This study aims to determine whether the perception variables of cognitive, affective perception and perception connative affect the interest become customers of Islamic banks in Surakarta. This study uses quantitative methods. Sampling techniques in this study using the formula Slovin, that obtained the total 100 respondents from a population of 122,130 inhabitants non-Muslim communities who are in Surakarta. Analysis of the data in this study using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. From this study it can be concluded based on the statistical test that perception variables of cognitive, affective perception and perception connative together (simultaneously-Test F) has a positive influence on interest in becoming customers of Islamic banks. Based on t test, cognitive perception variable (X1), the perception of affective (X2) and the perception connative (X3) have a positive influence with a significant level of each of the variable interest become customers of Islamic banks (Y). From the regression equation, that variable cognitive perception, the perception of affective and conative perceptions affect the interest become customers of Islamic banks, this means that Ho is rejected and Ha accepted. The most dominant variable is a variable perception conative.

This study aimed to analyze the influence of internal factors of Islamic banks are third party funds and macroeconomic factors, namely inflation, percapita income and rewards Wadiah Certificate of Bank Indonesia to the amount of their bailout Hajj by Sharia banks in Indonesia during the period January 2009 to December 2014. The approach using multiple linear regression analysis. In this study, most of the hypothesis is not proven. Only variables percapita income and rewards SWBI that meet the research hypothesis. Research shows that third party funds and variable inflation rate indication hit double colinearity problems, so as to avoid bias regression results of these two variables were excluded from the regression model. Percapita income and rewards SWBIs have a significant effect partially to the amount of their bailout Hajj. Effect relationship shown is the reward SWBI have a negative effect, while percapita income has a positive influence on the amount of their bailout Hajj.

This research has a purpose to know whether relationship marketing and service quality have positive influence to loyalty of customer of saving sikoci at Bank of Nagari branch of Simpang Empat either partially or simultaneously and know which variable is more dominant. The data collection techniques used in this study is a questionnaire. The sample used is 100 customer, with sampling technique using accidental sampling technique. Data analysis technique in this research use multiple linear regression analysis. The results obtained in this study are as follows: (1) Trust has positive effect (944) <(1,984) and not significant (0,348)> (0,05) to loyalty. (2)) Commitment has positive (8,218)> (1,984) and significant (0,000) <(0,05) effect on loyalty. (3) Tangibles has negative (-2,430)> (1,984) and significant (0,017) <(0,05) effect on loyalty. (4) Reliability negatively (-1.570) <(1,984) and insignificant 0, 120> 0.05 to loyalty. (5) Responsiveness has positive effect (5,922)> t table (1,984) and significant (0,000) <(0,05) to loyalty. (6) Warranty has positive effect (1,199) <(1,984) and insignificant 0, 234> 0,05 to loyalty. (7) Empathy has positive effect (186) <(1,984) and insignificant 0, 853> 0,05 to loyalty. From the value of Adjusted R Squere simultaneously produced 566. It means that 56.6% of loyalty variables are influenced by independent variables and the remaining 43.4% is influenced by othervariables.

This study aims to determine the effect of investigative audit techniques, auditor experience and auditor professionalism on the disclosure of fraud with spiritual intelligence as a moderating variable. The data used in this study are primary data with a questionnaire as an instrument. The number of samples in this study were 60 respondents. Hypothesis testing in this study was carried out using the statistical test t. Data analysis techniques used in this study are multiple linear regression analysis and moderation regression analysis using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) data processing software version 17.0 for windowS. The results of this study indicate that investigative audit techniques have a significant effect on disclosure of fraud. While the auditor's experience and auditor professionalism have no effect on disclosure of fraud. Moderate regression analysis shows that spiritual intelligence can moderate investigative audit techniques, auditor experience and auditor professionalism on disclosure of fraud

Background: Blood supplies estimated to be around 2% of the total population1. However, only 1.88 million bags of blood can be met or 40% of the total needs, so there is a 60% lack of blood from the minimum requirement2. Objective: The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that influence the intention to donate blood regularly at UTD PMI Bantul Regency Yogyakarta using the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) approach. Methods: This research was conducted at UTD PMI Bantul Regency, Yogyakarta in September-December 2018. The number of respondents was 35 voluntary blood donors, with sampling techniques using accidental sampling. Results: The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that attitudes, subjective norms, and behavioral control have a significant effect on the intention to donate. While the results of the regression analysis partially, based on a significant level of value, attitudes have a significant influence on one's intention in donating, while subjective norms and behavioral control do not significantly influence one's intentions in donating. Conclusion: The attitude had the most significant influence on the intention to donate regularly on UTD PMI Bantul Regency Yogyakarta using the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) approach.

