This study discusses the influence of convenience and service to the taxpayer compliance in paying income tax. This study was performed at the Tax Office Primary Bantul. The purpose of this research is to determine whether the facilities and services affect taxpayer compliance and what efforts Bantul Pratama Tax Office in improving tax compliance. This study is built with two hypotheses, namely: (1) ease in the rocessoftaxation, (2) positive effect Compliance Services The type of data in this study is primary data, with sampling at Bantul Pratama Tax Office using incidental sampling technique. Questionnaires were used as a sample of 100 and only return 90. This research is kualtitatif, and testing using multiple linear regression statistical tests. The results of this study indicate that two simultaneous independent variables significantly influence adherence. Partially shown that convenience has a positive and significant effect on adherence. While the service has a positive effect but not significant effect on compliance. Keywords : Taxpayer Compliance, Convenience in Paying tax, Service tax

This research aims to analyze the effect of price, ease of transaction, information quality, safety, and trust on online purchase decision. Applying purposive sampling technique, the sample was students of the Department of Management, Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Jember that consisted of 100 respondents. This study used quantitative data sourced from primary data. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. Results showed that, both partially and simultaneously, the variables of price, ease, information quality, safety, and trust had a significant positive effect on online purchase decision.

This research aims to examine the effect of tax knowledge and the quality of tax service on motivation in paying income tax. The sample in this research are all individual taxpayers who reside in the district wanea of manado city. The data in this research is using primary data. It was collected by distributing questionnaires directly to individual taxpayers in the district wanea of manado city. The data taken was processed using the multiple linear regression analysis with the help of  SPSS 23. The result indicate that: tax knowledge has positive effect towards motivation in paying income tax. The quality of tax service has positive effect towards motivation in paying income tax. Tax knowledge and the quality of tax service simultaneously have positive effect towards motivation in paying income tax.Keywords: Tax Knowledge, The Quality of Tax Service, Motivation In Paying Income Tax.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of intellectual capital, institutional ownership and managerial ownership on company’s performance. The population of this study are the companies listed in the LQ-45 index company during the period of 2015-2017. The independent variables in this study are intellectual capital with proxies (human capital, process capital), institutional ownership and managerial ownership and the dependent variable is company’s performance. The population in this study are all companies listed into LQ-45 index company. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling which result for 33 companies. The analytical methode used was multiple linear regression. The result of the study showed that human capital has no effect on the company’s performance. While process capital, institutional ownership and managerial ownership have a positive effect on the company’s performance. The suggestion for futher research is add another variable or indicator for futher research.

Recently common phenomenon in all walks of life use smartphones, ranging from a young children to an adults. Samsung Galaxy Smartphone shows a magnificent display, there are a lot of choices they give to us, provide fairly complete applications, and it can reflects an up to date metropolitan lifestyle by using it. This research is a conclusive research. Sample who taken as many as 110 people with snowball sampling technique. Measuring instrument which used is enquette, as well as the the data analyzed with multiple linear regression. The research instrument that used was a questionnaire, and multiple linear regression analysis. This study shows the results, that there is a positive effect between lifestyle and reference group on purchasing decisions towards purchasing decisions Smartphone Samsung Galaxy simultaneously and the dominant effect is the lifestyle variables followed by variable virtual community.

This study aims to examine the effect of service quality and fairness on taxpayer compliance and the mediating role of satisfaction in the effect of service quality and fairness on taxpayer compliance. The population of this research is individual local taxpayers in Samarinda. The sample of this study is 164 respondents selected using non probability method with convenience sampling technique. This study uses primary data obtained from seven-scale Likert questionnaires. The data were analyzed using path analysis in SPSS. The results of this study show that, first, service quality has a significant positive effect on satisfaction and taxpayer compliance; second, fairness has an insignificant effect on satisfaction and taxpayer compliance; third, satisfaction has a significant positive effect on taxpayer compliance; fourth, service quality has a significant positive effect on taxpayer compliance mediated by satisfaction; fifth, mediated by satisfaction, fairness has no significant effect on tax compliance.

