The article presents a historical overview of Israeli studies at the Institute of Oriental Studies RAS in the first two decades of the 21st century. The paper demonstrates the main research fields and publications of the Department for the Study of Israel and Jewish Communities, as well as the list of its heads and research fellows. The article shows how, having successfully overcome the difficulties of the 1990s that were rather hard on Russian Academy as a whole, the staff of the Israeli Studies Department in their numerous publications, speeches at Russian and international academic forums tried to respond to the new challenges in a scholarly way. In the 2000s the number of works published on the history of relations between the USSR / Russia and Israel increased, and this trend continued in subsequent years. Access to the archives for the first time made it possible to analyze the formation and development of Soviet-Israeli relations before the break (in 1953). The department expanded the directions of its academic activity. Its topics included such directions as the study of the collective memory of Jews in modern Russia, cultural identity, cultural memory, religious and secular identity of Russian Jews, attitude towards disability and people with disabilities, study of youth communities in Israel, Russia and Europe, the impact of the US-Israeli relations on the US Jewish community. Development of basic methodology for researching the state of Jewish charity in Moscow was one of the new tasks for the fellows of the Department to solve. The novelty of the tasks also included new methodology of researching the economic and socio-political development of Israel using social networks data. The Department continued to study all aspects of the life of the State of Israel — economic, socio-political and cultural processes developing in the Israeli state, including new features in regional policy and the concept of Israeli security. At present, members of the department’s, in addition to their current activities, are implementing a number of promising projects aimed at strengthening the department’s position as the leading center of Israeli studies in the post-Soviet space.

Introduction. The historiographic experience of studying the history of law and the state of Russia was not the subject of independent scientific analysis. Certain aspects were touched upon in the prefaces to the reprints of classical scientific works, publications of a biographical nature, in the literature reviews preceding the main part of the works. In modern humanities, there is an increasing interest in the scientific problems of the genesis and evolution of individual disciplines. The history of law and the state of Russia is a part of legal and historical knowledge and requires substantive consideration. Purpose. The goal is to determine the main conceptual approaches that have formed and developed within the framework of historical and legal science during the pre-revolutionary and Soviet periods. Methodology. The methodology is represented by a number of methods. The chronological method and the method of periodization were used to build the sequence of the historiographic process. The historical-comparative method in the diachronic version made it possible to compare the content of the pre-revolutionary and Soviet periods in the historiography of the issue, to reveal the features of each period. The institutional method showed the process of delimiting the history of law and the state of Russia from other scientific disciplines. The method of hermeneutics was necessary for the textual analysis of works of legal and historical content. Results. The process of institutionalization of the history of law and state of Russia is shown. As a result, this led to the emergence of its own historiography within its framework. The main research directions are systematized; the factors that influenced the development of historical and legal science in the pre-revolutionary and Soviet periods are identified; a circle of scholars dealing with historical and legal problems has been established; the most significant publications are indicated. Conclusion. Two periods of the historiography of the history of law and the state of Russia are highlighted and characterized. The basis for the study of the next modern period is being created.

environment. It is one of the hotspots in Ecology and Agronomy. In this paper, we have retrieved from the Web of Science (WoS) SCI-E database the allelopathy-related studies (1960-2019). The Annual Number of Publications, Authors, Countries, Institutions, Journals and Keywords were analyzed by the bibliometric method to determine the research trends and hotspot changes in this field over the past 6 decades. From 1960-2019, the WoS database included 4,114 studies in the field of plant allelopathy. During this period of 60 years, the number of publications has gone through three stages: (i). Initial Stage (1960-1990), (ii). Growing Stage (1991-2009) and (iii). Stable Stage (2010-2019). The studies were conducted by 9,956 authors at 2,166 institutions across 100 countries. The United States, China, and Japan have the highest number of publications. The top three institutions with the highest number of publications are the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Kagawa University and USDA, USA. The top three authors are H. Kato-Noguchi, F.A. Macias, and C.H. Kong. The major Journals in this field are: (i). Allelopathy Journal, (ii). Journal of Chemical Ecology and (iii). Plant and Soil. The results of keyword clustering showed that the main research directions in this field are: (i). Metabonomics undergoing allelopathy, (ii). Functions of allelopathy substances, (iii). Molecular biology, (iv). Allelopathy of aquatic plants, (v). Alien plants invasion and (vi). Application of plant allelopathy in agroforestry production. Plant allelopathy is a research field that aims to maintain stable development. Future studies should focus on strengthening the cooperation among international scholars in plant allelopathy research and improving the output in frontier and hotspot areas.

The publication used previously unknown archival documents from the collections of the State Archive of the Latest History of Kostroma Region related to the history of the exclusion of Yuri Burtin from candidates for membership of the CPSU for an unauthorized government attempt to nominate A.T. Tvardovsky as a candidate for deputy of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR in the March 16, 1958 elections. After graduating from Leningrad State University, within the state program of job distribution in August 1954 Burtin was sent in the town of Bui, Kostroma Region, where he taught the Russian language and literature at the Working Youth School for eight years. And in 1958 he made a selfless attempt to nominate A.T. Tvardovsky to the Supreme Soviet of the USSR. The purpose of this article is to verify existing information and introduce into the scientific circulation new archival materials that complement and expand our understanding of the place and role of the “sixties” (on the example of Burtin) in the context of political history of Soviet society. The main research methods are the systemic method, the historical approach, elements of the comparative analysis methodology and sociocultural approach to the study of the life and work of one of the prominent representatives of the Russian intelligentsia of the second half of the 20th century. The materials of the article confirm the presence in Soviet society among the intelligentsia of indirect (latent) resistance to the system of power, the methodology of nominating candidates and holding elections to the highest echelons of power. This confirms the need for deep reform of the electoral system, as well as the entire political structure of the country, which has already objectively matured in post-Stalin society.

The publication, dedicated to the 30th anniversary of our state’s independence, summarizes the main research results and describes the achievements of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. The main focus is on the developments of recent years. The outstanding contribution of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine as the main scientific institution of the state in the development of the economy and the development of the socio-humanitarian sphere is outlined. The book is intended for a wide range of scientists, educators and cultural workers, all who are interested in the development of science in Ukraine.

The article deals with the actual issues of psycholinguistics, which are related to the preservation and restoration of human health. The main research directions research of psychology of health are determined and the theoretical preconditions of psycholinguistic aspects of health are analyzed. Researches in cognitive-behavioral and positive psychotherapy makes it possible to determine that the spoken words directly affect the state of person’s health. The lack of detailed empirical studies motivated us to this study, which was intended to determine the qualitative differences in the speech production of healthy and sick people. The hypothesis of the empirical study was that there are common sense traits of the narrative that unite people with a medical diagnosis. The hypothesis verification was carried out with the help of psycholinguistic techniques, in particular, the autonarrative "My Life" and the method "Psychological Autobiography". The sample was composed from oncologic patients and healthy people, students of univercities. After analysis and interpretation of the results of the study, it was found that differences in speech experience and the implementation of speech activity of healthy and sick people are in the qualitative characteristics of the subjective evaluation of the components of the internal picture of life, manifested through the analysis of the syntagmatic composition of the narrative. Common narratives that combine the speech activity of sick people are: 1) increase the proportion of words with negative emotional coloring on the assessment of their own lives; 2) increase the proportion of "affective" words on the designation of the somatic and personal components of the internal picture of life; 3) the presence of syntagmas describing autoaggression and retroflection. The study shows the correlations between the peculiarities of speech experience and the state of health of respondents. So, in this perspective psycholinguistics of health determine the laws of the influence of personality’s speech on the state of his mental, social and physical health as the main subject of its studies.
