Researcher look at environmental problems has two interrelated issues, namely the issue of environmental justice and sustainable consumption issues. This research will investigate individual’s perceived justice on willingness to cooperate in social dilemma situation. Willingness to cooperate is representing sustainable consumption in social dilemma’s term. This study used experimental method. The results of this studies were as follows. Individual’s perceived justice is determined the willingness to cooperate. Over consumption behavior seemed create unfairness to individuals. Participants were prefer equity rules of fairness than equality rule of fairness to distribute resources among them. The awareness of social dilemma is having a role as a partial mediation that mediate the influence of perceived justice to willingness to cooperate. The awareness of social dilemma altered the preference of fairness from equity to equality.

Environmental complexity in Guanajuato’s Bajio: implications of the civilizing project linked to economic growthAbstract: this article’s objective is to make the environmental contradictions of the logic of economic growth evident, which was adopted in Guanajuato’s Bajio, in the context of the ecological economy, which show the socio-environmental non-viability of public policies in Guanajuato. The municipal human development index, the state’s compilation of environmental reports, the workshops with key actors, as well as the feedback with academic peers, experts on environmental issues, reflect the environmental contrast of the development model which prevails and operate in a standardized way in this region. It is evident the deliberate disarticulation between economic and environmental policies, which is favorable to the first thanks to the second’s permissibility. This results in the transfer of the environmental costs from the private sector to the public one, and support for the logic of accumulation against the common interest. Pollution and overexploitation of water bodies, atmospheric pollution, extractivism, overgeneration of solid waste, the loss of soil quality are, among others, some elements that put a strain on the capacity for social and environmental resilience in this area. This visibilization of environmental crisis reflects the relevance of incorporating an analytical approach able to deal with a multidimensional crisis and understand that it stands on the illogical part of the logic of economic growth.Key words: environmental economy; environmental deterioration; economic development; human development; environmental policy; Guanajuato’s Bajio.

One of the things that makes a club into a club is that it brings together people with a common interest. Sometimes the common interest is food and beverage, but often it is a recreational activity, of which the most prominent is golf. But there are many other recreational activities that take place at clubs and this chapter will discuss many (though not all) of them. Club activities are many and varied. It is important for students to understand the individual activities, and particularly: (1) who participates; (2) how they are managed; (3) how they interact with other activities/areas of the club; (4) whether they are cost centres or profit centres; and (5) trends and changes affecting these activities and their popularity.

There must be an awareness of the public regarding compliance in paying taxes. Tax is a state asset that is collected by the state for the common interest. The role of society in paying taxes must be accompanied by internal (within) the individual itself because there are still limited people who know that taxes are crucial. This study aims to link the effect of individual taxpayer compliance based on the "Theory of Planned Behavior" because this theory is a theory that can measure the internal thinking of taxpayers. This study uses primary data collected through a questionnaire using linear regression analysis. The sample used is a sample (people) of 100 taxpayers using measurements random sampling (people who are in the tax office) 1 month (November 2015). The study results found that the variable attitudes toward behavior, subjective norms and perceptual behavior control were positive influences. That explains a need for awareness of taxpayer compliance to run appropriately, and income from tax payments can increase.

Consumer lifestyle is considered one of the important predictors of sustainable consumption behavior at the individual, community and societal levels. In this paper, the healthy lifestyle of consumers is analyzed and defined as the lifestyle that explains how people live in terms of health. This study focuses on consumers’ healthy lifestyle clusters and offers an updated healthy lifestyle measurement tool that can be used to segment consumers into specific segments according to six healthy lifestyle domains: physical, mental, emotional, social, spiritual and intellectual health. An online survey with 645 respondents of different socio-demographic profiles was conducted in Lithuania. Based on data collected through questionnaires, specific segments were identified using self-organizing maps and cluster analysis methods. The findings suggest that four different segments could represent consumers concerning their healthy lifestyles. The results will be of use to companies initiating marketing campaigns to target different consumer groups with their brands and offering healthy lifestyle-related products and services to consumers in Lithuania. The findings are also valuable for public policymakers and opinion leaders who foster healthy lifestyles and seek to form a public opinion regarding sustainable consumption.

