The phenomenon of multiethnic groups is becoming an urgent issue at the university level. An increased number of mixed groups of learners from different cultures highlights the lack of appropriate methods and means of planning the educational process and requires developing a newer scientific understanding of the education individualization as a strategy for training specialists at the pedagogical university. This paper deals with the theoretical foundations of the individualization in students training in the multiethnic group. The authors have set the objectives of studying the passport of the current national project «Education» by the Russian government; of analyzing the theoretical foundations of multicultural education; of developing some new principles which are to complete the author's concept of individualization of professional training of students at the pedagogical university; of describing the culture maps as a means of individualization of education within multiethnic groups. The authors come to the conclusion that even general understanding of students’ culture-specific behaviours in the educational environment, made into the culture map for each individual multiethnic university group of the university, can help to promote mutual understanding between the subjects of the educational process, which is a factor of the outer individualization. Besides, it can help students accurately understand the professional goals of their training at a Russian pedagogical university, and motivate students to develop an active social attitudes, which is a factor of the inner individualization of training. The authors emphasise the important role of the culture-specific factors in the process of individualization of professional training of students in the multiethnic group of a pedagogical university. The results obtained in the paper can be used in education in order to increase the attractiveness and competitiveness of the Russian universities in the international education industry.

One of the important problems of training competitive specialists in creative professions is the theoretical substantiation and practical implementation of the idea of integrating science and technology, education and production, searching on this basis for innovative approaches to creative education. Taking this into account, the problem of integrating knowledge in higher education acquires significance and has a number of advantages. The university is faced with the task of providing students with a holistic, scientific, flexible system of knowledge, which is modified depending on the profile and purpose of each type of educational institution. One of the most effective ways to achieve this goal is to integrate the content, forms and methods of teaching into the educational process.

The question is raised about how to involve teachers of a pedagogical University in research activities and apply the results of this activity in the educational process of the University. It is shown how involvement as the highest manifestation of human subjectivity differs from activity. Two levels of involvement are identified: the level of participation in the activity and the level of influence on its content, course and results. The author substantiates the difficulties that arise for a teacher who tries to continue studying science after defending his dissertation. This is a contradiction between a high degree of research freedom and autonomy, on the one hand, and the need for responsibility and self-organization in research search, on the other. The factors that determine involvement in research are highlighted: research “vigilance”, participation in educational innovations and studying their effects, constant feedback from the teacher with students to adjust professional tests and enhance their educational results. The author draws attention to the fact that one’s own research trajectory can be interpreted as a kind of educational trajectory of a University teacher. It is concluded that it is necessary and possible for teachers to influence the formation of a relevant scientific agenda for them and thereby enrich the educational content of professional training of future teachers.

The need to specify the types and forms of communication between the subjects of the educational process in the university is becoming acute. In the current situation and the challenges to institutions of higher education, among them - requirements for quality of training, a change in the students, the competition of universities, the implementation of the educational process in the new, rapidly changing environment; acquiring new personal current practices underutilized in education. This practice is network communication. The universality of interaction, the multiplicity, the diversity of levels, the extreme complexity of representation, put forward problems becomes important. Today, in the social world, interaction acquires special, new characteristics due to the specifics of the interacting forces. And above all, when the bearer of these forces is the person himself, the social subject acting and projecting his own actions. The research studies consider the technologies of interaction of students at different stages of professional development. Therefore, the problem of involving students in new educational and social practices on the basis of network interaction resources – resources used in everyday life-is becoming more relevant. To build an individual trajectory of professional development in the Samara region, an information and communication system "Student and Trud" is being developed, which will become a resource for networking between students and leading enterprises of the Samara region.

Currently, dual-oriented learning in the educational process is becoming an urgent issue. The article presents a brief excursion of dual-oriented training of future specialists in the far and near abroad, which is a system of pedagogical education, providing for a combination of theoretical learning in a higher educational institution with periods of production activity at school. Positive experience in the implementation of dual education in the European Union, Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan is highlighted with the goal of developing a Kazakhstan model of professional training of the future teacher based on dual-oriented education. The innovativeness of the Kazakhstan model will consist of: the creation of a “corporate triangle” aimed at training a specialist; in the implementation of the communicative paradigm of dual-centered learning, which is a conceptual model of the “communicative subject” deployed in the activity-dynamic dimension of the educational process. The features of the dual-oriented process, which in turn will provide a high level of professional training for teaching, are revealed. The mechanisms of the formation of a “group communicative subject” have been identified, suggesting the emergence of polyphony of needs and professional interests of future teachers who try, each in his own way, to express his individuality and make his own contribution to the common cause. It is this polyphony of individualities that arises in the triad of the “corporate triangle” (university, college, school) as the core of effective and productive interaction in a communicative educational environment, which is a sign of the effective manifestation of the “group communicative subject”. The presented theoretical models of dual-oriented learning within the framework of a single pedagogical technology will mean the development of conditions of “framework agreement” in the context of which representatives of the pedagogical movement could follow the development of a new didactic toolkit creating an atmosphere of creative search.
