This study aimed to analyze the influence of internal factors of Islamic banks are third party funds and macroeconomic factors, namely inflation, percapita income and rewards Wadiah Certificate of Bank Indonesia to the amount of their bailout Hajj by Sharia banks in Indonesia during the period January 2009 to December 2014. The approach using multiple linear regression analysis. In this study, most of the hypothesis is not proven. Only variables percapita income and rewards SWBI that meet the research hypothesis. Research shows that third party funds and variable inflation rate indication hit double colinearity problems, so as to avoid bias regression results of these two variables were excluded from the regression model. Percapita income and rewards SWBIs have a significant effect partially to the amount of their bailout Hajj. Effect relationship shown is the reward SWBI have a negative effect, while percapita income has a positive influence on the amount of their bailout Hajj.

This study aims to determine whether the perception variables of cognitive, affective perception and perception connative affect the interest become customers of Islamic banks in Surakarta. This study uses quantitative methods. Sampling techniques in this study using the formula Slovin, that obtained the total 100 respondents from a population of 122,130 inhabitants non-Muslim communities who are in Surakarta. Analysis of the data in this study using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. From this study it can be concluded based on the statistical test that perception variables of cognitive, affective perception and perception connative together (simultaneously-Test F) has a positive influence on interest in becoming customers of Islamic banks. Based on t test, cognitive perception variable (X1), the perception of affective (X2) and the perception connative (X3) have a positive influence with a significant level of each of the variable interest become customers of Islamic banks (Y). From the regression equation, that variable cognitive perception, the perception of affective and conative perceptions affect the interest become customers of Islamic banks, this means that Ho is rejected and Ha accepted. The most dominant variable is a variable perception conative.

The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence shares price and return per share of 63 manufacturing companies period 2012-2016. The research method is multiple linear regression analysis, which done by the classical assumption test. The results of the research in the first model show that there is a positive influence between book value per share, net income, CSR social, and CSR report on shares price. While in the second model using the enter method shows delta net income and delta CSR total had a positive effect on return per shares, and delta CSR environment has a negative effect on return per share, while those using stepwise method delta CSR social and delta CSR net income had a positive impact on return per share. The contribution of this study is to provide information to stakeholders that CSR environment does not have an important role in shares prices, prioritizing the interests of shareholders, which means that the CSR environmental measurement instruments focus on disclosure, and ignore fundamental aspects, namely environmental liabilities. The implication is that the regulator, investor, and profession needs to more pay attention to CSR environmental.

The data collection techniques used in this study is a questionnaire. The sample used is 100 customer, with sampling technique using accidental sampling technique. Data analysis technique in this research use multiple linear regression analysis. The results obtained in this study are as follows: (1) Trust has positive effect (944) <(1,984) and not significant (0,348)> (0,05) to loyalty. (2)) Commitment has positive (8,218)> (1,984) and significant (0,000) <(0,05) effect on loyalty. (3) Tangibles has negative (-2,430)> (1,984) and significant (0,017) <(0,05) effect on loyalty. (4) Reliability negatively (-1.570) <(1,984) and insignificant 0, 120> 0.05 to loyalty. (5) Responsiveness has positive effect (5,922)> t table (1,984) and significant (0,000) <(0,05) to loyalty. (6) Warranty has positive effect (1,199) <(1,984) and insignificant 0, 234> 0,05 to loyalty. (7) Empathy has positive effect (186) <(1,984) and insignificant 0, 853> 0,05 to loyalty. From the value of Adjusted R Squere simultaneously produced 566. It means that 56.6% of loyalty variables are influenced by independent variables and the remaining 43.4% is influenced by othervariables.

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence of the effect of leverage and capital intensity on tax avoidance with the proportion of independent commissioners as moderating variable. The research population is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017. The method of determining the sample used was purposive sampling and obtained 200 observations. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of the analysis show that leverage has a positive effect on tax avoidance. This means that the more debt the company uses to finance assets, the higher level of tax avoidance. Capital intensity has a negative effect on tax avoidance. This means that the more capital invested by the company in the form of fixed assets, the lower level of tax avoidance. The proportion of independent commissioners does not moderate the effect of leverage and capital intensity on tax avoidance. Keywords: Leverage, capital intensity, independent commissioners, tax avoidance
