Employee engagement in the workplace is very important, especially for the organizational competitive advantage. Workplace procedural justice is an important motivator for employee work attitude and performance. Employee engagement in the workplace can be built through procedural justice, organizational trust  and organizational Identification. This research is an explanatory research that will explain the causal relationship between variables or through hypothesis testing. The sample in this study was collected through 100 respondents. The criteria of the selected respondents were the ones that working in the production division, since production division is the core of industrial companies. The sampling technique in this study used Partial Least Square. The results of this study supports that organizational trust and organizational identification  as  mediator  the relationship  of procedural justice and employee engagement

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Servant Leadership, Self-Awareness and Competence on Organizational Commitment and Performance of Employees of Dinas Pekerjaan Umum, Bangkalan State. Indonesia. Sample in this study was 82 Employees of Dinas Pekerjaan Umum, Bangkalan State which gather using the Purposive Sampling technique. Data collection methods used survey techniques with questionnaires as instruments, and data analysis methods used PLS (Partial Least Square). The results of this study indicate that Servant Leadership, Self Awareness, and Competence has a significant effect on Organizational Commitment, Further analysis shows that Servant Leadership has a significant influence on the Performance, but Self Awareness Competence has not significant effect on the Performance, eventhouth Organizational Commitment has significant impact on the Performance, its mean that servant leadership and self awareness has important role on increasing the performance of the employees.

The purpose of this study was to analyze and explain the role of mediation motivation in the relationship of compensation to employee performance at Wisma Prashanti Hospital. The population in this study were employees of Wisma Prashanti Hospital with a total sample of 83 respondents. The sampling technique is carried out is a saturated sample technique, the entire population is used as a sample. The research instrument used a questionnaire and analysis method using Partial Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS 3.2 software. The results showed (1) compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (2) compensation has a positive and significant effect on motivation (3) motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (4) motivation mediates partially and positively and significantly on the relationship between compensation and employee performance. The implications of the results of this study indicate that compensation is found to be a major factor in improving employee performance.

<em>This study uses objects in one of the state-owned companies engaged in microfinance services, namely PT. Investment Management. In this case, of course, PT PNM Investment Management has growth that is very dependent on the service of employees to customers. Therefore, companies must continually improve services to customers and be able to maintain and improve employee performance. This research aims to determine the effect of organizational justice on employee engagement through organizational identification. This quantitative study is based on data collected using a questionnaire distributed to 78 respondents of PT. Investment Management is then analyzed using partial least square. In the results of the analysis using PLS it was found that organizational identification was able to mediate the effect of organizational justice (distributive justice, procedural justice, interactional justice) on employee engagement. This shows that the employee engagement can be achieved by many factors and some of them are about the concept of justice applied by the company and identification of the organization owned by employees, especially employees of PT. PNM Investment Management.</em>

This study aims to determine the direct effects of perceived organizational support on employee engagement. The sample used was 111 of PT X employees with more than one year work. The sampling technique used in this study was a purposive sampling. This study uses a Utretch Work Engagement Scale developed by Schaufeli and Bakker (2004) with reliability of 0,888 and Survey of Perceived Organizational Support developed by Rhoades dan Eisenberger (2002) with reliability of 0,947. Data analysis uses partial least square method with the help of Smart-PLS 3.0. software. The results show that there is a positive and significant direct effect of perceived organizational support on employee engagement.

This study aimed to determine the influence of intrinsic and extrinsic factors on commitment and impact on the performance of employees of Sejahtera Sunindo Trada Company. The populations in this study were employees of Sejahtera Sunindo Trada totaling 100 people. The entire population was sampled, so that the samples were 100 respondents. No sampling technique for this study since used census study which all employees which the workshop became respondents.The analytical tool used in this research was Structural Equation Model (SEM) using Partial Least Square (PLS). The first hypothesis testing showed there was no significant positive influnce between intrinsic factors and commitment by the t value was smaller than the value t table 1.274 < 1.96. The second hypothesis testing showed there was no with significant positive influnce between extrinsic factors with the commitment to the value of t is greater than t table is 1.973 > 1.96. The third hypothesis testing showed no significant positive influnce between commitment and performance and the intrinsic value of the t less than the value t table is 1.181 < 1.96. The fourth hypothesis showed there was no significant positive influence between intrinsic and performance with the value t was greater than t table 3.008 > 1.96. The fifth hypothesis was there no significant positive influence between extrinsic factors and performance by the t value greater than the value t table is 3.864 > 1.96.

