in quality and quantity achieved by someone in carrying out their functions in accordance with the responsibilities given to him.The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of commitment and competence on employee performance at PT. BPR Duta Bali. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique. The sample in this study was 40 employees. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS program. The results of the study state that the commitment variable has a positive effect on employee performance. Competency variables do not affect employee performance. Commitment and competency variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance

<em>This study aims to determine the Effect of Leadership and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance of PT. Kao Indonesia. The population in this study amounted to 300 employees. By using the Slovin formula a sample of 75 employees was obtained. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. This study uses a quantitative approach, data for this study were obtained through a questionnaire that was filled out by respondents who had been determined. The data analysis method used is a simple and multiple linear regression analysis method. The research results partially show that leadership has a significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance. While simultaneously leadership variables and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Kao Indonesia.</em>

The purpose of this research is to examine and analyze the effect of supervison, communication and organizational commitment for employee performance on PDAM Tirtanadi branch Padang Bulan North Sumatera. The data collection was carried out through questionnaires conducted on 43 employees on PDAM Tirtanadi branch Padang Bulan North Sumatera. Data analysis in this study uses SPSS version 22. The sampling technique used is the saturation sampling method and data testing technique used in this study includes the validity test and reliability test. Multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing is also conducted to test and to prove the hypothesis in research. Partial tes results (t test) showed t count (1,721) > t table (1,682) and the significance level was 0,043 < 0,05 proved that supervision had a positive and significant effect on work performance, t count (5,578) > t table (1,682) and the level of significance was 0,000 < 0,05 proved that communication had a positive significant effect on work performance, t count (2,610) > t table (1,682)and the level of significance was 0,013 < 0,05 proved that organizational commitment had a positive and significant effect on achievement work. This research was conducted at PT. Prosperous Indobali Trada all branches in Bali. Data collection is done by questionnaire with saturated sampling technique. The number of employees who become respondents is as many as 46 people. Data Analysis Method used in this research is to use multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis found Leadership Style has a positive and significant effect on company performance. This shows that the greater the leadership style the company will increase. Positive and significant organizational commitment to the company's performance. This shows the higher level of organizational commitment, the higher the company will be. Positive and significant work motivation on company performance. This shows the higher level of work motivation, the higher the increase in the company. <p><em>In this study a problem that occurs is the implementation of training and motivation are ineffective for employees in PT Bank BJB Office Bandung, so that they are less than optimal performance. This study aimed to test the Training and Work Motivation Effect on Employee Performance in PT Bank BJB Office Bandung. The population in this study is that all employees at PT Bank BJB which amounted to 51 employees. The sampling technique used is census sampling technique, the sample set as many as 51 employees. This study uses a quantitative approach, the data for this study were obtained through questionnaires (questionnaire) which has been filled by the respondents who have been determined. Data analysis method used is the method of multiple linear regression analysis.</em></p><p><em>The results of the analysis of pearson correlation 0.794 or 79.4% which shows that the correlation between training and work motivation and performance of employees are in a strong relationship level, means that training and motivation has a positive and significant relationship to the performance variables. While the coefficient of determination 0.631 or 63.1%, meaning that training and motivation has contributed 63.1% of the employee's performance, while the remaining 36.7% is influenced by other variables which is not examined.</em><br /><em> </em><br /><em>Keywords: Training, Motivation, Performance Employees</em></p>this HTML class. Abstract: The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of student characteristics, design learning features, and learning outcomes on the effectiveness of blended learning. This research was conducted at a higher education institution in the city of Bandung, Indonesia. 376 The sampling method used was purposive sampling technique, in this case involving 376 students. The data analysis method used in this study was a multiple linear regression analysis. The findings of this study indicate that the design learning features and the learning outcomes can significantly influence the implementation of blended learning, while the student characteristics do not significantly influence. It shows that to increase the effectiveness of the implementation of blended learning, we need to maximize the design learning features. Besides, factors related to student motivation and satisfaction must also be considered. Thus, the effectiveness of implementing blended learning can be increased. Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh karakteristik siswa, desain fitur pembelajaran, dan hasil belajar terhadap keefektifan blended learning. Penelitian ini dilakukan di sebuah institusi pendidikan tinggi di kota Bandung, Indonesia. pengambilan 376 sampel yang digunakan dengan  teknik purposive sampling, dalam hal ini melibatkan 376 mahasiswa. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa desain fitur pembelajaran dan hasil belajar berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penerapan blended learning, sedangkan karakteristik siswa tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa untuk meningkatkan keefektifan penerapan blended learning di pendidikan tinggi perlu memaksimalkan desain fitur pembelajaran. Selain itu faktor yang berhubungan dengan motivasi dan kepuasan mahasiswa juga harus diperhatikan. Dengan demikian efektivitas penerapan blended learning dapat ditingkatkan.

The purpose of this study is to find out the work discipline, work motivation and work environment on the performance of employees in the financial management and gresik district asset management agencies. The sample uses probability sampling technique as many as 72 respondents propotionate stratified random sampling. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression. The results of multiple linear regression analysis prove that work discipline, work motivation and work environment are proven to have a significant partial effect on employee performance in financial management and gresik district assets. Simultaneously work discipline, work motivation and work environment also proved to have a significant effect on performance

The main objective of this research is to examine the effect of job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and work involvement on the performance of employees at Bank Syariah Mandiri (BSM) in Surakarta. This study uses a quantitative approach and the data used in this study are primary data sourced from questionnaires distributed to BSM employees totaling 60 questionnaires as respondents (according to the number of BSM employees in Surakarta). The sampling method in this study is to use a total sampling technique. Methods of data analysis using descriptive statistics, validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis test, t test, and R2 test. The results showed that partially job satisfaction variables, organizational commitment variables, and work engagement variables significantly influence employee performance at Bank Syariah Mandiri in Surakarta. This study aims to analyze the Effect of Organizational Culture and Work Motivation on the Employee Performance of the Dompet Dhuafa Republika Foundation in Jakarta. The method used is Multiple Linear Regression analysis where it is assumed that the variable Organizational Culture and Work Motivation has an influence on the Employee Performance of the Dompet Dhuafa Republika Foundation in Jakarta. The results obtained state that Organizational Culture and Work Motivation have an influence on employee performance by 54.2%. Organizational Culture Variables have a dominant influence on employee performance. From the results of the study, it is expected that in the future, the application of organizational culture will be further enhanced so that it is truly pervasive and imbued by every individual in the dhuafa wallet. In addition, it is necessary to develop employees in the form of rewards and clear rewards, both in the form of material rewards and career advancements and increasing knowledge in accordance with employee achievements to generate high motivation from their employees.Keywords: Organizational Culture, Work Motivation, Employee Performance.
