The purpose of this study is to analyze and explain the effect of perceived usefulness and trust on consumer satisfaction of Shopee e-commerce. This research conducted in Indonesia that targeted Shopee consumers. Data were collected from the survey by distributing questionnaires to the research respondents. The sample consisted of 86 people selected by a random sampling technique. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. Results showed that perceived usefulness and trust have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction. The results of this study also proved that Shopee users assess that the perceived usefulness of the e-commerce applications could facilitate convenience during the online transaction. Meanwhile, trust, in the form of guaranteed transactions and recommendations and ratings from consumers, is a form of support and services provided by Shopee to build consumer trust in Indonesia. This research was conducted to see the effect of service quality, promotion and price on customer satisfaction. This research was conducted at the Besuki branch of JNE. Sampling was done by random sampling technique where all the population was taken at random to be the research sample. This is done to increase customer satisfaction at JNE Besuki branch through service quality, promotion and price. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression to determine service quality, promotion and price on customer satisfaction. The results show that service quality affects customer satisfaction, promotion affects customer satisfaction, price affects customer satisfaction. Globalization now has a big impact on people's lives, especially seen from their lifestyle. The mindset of a developing and changing society does not escape the influence of technological progress. Facing competition, companies must be able to place their products in the midst of intense business competition. Consumers today are smarter and selective in choosing the goods and services used. This study aims to examine the effect of service quality, servicescape, and prices on consumer satisfaction at consumers of Jasmine Beauty Clinic Bogor.This study used a survey research design on respondents by distributing questionnaires to consumers of Jasmine Beauty Clinic Bogor. The population of this study was the Bogor community who took care at Jasmine Beauty Clinic Bogor. The sample in this study amounted to 120 respondents using a purposive sampling technique with the criteria of respondents having done treatment at Jasmine Beauty Clinic Bogor and aged over 17 years. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire with a Likert scale, each of which has been tested and has met the validity and reliability requirements. Data analysis using multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing using the partial significance test (t test).The results of multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 16 show that service quality, servicescape, and prices partially have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Keywords: service quality, servicescape, price and customer satisfaction.

The study was conducted to knows the impact of Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, Service Features, and Trust on LinkAja's Customer Satisfaction in Indonesia. Data collection in this study is done with questionnaires and data analysis is using quantitative analysis. This research uses purposive sampling kind of non-probability sampling technique and coonsist of 100 respondents. The analysis tools in this study used SPSS version 20. This research uses The Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Test and descriptive analysis. Result of this study describes that Perceived Usefulness (X1), Perceived Ease of Use (X2), Service Features (X3), Trust (X4), and Customer Satisfaction (Y) are in the poor category. While result of multiple linear regression in this study can be conducted the impact of Perceived Usefulness (X1), Perceived Ease of Use (X2), Service Features (X3), Trust (X4) has a positive and significant influence of LinkAja's Customer Satisfaction (Y) both partial and simultaneous.The other results obtained variables that influence LinkAja’s Customer Satisfaction in Indonesia is trust variable, it means the better the trust of the customer, the level of customer satisfaction will increase. Thus, companies must always strive to improve customer trust.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of service quality and price on customer satisfaction. This study uses an associative method with a quantitative approach. The research sample is the regular customers of the company PT. Indosteger Jaya used accidental sampling technique and obtained 80 respondents. Data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction and price has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y). This research aims to determine the effect of product quality, customer satisfaction, switching barriers, and brand trust on customer retention. The sample in this research was 116 respondents of Wardah Cosmetics customers from Klaten Regency. This research used one of non probability sampling technique which is purposive sampling method. This study is also using multiple linear regression to analyze the collected data. The results in this research are product quality, customer satisfaction, switching barriers, and brand influence customer retention both partially and simultaneously.

The study entitled “The Effect of Product Quality and Service on Indomaret Sukawati Customer Satisfaction in Gianyar Regency” aims to determine the significant effect of service and product quality on customer satisfaction at Indomaret Celuk Sukawati Branch, Gianyar, both on a persial and simultaneous basis. Data collection techniques using questionnaires as well as methods of observation, literature study and interviews. Analysis technique with multiple linear regression test, F-test, t-test, and determination test. In determining the sample the researcher uses purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 70 respondents.The results of the Influence of Product Quality and Service on Indomaret Sukawati’s Customer Satisfaction in Gianyar Regency are Services that have a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, Product Quality has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, so it can be concluded that Service and Product Quality variables have a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction Indomaret minimarket, Jalan Raya Celuk Sukawati, Gianyar Regency.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of   tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance  and empathy of service quality to consumer satisfaction of Master Piece Karaoke in Bengkulu. The sampling technique in this study using purposive sampling techniques and data collection is done by distributing questionnaires to the respondents. The questionaires were distributed to the 100 respondent of Master Piece Karaoke in Bengkulu. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression using SPSS 16. Hypothesis testing using the T test. Result shows that  partially, tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance  and empathy variables has significant effect on consumer satisfaction  of Master Piece Karaoke in Bengkulu. Based on the analysis of known coefficient of determination value of Adjusted R Square is  0.477, this means 47,7% variable consumer satisfaction is influenced by variables service quality.

This study is to examine the influence of leadership, job satisfaction and organizational commitment on employee performance. Population in this research was the entire employees of Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Besuki, Situbondo, Indonesia which was about 295 peoples. Then, the researcher applied probability random sampling technique to select 170 respondents as the sampling. The researcher analyzed the data by applying multiple linear regression method. The result shows that leadership and job satisfaction contribute positive and significant effect on employee performance, while organizational commitment has no effect on employee performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurship education and family environment partially and simultaneously on the interest in entrepreneur in student of the Faculty of Economics, University of Ngurah Rai in Denpasar. The number of samples is determined by the Probability Sampling technique using the Simple Random Sampling method of 75 students in the sixth semester of the Faculty of Economics, University of Ngurah Rai in Denpasar. Analyzed by classical assumption, multiple linear regression analys, determination analys, simultaneous significant test (F-test) and partial significant test (T-test). The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence partially or simultaneously between entrepreneur education and the family environment towards the interest in entrepreneurship in students of the Faculty of Economics, University of Ngurah Rai in Denpasar.