This study aims to analyze the influence of intrinsic motivation and organizational culture on employee performance mediated by employee engagement. The object of this research is the employees of PT XYZ. A total of 100 respondents filled out a questionnaire, the sample was taken using a saturated sample of 100 employees. This research was conducted from October 2019 to April 2020 at the PT XYZ office. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling. Data were analyzed using the Smart PLS (Partial Least Square) path analysis application. The results of this study indicate that Intrinsic Motivation and Organizational Culture have a positive and significant effect on performance. Meanwhile Employee Engagement becomes a mediation between Intrinsic Motivation and Organizational Culture on Performance. Employee Engagement perfectly mediates Intrinsic Motivation. And Employee Engagement partially mediates Organizational Culture.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of leadership, work stress, motivation, work environment and work performance at Airnav Indonesia Denpasar Branch. This study used simple random sampling technique on 68 respondents by taking respondents from permanent employees. The data used in this study were obtained from the measurement results of 68 employees (39 male employees and 29 female employees). The test was carried out by the PLS (Partial Least Square) method with the smartPLS program. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence of leadership on employee work performance. Job stress has a significant effect on employee work performance. Motivation has a significant effect on employee work performance. The work environment has a significant effect on employee work performance. Leadership has a significant effect on motivation. Technological developments are things that must be followed by companies to achieve a competitive advantage to improve performance. To achieve and improve performance, companies need active employee engagement by encouraging motivation and fulfilling their job satisfaction. This study aims to analyze the effect of motivation and job satisfaction on performance with employee engagement as a mediating variable. The research sample is Information Technology (IT) companies located in the cities of Jakarta and Bandung, Indonesia. Research respondents are system developers who handle system development activities for a project or part of an ongoing project. By using the convenience sampling technique 103 responses were obtained from IT developers. The research model analysis method uses Partial Least Square (PLS) with SMART PLS Ver 3.0 software. Empirical findings prove that motivation has a positive effect on the performance of IT employees, while job satisfaction is independent. Employee engagement does not directly affect employee performance, but the effect of mediation through motivation and job satisfaction can have a significant effect on employee performance. The research findings have managerial implications, in increasing high employee involvement, motivation needs to be encouraged to be more active and innovative, and facilitate the achievement of the desired results. This study aims to analyze the relationship of Brand Awareness and Country of Origin by using Self Congruity as a mediation for Purchase Intention. This causal study used a questionnaire based survey as a data collection method and was distributed to 200 respondents which is a sample of this study. The selection of this research sample used a purposive sampling technique with criteria determined by the researcher. The results showed that the three hypotheses in this study have a significant influence and two hypotheses were rejected. all indicators on the related variables can be developed using PLS data (Partial Least Square). In addition, this study shows that Self Congruity as the most influential variables affecting respondents Purchase Intention toward Wuling car.

Land public transportation modes are experiencing a significant increase after constructing the Trans Java toll road. Many bus companies maximize the use of the Trans Java toll road to serve the community, one of these companies is PT. Haryanto Motor Indonesia. This company is engaged in Autobus Transportation. This study aims to determine the effect of employee engagement on job satisfaction with work-life balance as an intervening variable. This type of research is quantitative with 66 employees using purposive sampling technique with criteria is all of the respondents have worked in east java. The statistical analysis technique used is Partial Least Square with the help of SmartPLS 3 software. The results obtained from the study explain that employee engagement has a positive but not significant effect on job satisfaction, employee engagement has a positive and significant effect on work-life balance, work-life balance has a significant positive effect. On job satisfaction and work-life balance can mediate with full mediation category. The implication of this research is in terms of job satisfaction; the company may be able to add labour guarantees to its employees to increase the sense of security and satisfaction of the employees.
