This research aims to examine the effect of sharia monetary policy transmissionagainst inflation rate in Indonesia partially and simultaneously. The approach that is used in this research is the quantitative approach, using multiple linear regression analysis technique and quantitative descriptive. The data that is used is secondary data from the official website of Bank Indonesia and the Financial Services Authority. The result of this research indicates that PUASand partial sharia financing have partial positive significant effect on inflation rate in Indonesia, while JUB (M1) has a partially negative significant effect on inflation rate in Indonesia. Simultaneously PUAS, sharia financing and JUB (M1) have positive significant effects against inflation rate in Indonesia at the level of 48,7%, while the remaining 51,3% is influenced by other variables that aren’t examined by the writer.

The problem in this study is whether there is an influence of leadership and work discipline on the employees’ performance of PT.Sucofindo Palembang City. This research includes associative research. The sample in this study were 88 respondents, with propotionate random sampling analysis technique. The data used were primary data and secondary data. Data collection method through questionnare. Analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis, F test (Simultaneoys) and t test (partial) and determination coeffiecient. The results show that there is influence of leadership and work discipline on the performance of PT.Sucofindo Palembang City.

This study aims to analyze how much Earning Per Share, Debt to Equity Ratio and Return On Equity to stock prices in companies indexed by the 2015-2017 LQ45 period. The population of this study is the LQ45 company that is consistently indexed in 2015-2017. The sample of this study uses purposive sampling. The sample in this study were 35 companies. The type of data used is secondary data derived from a summary of financial statement records. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study found that Earning Per Share had an effect on stock prices, while Debt to Equity Ratio and Return On Equity had no effect on stock prices for LQ45 indexed companies consistently in the 2015-2017 period.

This study aims to determine how many the effect of Expected Years of Schooling and Average Length of Schooling on Open Unemployment Rates in the District/City of Riau Province, from 2017 to 2020 with a total of 44 samples. The data taken is sourced from secondary data, namely from the Central Statistics Agency of Indragiri Hilir Regency. The data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The final result can be concluded that the variables of Average Length of School and Expected Length simultaneously or together have an influence on the open unemployment rate even though in a small percentage.   Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh dari Harapan Lama Sekolah dan Rata - Rata Lama Sekolah terhadap Tingkat Pengangguran Terbuka di  Kabupaten/Kota Provisinsi Riau, mulai tahun 2017 sampai tahun 2020 dengan jumlah 44 sampel . Data yang diambil bersumber dari data sekunder yaitu dari Badan Pusat Statistik Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir. Teknik Analisis Data yang digunakan adalah Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil akhir dapat di simpulkan bahwa variabel Rata- Rata Lama sekolah dan harapan Lama secara simultan atau secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh terhadap tingkat pengangguran terbuka walaupun dalam persentase yang sedikit.

This study aims to analyze the influence of Inflation, Exchange Rates, BI Rate and Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) on the amount of Mudharabah Savings in Islamic Commercial Banks and Sharia Business Units in Indonesia from January 2014 - December 2018. This study uses secondary data in the form of month data January 2014 to December 2018 sourced from data from Bank Indonesia and the Financial Services Authority using multiple linear regression analysis. This study uses SPSS version 16.0 and Microsoft Exel 2007. The results of the study show that the Exchange Rate, BI Rate, and Financing to Deposit Ratio partially have a significant effect on the amount of mudharabah savings. While partial inflation has no significant effect on Mudharabah Savings. Simultaneously Inflation, Exchange Rate, BI Rate, and Financing to Deposit Ratio significantly influence Mudharabah Savings.

This research aims to investigate the influence of Intellectual capital, Financing to deposit ratio and Non performing financing on profitability of Islamic Banking in Indonesia. The analysis technique used in this study is the multiple linear regression analysis. The type of data employed is secondary data from financial statements of each banks. The  results  of  this  research  indicate  that  (1)  Intellectual  capital,  Financing to  deposit  ratio  and  Non performing financing simultaneously effect on profitability (2) Intellectual capital has no significant effect on profitability (3) Financing to deposit ratio has significant effect on profitability and (4) Non performing financing has significant effect on profitability of Islamic Banking in Indonesia

Poverty is a problem in development. With the existence of poverty, development is hampered. The factors causing poverty include population and GDP. This study aims at determining the effect of population and GDP on poverty in North Sumatra in 2008-2017 so that the bias is used as a basis for determining policies and strategies in overcoming poverty in North Sumatra. The data used in this study is secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) while the data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 24. The results show that the population and GRDP had a significant effect on poverty in North Sumatra.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the simultaneous or partial influence of financial inclusion, savings products and services at PT. BPR For Boyolali Power. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The population of this study are people who are customers of PT. BPR Guna Daya (856). The sample consisted of 100 respondents. Data obtained by conducting a questionnaire with accidental sampling techniques. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. F test results prove that financial inclusion, savings products and services simultaneously affect the behavior of people saving at PT. BPR For Power, where the value of F count = 26.292> Ftable = 2.70 with a significance value of 0.000 1.660 and significant 0.025

This study aims to analyze the level of murabahah financing that influences by the inflation rate and BI rate at sharia banks in Indonesia in 2013-2016. This research is a quantitative descriptive study. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that, partially, inflation has a positive significant effect murabahah financing. However, the BI rate has no significant effect on murabahah financing in sharia banks in Indonesia in 2013-2016. Simultaneously, inflation and BI rate had a significant effect on murabahahfinancing in sharia banks in Indonesia in 2013-2016. Therefore, the management of sharia banks in Indonesia should be more active in introducing sharia funding to society.

This study aimed to examine and analyze the influence of liquidity, efficiency, capital and inflation on non-performing financing at sharia banks in Indonesia. The research data is secondary data obtained from the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. Before the data is analyzed further, classical assumption test is done which include normality test, multicolinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and autocorrelation test. Based on the hypothesis test using t test, it is concluded that only the capital has an effect on the problem financing, while the liquidity, efficiency and inflation do not affect the problematic financing of syariah bank in Indonesia.