The objective of the study was to evaluate the impact of stores existence toward sales turnover of stalls in Mataram city. Associative research design was adopted as the study guide. Purposive sampling techniques were used in which 100 copies of the research instrument were administered to stalls owner in Mataram city, out of which 100 copies of questionnaire were filled and returned. Test of validity and reliability, classical assumption test, and multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyse the data generated from respondents. The findings revealed that stores existence variable consisted of services, product diversification, price, and comfortable of consumer have significant influence on sales turnover of stalls at 0,05 level (2-tailed). The result of the research shows the variables negatively affecting sales turnover of stalls. Furthermore, price ranks the first follow by comfortable, product diversification, and services. This research will help the owner of stalls to understand and recognize the ranking of variables affecting sales turnover of stalls in Mataram city. Keywords:   Stores Existence, Stall, and Sales Turnover.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of simultaneous and partial marketing mix on the purchase decision of prospective consumers of Grand Cempaka Housing.This research uses quantitative methods, and is a survey research from the types of explanatory research whose focus is placed on relational research: studying the relationship of variables. The object of research is the residents of Pasuruan City and the sample in this study is the Prospective Consumer of Grand Cempaka Housing. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis methods.The results of the analysis show that Products, Prices, Places and Promotions simultaneously have a significant effect on the Decision of Purchasing Prospective Consumers of Grand Cempaka Housing. This shows that the marketing mix is one of the marketing strategies that should be considered so that the implementation of the marketing strategy can run successfully because the elements in the marketing mix influence each other. Variables in the marketing mix which include Products, Prices, Places and Promotions partially have a significant effect on the Decision of Purchasing Prospective Consumers of Grand Cempaka Housing. <p>This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and organizational culture on employee performance at PT. SNS Madiun. The method used in this study using quantitative research methods. And samples used in this study as many as 45 employees. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained that the Organizational Culture and Leadership Significant positive influence on employee performance. The better the culture of the organization, then the employee's performance will increase. This research was aims to determine the influence of tax audit, tax penalties, financial condition and risk preference on tax compliance in paying taxes hotels at BAPPEDA (Revenue Service), Bogor. The population in this study are all registered taxpayer hotels in BAPPEDA (Revenue Service), Bogor .The sampling method used in this research is purposive sampling with criteria are accounting staff and tax professional of tax compliance in taxpayers hotels, who can’t reach tax revenue targets during 2014-2015. The datas in this study was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 52 respondents on tax compliance in taxpayer hotels in Bogor City. This study was tested by using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 20.00 for windows. Based on the analysis result, it can be concluded that tax audit, tax penalties and financial condition had positive influence on tax compliance in taxpayer hotels at BAPPENDA (Revenue Service), Bogor. The study was to determine the effect of Store Image and Service Quality on Consumer Buying Interest at a famous bakery at Purwakarta. The datas taken from respondents that was questionnaired to 96 respondents with Non Probability Sampling techniques. The research method used is descriptive method which is a method that is done by collecting, presenting and analyzing data so as to provide a clear enough picture of the object under study. This study uses a multiple linear regression analysis model with the help of IBM SPSS 21 program. The results of this study indicate that the variables of Store Image and Service Quality have a positive and significant effect on Consumer Interest in a famous bakery at  Purwakarta.

Taxpayer awareness is one of the roles to win regional development. Taxpayers who agree will be properly and properly subject to the main provisions in the predetermined tax revenue. This study aims to influence the e-filling and wp policies on the level of compliance with the submission of land and building tax returns in the Dukuh Menanggal Village, Surabaya. This study uses questionnaire data collection methods and documentation. The data obtained in this study are from respondents' questionnaire answers using probability sampling techniques obtained as many as 95 samples. The analysis technique in this study is multiple linear regression analysis, classic assumption test, and t test and f test. The results obtained in this study, namely E-Filling and Taxpayer policy, have a significant impact on the level of competence of delivering tax returns on land and buildings in Kelurahan Dukuh Menanggal Surabaya.