This research was made to answer the problem formulation in this study that was to find out whether there were effects of tax regulation understanding, tax sanctions and tax audits on individual taxpayer compliance. With the aim of research was to determine the effect of tax regulations on individual taxpayer compliancein KPP Pratama Palembang SeberangUlu, to determine the effect of tax sanctions on individual taxpayer compliance in KPP Pratama Palembang Seberang Ulu. The variables in this study were tax regulations understanding (X1), taxation sanctions (X2), taxpayer compliance (Y). this type of research was associative and descriptive. The population in this study was 45 UKM Seberang Ulu I. Data that used in this research primary data of questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 22.The results of the study showed that taxregulations understanding did not have an effect and was not significant on taxpayer compkiance, while taxation sanctions and tax audits had a positive effect on taxpayer compliance.

<p><em>The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the formal knowledge of taxpayers and taxpayer awareness on compliance of vehicle taxpayers in the institution of  Samsat Polda in South Jakarta. The data used is primary data by distributing questionnaires to the Vehicle Taxpayer registered in the Office of South Jakarta Police Samsat. The populations that will be the object of research are all vehicle taxpayers registered in the Office of Samsat Polda in South Jakarta until the period of December 2016. The sampling technique used is accidental sampling. This research uses linear regression analysis method. The results of the research showed that the formal knowledge of taxpayers have a significant positive effect on compliance of vehicle taxpayers. The results of this study also concluded that the formal knowledge of taxpayers, and awareness of taxpayers significantly affect the compliance of vehicle taxpayers simultaneously.</em></p>

This study aims to determine the level of influence of Financial Literacy and Financial Behavior toward investment decisions. The data used in this study are primary data, the sample used in this study were PKK members in Jambi City. The sampling technique was carried out by using purposive sampling method. The results obtained by using multiple linear regression test Y = 2,337 + 0.159 X1 + 0.518 X2, and the test of this study using the f-test, R2-test and t-test. The results of this study indicate that partially the Financial Literacy and Financial Behavior affect investment decisions.

A brand will carry out several marketing strategies to attract consumers. especially for countries with a Muslim majority community, the product must have halal legality. There are several factors considered by consumers to choose the product purchased, among others, the existence of halal labels on packaging, emotional advertising, and diskons. The purpose of this paper is to study the effect of product labels, emotional advertising, and discount on purchasing decisions. This research is focused on consumers who have bought Chatime as a bubble drink, Muslim, aged 15-60 years old, and a final consumer. uses a nonprobability sampling technique. Questionnaires were distributed to 200 participants with Google form. Data analysis techniques using Multiple Linear Regression. The results showed that product labels, iklan emosional, and diskons had a positive effect on consumer purchasing decisions.

Companies need to maintain their survival by developing and earning profits. Consumers have ever-changing tastes and desires, so companies must be prepared to face all these changes and constantly review and improve their offerings. Companies need to pay attention to factors that affect consumers' buying interest, including products, prices, and locations. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of simultaneous product, price, and location on consumer buying interest in Bakso Pak Kus Jalan Sudirman Residen Surabaya. The study population was all consumers of Bakso Pak Kus Jalan Sudirman Resident Surabaya. The sampling technique is based on Hair, et al. (2010), that the number of samples is at least 5 times the number of indicators so that the number of samples in this study is 85 people. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression, t test, and F test. The results showed that the product, price, and location partially affected the consumer buying interest of Bakso Pak Kus Jalan Sudirman Resident Surabaya as evidenced by the results of the t test showing the calculated t value all independent variables are greater than t table (1,989), which is 2,015 for the effect of product variables (X1), 2,608 for the influence of price variables (X2), and 6,037 for the effect of location variables (X3). . The results also show that the products, prices, and locations simultaneously influence consumers' buying interest in Bakso Pak Kus Jalan Sudirman Resident Surabaya as evidenced by the results of the F test which shows the value of F count> F table which is 45,001> 2,716.
