This research aims to analyze the effect of price, ease of transaction, information quality, safety, and trust on online purchase decision. Applying purposive sampling technique, the sample was students of the Department of Management, Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Jember that consisted of 100 respondents. This study used quantitative data sourced from primary data. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. Results showed that, both partially and simultaneously, the variables of price, ease, information quality, safety, and trust had a significant positive effect on online purchase decision.

The purpose of this study is to test and find out and determine the effect of perceived security and information quality on online purchase intention through trust in a reliable online store. The effect of perceived security on trust in Sorabel, the effect of information quality on trust in sorabel, the effect of perceived security on online purchase intention, the effect of information quality on online purchase intention and the influence of trust on online purchase intention. This research is quantitative. The population is Sorabel consumers in Yogyakartas. Samples were taken using a probality sampling technique with a total questionnaire of 100 respondents. Primary data collection techniques using questionnaires. The method of data analysis using multiple linear regression previously conducted a classic assumption test consisting of normality test, heteroxidation test and multicolonierity test. The results showed that there was a positive effect on perceived security, a positive influence on information quality, a positive influence on trust and online purchase intention. Significant positive effect of perceived security on trust; significant positive effect of information quality on trust; significant positive effect of perceived security on online purchase intention; significant positive effect of trust on online purchase intention.

<p><em>The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the formal knowledge of taxpayers and taxpayer awareness on compliance of vehicle taxpayers in the institution of  Samsat Polda in South Jakarta. The data used is primary data by distributing questionnaires to the Vehicle Taxpayer registered in the Office of South Jakarta Police Samsat. The populations that will be the object of research are all vehicle taxpayers registered in the Office of Samsat Polda in South Jakarta until the period of December 2016. The sampling technique used is accidental sampling. This research uses linear regression analysis method. The results of the research showed that the formal knowledge of taxpayers have a significant positive effect on compliance of vehicle taxpayers. The results of this study also concluded that the formal knowledge of taxpayers, and awareness of taxpayers significantly affect the compliance of vehicle taxpayers simultaneously.</em></p>

This study aims to analyze the effect of system quality, information quality, and service quality on student satisfaction in using the Integrated Academic Information System (SITA) at Batanghari University (Unbari) Jambi. This research was conducted in the Unbari Jambi environment, with the population in this study were students in the Unbari Jambi environment. The sample in the study was 98 students with proportionate random sampling technique. Types and sources of research data consist of primary data, namely data obtained from the opinions of respondents through a research questionnaire, and secondary data, namely data obtained from Unbari Jambi. The data analysis technique used in testing the research hypothesis was multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 21.0 for windows. The results of the study found that: 1) system quality has a positive and significant effect on student satisfaction in Unbari Jambi; 2) the quality of information has a significant positive effect on student satisfaction in Unbari Jambi; 3) service quality has a significant positive effect on student satisfaction in Unbari Jambi; and 4) system quality, information quality, and service quality together have a significant effect on the satisfaction of Unbari Jambi students with a contribution of influence of 68.1% and the remaining 31.9% is influenced by other factors not included in the scope of this study.

AbstractThis study aims to examine the effect of compensation and job satisfaction on the labor productivity of Suzuki car salesman at PT Restu Mahkota Karya. The study sample involves 162 respondents from six personal salers from different areas and determined through saturation sampling technique. Primary data is obtained through a questionnaire. Multiple linear regression model is used to test the hypothesis of the influence of variable compensation and job satisfaction on productivity. The research proves that the variable compensation partially has no significant effect on the productivity of the sales force. However, the variable of job satisfaction has weak significant influence on the productivity of the sales force. Furthermore, simultaneous variable compensation and job satisfaction have weak significant positive effect on the productivity of the sales force of PT Restu Mahkota Karya.

This study discusses the influence of convenience and service to the taxpayer compliance in paying income tax. This study was performed at the Tax Office Primary Bantul. The purpose of this research is to determine whether the facilities and services affect taxpayer compliance and what efforts Bantul Pratama Tax Office in improving tax compliance. This study is built with two hypotheses, namely: (1) ease in the rocessoftaxation, (2) positive effect Compliance Services The type of data in this study is primary data, with sampling at Bantul Pratama Tax Office using incidental sampling technique. Questionnaires were used as a sample of 100 and only return 90. This research is kualtitatif, and testing using multiple linear regression statistical tests. The results of this study indicate that two simultaneous independent variables significantly influence adherence. Partially shown that convenience has a positive and significant effect on adherence. Trust plays an important role in online purchasing. Trust issues that arise in online purchasing occur since consumers cannot verify the product directly. This study aims to analyze the antecedents of trust in terms of online purchase decision and analyze the effect of trust on online purchase decision. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling. The total sample of 120 respondents in Jakarta was obtained through the distribution of online questionnaires. The data analysis method used in this study is Partial Least Square (PLS). The results show that brand image and security are the antecedents of trust which have a significant positive effect on trust. The results show that perceived risk is the antecedent of trust which has a significant negative effect on trust. The results also show that consumer trust has a significant positive effect on online purchase decision. KEYWORDS: trust, antecedents, purchase decision, partial least square

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of discount, bonus pack, in-store display, and store atmosphere towards customer’s impulsive buying decision. The amount of sample in this research is 120. Sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling and analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 19. The result showed that discount has a significant and positive effect towards impulsive buying decision; bonus pack has a significant and positive effect towards impulsive buying decision; in-store display has a significant and positive effect towards impulsive buying decision; and store atmosphere has a significant positive effect towards impulsive buying decision.

The data used are primary data by distributing questionnaires to Motor Vehicle Taxpayers registered at the SAMSAT POLDA East Jakarta Office. The population that will be the object of research is all motorized taxpayers registered at SAMSAT POLDA East Jakarta Office until the period of December 2016. The sampling technique used is accidental sampling. This study uses a method of linear regression analysis. The results showed that from the understanding of the taxpayer does not have a significant positive effect on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance and taxation sanctions have a significant positive effect on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance.</em></p>

This study aims to determine the effect of marketing mix on the typical purchasing decisions of Padang City products. This research is a causative descriptive study. The population in this study were people who had used a special embroidery in Padang City using primary data. The sampling technique uses incidental sampling. The number of samples in this study were 100 respondents. The data analysis method used is to use path analysis in the SPSS version 23. The results of the study show that: (1) the product has a significant positive effect on the purchase decisions of a typical City of Padang embroidery, (2) the price has a significant positive effect on the purchase purchase of typical City of Padang decisions, (3) the location has a significant positive effect on the purchase decision of Padang, (4) promotion does not have a significant effect on the purchase decision of a typical Padang embroidery.Keywords: products, prices, location, promotion, and purchasing decisions

This study to analyzing the effect of variable land area, labor, working capital and selling prices on the income level of salt farmers in Rembang Regency. In this study using primary data through the distribution of questionnaires and direct interviews with 45 respondents of salt farmers as owners in Rembang Regency, with a list of questions prepared. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing: T statistical test, F statistical test and coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that the variable area of land, labor , working capital and selling prices has a significant positive effect on the income of salt farmers.