The traffic problem in Jakarta can be seen as a social dilemma problem. The commuter here face the dilemma to decide to commute by private or public transportation. This decision situation reveals the conflict between immediate self interest and longterm collective interest. The goal of this reseach is twofold. First, the research elaborrate the differences in the level of interest of among the commuter in the transportation modes. Second, the research analyse the influence of social dilemma awareness of the commuter to prioritize the common interest of the commuter. The first reseach question is answered by employing descriptive analysis and the second one is analyzed by inferential analysis. The results of this research reveals some important points. First, the commuter think that the congestion is the most traffic problem in Jakarta. Second, private transportation is preferred transportation mode than public transportation. Third, the commuter intention to prioritize public transportation is influenced by three factors, i.e. flexibility, low fare, speed (short duration).

The purpose of this study was to localize the red neuronal pigment in Mytilus edulis and examine its role in the control of lateral ciliary activity in the gill. The visceral ganglia (Vg) in the central nervous system show an over al red pigmentation. Most red pigments examined in squash preps and cryostat sec tions were localized in the neuronal cell bodies and proximal axon regions. Unstained cryostat sections showed highly localized patches of this pigment scattered throughout the cells in the form of dense granular masses about 5-7 um in diameter, with the individual granules ranging from 0.6-1.3 um in diame ter. Tissue stained with Gomori's method for Fe showed bright blue granular masses of about the same size and structure as previously seen in unstained cryostat sections.Thick section microanalysis (Fig.l) confirmed both the localization and presence of Fe in the nerve cell. These nerve cells of the Vg share with other pigmented photosensitive cells the common cytostructural feature of localization of absorbing molecules in intracellular organelles where they are tightly ordered in fine substructures.

Although most economists are skeptical of or puzzled by the Catholic concept of the common good, a rejection of the economic approach as inimical to the common good would be hasty and counterproductive. Economic analysis can enrich the common good tradition in four ways. First, economics embodies a deep respect for economic agency and for the effects of policy and institutions on individual agents. Second, economics offers a rich literature on the nature of unplanned order and how it might be shaped by policy. Third, economics offers insight into the public and private provision of various kinds of goods (private, public, common pool resources). Fourth, recent work on the development and logic of institutions and norms emphasizes sustainability rooted in the good of the individual.

Numerous claims have been made by a wide range of commentators that punk is somehow “a folk music” of some kind. Doubtless there are several continuities. Indeed, both tend to encourage amateur music-making, both often have affiliations with the Left, and both emerge at least partly from a collective/anti-competitive approach to music-making. However, there are also significant tensions between punk and folk as ideas/ideals and as applied in practice. Most obviously, punk makes claims to a “year zero” creativity (despite inevitably offering re-presentation of at least some existing elements in every instance), whereas folk music is supposed to carry forward a tradition (which, thankfully, is more recognized in recent decades as a subject-to-change “living tradition” than was the case in folk’s more purist periods). Politically, meanwhile, postwar folk has tended more toward a socialist and/or Marxist orientation, both in the US and UK, whereas punk has at least rhetorically claimed to be in favor of “anarchy” (in the UK, in particular). Collective creativity and competitive tendencies also differ between the two (perceived) genre areas. Although the folk scene’s “floor singer” tradition offers a dispersal of expressive opportunity comparable in some ways to the “anyone can do it” idea that gets associated with punk, the creative expectation of the individual within the group differs between the two. Punk has some similarities to folk, then, but there are tensions, too, and these are well worth examining if one is serious about testing out the common claim, in both folk and punk, that “anyone can do it.”

Environmental issues are still challenging and of global concern. To improve the environmental consumption behavior of consumers, this study investigates whether the match between the promotion mode and product type can improve the conceptual fluency of consumers, so as to increase their purchase intention for green products. The results of three experiments reveal that the interaction between promotion mode and product type has a certain impact on the conceptual fluency of consumers, which can, in turn, promote their purchase intention. This research theoretically contributes to the research on green consumption by introducing promotion mode and revealing the mediation effect of conceptual fluency, it also provides some practical implications for alleviating environmental problems.
